Lovely Home with 3 bedrooms plus in Urbandale

House is as pictured. Great location just right off of I80. On a dead end road so not much traffic. Host was wonderful to work with. Basics provided which is a plus!

The property owners are great communicators and excellent to work with. The rules/guidelines for property use are clearly presented, including access to the onsite WiFi. Additionally, they were very responsive to my questions as a first-time renter.It is a very welcoming property, and the home has a nice open setup and outdoor deck space that worked great for hosting family during graduation.

The location was great, and we enjoyed the neighborhood. The owner was friendly, but we did need to reach out to ask for check-in instructions as they forgot to send them to us. The property had some small maintenance items like a sink drain that backed up and a toilet that runs and could use some attention. We missed in reviewing the property description that pets were allowed, and did unfortunately see dog hair on the kitchen floor, couches, and most disappointing, completely covering one of the blankets that was on the master bedroom bed. It was partially our fault that we didn’t realize pets were allowed in the home, but would not expect clean sheets and blankets to be covered in dog hair. Overall and all right experience, but do you think the property cleaning and maintenance could have been better.

This home was just right for our visit to Des Moines with plenty of room and affordable.Thank you.

This is not the home for older persons lots of steps no railings on front steps furniture was like sitting on floor very hard to get up from, track on sliding doors was so dirty it was hard to open and close door
