Good stay for a single overnight in the Nashville area during a longer trip. We would stay here again. The only negative was the out of order hot tub. This seems like it is becoming all too common these days. A working hotel hot tub is about a uncommon as a working McDonald’s ice cream machine

The continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve had a hotel. This hotel was much nicer than the Holiday Inn Express across the street that I stayed at last time I was in this area. I chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool, but it was closed due to renovations. That should have been posted on Expedia before I booked the room.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was that the pool was under renovation, but everything else was relaxing, restful, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious!!

The pillow cases were dirty with spots and smelled like perfume or cologne. The sheets were dirty too. The room was very dusty and not clean to perfection. Not a very pleasant stay at all.

First night I was bitten by ant which crawled out of bed. Killed two roaches in bathroom, went to front desk they moved us. Next room tv was broken, water wouldn’t drain, had to pack up again move to third room! Air conditioner not working uncomfortable complained at checkout, instead of $486 charged $274… hot tub broken, I’m a type 1 diabetic breakfast was late by an hour and a half cook didn’t show…beds very hard and uncomfortable I’ve traveled all over the world as far as I’m concerned it was unacceptable…

This is not a 9/10 hotel. The staff are very kind. The facilities need a deep clean and repair. The room’s furniture was dated and unclean. The chair was so dirty we put towels over the chair before we’d sit in it.

Super friendly front desk and clean lobby, but the room was a letdown. Top of toilet seat not clean, dirty sink with toothpaste left in basin, stained or unwashed bath towel and hand towel, dirty caulking and stains all on the carpet. The bed linens were clean so that's actually most important, but all other issues could have been avoided with proper cleaning and maintenance. Not worth the price paid.

Good location- right off I 40- lots of restaurants and a mall nearby. The noisiest room we have ever had in a hotel- we stayed in an even number room which faced roadways- perhaps if you asked for an odd number- it would be quieter. The Wi-Fi code didn’t work- went back down to show them it didn’t work, and they gave us a code which did work. They gave someone else a key to our room- fortunately we were in our room and told them to go back to the front desk. Typical Hampton Inn- breakfast, clean room, nice people at front desk. But ask for odd numbered room and keep your dead bolt on.

People were very nice and friendly. Hotel is just kind of old and run down. AC loud, furniture beat up, shower kind of dingy. Clearly there isn’t a lot of upkeep going on. It was certainly livable, just expected a little better from the brand and rating.

The front desk lady was very rude when we checked in she acted as if we were interrupting her time by even being there. The rooms were okay, but you can tell it’s old because of the water damage in the bathrooms and the dirty look and feel of the carpets. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows are very small. There was not enough room to put our large suitcases except right on the floor in the walkway. It’s very loud here as well, you can hear all the traffic outside because it’s right next to an intersection. The pool is down for renovations, which was a bummer for the kids. It was convenient to be near a restaurant within walking distance and a short drive to stores but I would trade that for the noise of the place.

Staff at check in around 4 pm on oct 25 was amazing!! Person at checkout at 9:30am oct 26 was not! She did not want to be bothered bc she was on her phone, rolled her eyes when i asked for a receipt please, handed it to me saying notbing!! Rolled her eyes again. Not one word from her the whole time! I did not catch her name.

Stayed here with 16 teenage kids for a soccer tournament. Sharika and all front desk were so very nice and patient. Leslie the GM equally nice and accommodating. The Housekeeping staff and manager also so very nice and patient with the messy boys' rooms. The property is very clean, rooms are updated and large. Very comfortable. Close to airport and walkable to a mall with lots of food choices and a Krogers and Walgreens. Highly recommend!

The front desk lady had me stand and wait for her to finish talking to a guest that had already checked out but continued to talk about nothing for 10 mins Nobody else there but us 3. She was not welcoming and could care less. Our automatic bathroom light kept going out and we had to keep resetting the ac outlets for it to work. Also no light by the bathroom mirror /sink so my wife had to use the mirror on the closet to put her make up on. Wi-Fi was not written on a card for east access. The Bed and Pillows were the highlight. We won’t be back to this location. C-

I booked this hotel and when I arrived they were unable to find my reservation. After about 5-7 minutes she finally found it by pulling it up by my confirmation number. The receptionist groaned and said “it’s my fault”, but refused to tell me what was “her fault”. She wrote down a completely different name than mine on a piece of paper and spent the next probably 20 minutes typing on the computer to try and fix whatever the issue was. She said she would get with the manager about taking off the first night’s stay because it took so long. The next morning when I went downstairs to follow up with the manager, the receptionist (who was not the manager) compromised my room number so I just decided to just check out instead of trying to move rooms because of the compromised information. The manager did call to follow up with me stating that she would make it right, as they had “made many mistakes”, as of the date of this review I have not had confirmation of the managers statement to make it right.

I did not stay because my reservation was for Monday July 28th. When I arrived the rude woman Helenka, told me I did not have a reservation. She said I was a no show the day before. I showed her my email receipt for last night but she said it was not on her computer I rented another room I disputed your charge with my credit card company I am not paying for a room that you incorrectly booked for the wrong night Expedia…never again

I booked 2 rooms 6 months+ in advance. I called 2 weeks prior trying to get my rooms side by side. They said they couldn't guarantee that but would make aure we were on the same floor. Upon check-in they originally had us on different floors. After I complained they gave us keys for 2 rooms on the same floor. We qent out to get our luggage & upon returning were told there was an issue qith one of the rooms & they'd need to switch it to a different room. They did this. One of our rooms was fine, but the other, newly switched room, had other people's luggage opened on the bed when we entered. That seems like an enormous mistake. I wenttpthe front desk to complain & try to remedy the situation. The staff, including the manager, were very apologetic or helpful at all. They claimed they couldnt het us on the same floor & said little to nothing to assure me that my things would be safe in my room, eventhough they apparently hand out room keys to rooms occupied by other guests. They said they would be able to get our rooms on the same floor for our 2nd night of stay, but no one ever tried to contact me about this.

The free breakfast was lame. Horribly over processed sausage, eggs, gravy. Fruit cocktail used as a fruit option instead of fresh fruit. I guess a lot of people will say—well, what do you expect for free? I have much better free breakfasts at others Hilton properties as well as competition who charge about the same for a stay.

Very clean hotel. Appeared to be newer or recently renovated. Helpful staff. Beautiful room with plenty of towels. Hotel was quiet but had some street noise that was to be expected with the location. Ample parking. Laundry facility is always nice on a long trip. Recycling bins in the lobby. Breakfast was exceptional. They also provide, on the go bags if you are not able to sit down for breakfast.

There was no soap in the shower and the breakfast that was supposed to be included was not available because a worker did not show. No accommodations were offered for even a cold breakfast or pastries. Nothing. We had to go down the road and pick up something at Panera
