The hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating. We arrived pretty late (about 9:20 pm) and were still able to order some very tasty burgers from the restaurant shortly before they closed at 10. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was wonderfully quiet. We would definitely stay here or another Avid hotel again.

I enjoyed the freshly ground coffee that you can have at all hours of the day.

I enjoyed my stay here. There's nice spacious fitness studio with fresh towels and a purified water fountain to refill a water bottle. The pool is small and indoor but was very clean. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The dining area was very well kept. There is a microwave. Purified water fountain and coffee/tea station open 24/7. All staff was very friendly all times of day. The location is great. It's near a mall, target, gas stations, cracker barrel and waffle house and many other restaurants and dfats food and about 20 mins from Nashville airport and thirty mins from the city. The room is smaller than most hotel rooms but it was very comfortable. To be honest I didn't have a good night sleep, the pillows were just to soft for me. There's a mini refrigerator and the bathroom was very spacious. My only complaint for the room is that my floors were a bit dirty and my remote for the TV didn't work. There's a restaurant and bar in the lobby, but I didn't visit it.

For the price I was so surprised! The location was great. We went to a Tool concert but didn’t want to stay downtown. I like this location because it’s right off 40, plenty of extra shopping for a wife waiting on husband, food, gas stations and it only took us about 20 mins to get downtown paid to park and walked across the street to Bridgestone. The community was peaceful and quiet. The staff was very nice. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The big big plus was fresh hot coffee available for free anytime I wanted it! Their coffee bar is amazing! They do have breakfast included but I slept in. Will absolutely be staying in again.

We loved how quiet the hotel was. The indoor pool was also great even if it was fairly small.

The hotel was clean and new. Breakfast was grab and go with fruit, pastries, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, drinks, etc. We were on the 5th floor, and it was super quiet. Only issue I had; we had no TV the 2 night stay. Informed the desk, but nothing was ever done. We did spend some time in our room; so this was a issue for us. Also, We arrived late and wanted a drink at the bar, but it closes at 8pm. Other than those few issues; our stay was pleasant.

This hotel was very clean and new! It's in a safe part of town and the room was very adequate. The bed was super soft and comfy and the shower was roomy and clean. Sunny at the front desk was friendly (everyone was that greeted me upon arrival and departure). I will choose to stay here again for sure! The grab and go breakfast was great too (because I literally just grabbed some items and left for my meeting). And there is a burger place/bar IN the hotel too! It's a winning place to stay all the way around!

The stay was great and everything so nice and clean. 3 downs for me: 1) the pool was supposed to be a heated indoor and it was cold 2) they asked to see our key card to enter the breakfast area which I’ve never had done 3) there was peeling wallpaper which looked like mold under it in the hallway

Hotel exterior and lobby looked nice. Staff was good. When we got to the room we immediately realized our feet were sticking to the floor. Looked around and it was obvious it hadn't been mopped or cleaned in awhile. We used a towel to wipe up the floor so we wouldn't stick to it, and it was super gross! See photo of the towel Pillows were terrible and uncomfortable. Bed was ok though. Didn't have any issues with noise, didn'treally hear other peoppe coming and going or elevatornoise ect, so that was a plus. Only issue was the room being dirty, otherwise I'd have recommended this place

The hotel room was nice but our wasnt fully cleaned, there was a half eaten apple on the headboard of the bed, a hair clip on the bathroom floor and a napkin with what looked like blood underneath our bed at the edge

The room was spotless, the bathroom looked as if it was brand new, loved the amenities. Perfectly comfortable & adequate at a great rate.

Clean comfortable quiet room

The area is very convenient and seems very safe. The room could have been cleaner. More attention to detail... hair in the shower that was not mine. Sticky spots on the one chair, stuff like that.

I wish the rooms were properly mopped. I had to walk around in my slippers because the floor was not clean and the white shower had mold.

Property and room was dirty inside and hallways stunk of marijuana! Would not recommend or stay again.

Staff was adequate not exactly friendly but not terrible. Half the lights in my room didn’t work and I couldn’t change that air conditioner temp. The breakfast was pretty mid to poor including the coffee. I would not book again.

Overall was good. Tv didn’t work

The bathroom was dirty, and the installed bath wash was empty. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain. The floors were dirty and sticky. Wifi didnt work, and the front desk was rude when asked about it. We used the in-room iron, and when we plugged it into their standard outlet, it blew the breaker. We lost all power in the room. They fixed it, then we plugged in a hair dryer, and it blew another breaker, so we were in the dark again. We never typically write a review, but for this being a newer hotel, and the expense, we felt we had to share this experience. We would not recommend this hotel.

European style in an American city, very uncomfortable, no sitting chair in the room, no closet, not a fan

Room climate was not pleasant the humidity was not good, bed sheets felt moist due to humidity in the room, and breakfast was underwhelming.

My room was small for the average hotel room

This place was perfect for my needs. The only thing I found annoying was the air conditioner and heater were so loud I could. It sleep the first night. Bought a pair of earplug to drown out the noise.

Very sterile room. No personal microwave and breakfast was less than average.

decor was a little different than most hotels-- sort of a miminalist approach. Room did not have carpet, closet, or microwave. That was all OK, thought. Was vert clean, bright, and quiet. Enjoyed the stay.

The front desk staff was not pleasant or as excited to give me general information as she was to another guest . She charged my card for a rounded up total instead of looking up the exact amounts, asking me . She said she would just refund it back later. Told me to call the other agent coming on duty later after I check in to ask for a rollaway bed. Why did I need to ask someone else in 30 minutes. Her customer service was awful. After check out someone called me from hotel saying she could not refund my dollar and need me to read her my entire credit card number over the phone or she could just ring up something and keep my dollar. It does not matter that it’s a dollar , it’s my dollar and she should have did her best to find the total. It’s too much fraud going on for someone to call and ask for your credit card over the phone 5 hours after you checked out.

Easy check in/out, nice amenities, clean rooms, polite welcoming staff, good location with plenty of food and shopping options.

Hotel did not receive the proper reservation information from hotels.com. It took an hour on the phone to get the proper information for check in.

The front desk attendants was some of the best I have seen in awhile. I have been in customer services for 35 years and I wish I could take them to the attraction I manage.

Well when I checked out they double billed my checking account for two separate amounts and I drove 9 hours back home and went to use my card and it was declined. I called them and spoke to a Matt at the front desk who checked me out and he denied the double charges of 742.45 and acted like he knew nothing about it. When I asked for the manager he said she wasn’t in and wouldn’t be back until the next day. I’ve called every day and it’s Thursday and they say she’s not in. The one charge for 792.45 came through on Tuesday and there’s still a charge on my account for 742.45. I complained to Holiday In. Corporate and they are investigating it. I still can’t use my card. This is not acceptable.

Great location near the airport and a short drive away from downtown.

Room was fresh and clean, and location were great. Located conveniently between the airport and downtown Nashville with plenty of dining and shopping options. Staff was friendly and professional. Complimentary breakfast was just okay.

Rooms were very clean and a very convenient location for both fast food and steak houses. Didn't try the breakfast since it was just an overnight stay but the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Didn't try out the bar either but it looked really nice especially with the huge TV. Definitely recommend.

Breakfast was not anything to write home about. As of 7:45 am there was no OJ or Apple Juice only food to choose from was instant oatmeal, bagels and nutragrain bars.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The room and overall hotel was very clean and nice overall. My family and our friends loved the attached restaurant. They have a deal of if you’re staying at the hotel kids eat free with the purchase of an adult entree. Therefore my husband and I only had to pay for our meals and our 2 kids were free. It was a huge plus for us! We would definitely stay again!

Room was very clean beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast left a lot to be desired compared to other hotels. Very limited selections. With most trays empty. Served 7-10 we were there at 7:45

Hotel was clean, convenient for our needs, and staff was very friendly. It was a pleasure to talk with Mr. Flippo (who worked in the breakfast area). He made a great start to the day! The restaurant (Burger Theory) had great burger and fries!

Didn't like the breakfast selection all too well. Jimmy Dean breakfast biscuits: sausage egg and cheese or Canadian bacon egg and cheese, omelet was good except for the fact it was sitting in a wax wrapper and while resting on the hot warmer one side of the omelet was melted onto the wax paper. small selection of cereal (2 at best) and hardly any milk in the pitcher. The coffee was okay. One machine made the coffee fine and the other was too watery. The shower didn't have a guard to keep water in the shower perimeter. The water got all over the rest of the bathroom floor up to the toilet and under the sink. had to use all the towels, hand rags and wash cloths to mop it up. The drain in the middle of the bathroom floor I feel needs to be lowered in the ground so the water can flow to the center of the floor where the drain is to prevent the water from filling the entire floor in the bathroom. The texture of the floor of our room was strange, too: almost as if the grooves were raised, and almost sticky. My girlfriend didn't like walking around barefoot in our room. Apparently their Comcast was out the whole time, too, so we couldn't stream our devices through the television. We had stayed for five days.

I stayed 4 nights and every breakfast had the same food options. Some food items ran out and weren’t refilled. I had to settle for oatmeal one morning.
