I was only here for one night due to a funeral over the weekend. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was great as well. I had a few beers in the bar and they were nice and cold. The room was roomy and very clean. I wish I'd stayed here longer, but actually I am in a few weeks! Just wish it had a hot tub.

Hotel is clean and nice, nothing exciting. They have a good market in front, but breakfast is only included for Avid guests which is kind of bad for other guests. It is close to the providence marketplace which is very convenient.

I’m not sure of the young lady’s name but she’s roughly 22 years old. She works at the bar and she was amazing. She made me a great Long Island ! Hoping to return again soon . She was an absolute pleasure . Thanks hun !!

We were there for a ballgame, had driven far, were very tired & beds slept wonderfully. Went to hotel bar area to eat and although food was good, service great, was very slow due to having only one server whom we felt sorry for having to ask for anything. He was run ragged and doing his best. Needs help!!

We stayed 6 nights and the hotel was very nice. About as good as you can expect out of a holiday. The restaurant in the hotel, burger theory, had some great food and the staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were excellent. A convenience store and a small mall area are located within walking distance which is nice as well.

I love how everything was clean. But I did find a few hair on out sheets. And the Breakfast wasn’t to great I came down a hour and 30 minutes before Breakfast ended, and the food was cold. Other than that Great hotel and nice area.

The hotel was very nice and exceptionally clean—both inside and out. I'm not sure when it opened, but everything looked brand new. The staff was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The location is also a big plus—conveniently close to a variety of restaurants, fast food spots, Target, and other shopping options. I typically don't choose Holiday Inn hotels, but I would absolutely pick this location over any other hotel in the area. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very modern and up-to-date. It also had a clean, quiet, calm atmosphere. I was upgraded to a King Suite room from a Double Standard room. The upgraded room, including the bathroom, was very spacious. The water pressure was a bit lacking, but the water got very warm (hot if that is your preference).

Loved my stay here! My room was quiet, clean and the bed was so comfy! The room was just the right size and had everything i needed! I was disappointed there was no bath tub even though the listing said there was one in the room. The only other issue I had was the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy. Not a deal breaker though! Will definitely stay here again!!

The hotel overall was wonderful. The staff was friendly, the room was nice, clean and well stocked. I appreciated the styling, the multiple usb ports, and sensors on the lights. The bed was also comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet and worked well. The only reason this was not a 5 star review was because there was very little water pressure. Which over-all was a minor inconvenience in a nice stop-over.

Our room was fine - perfect size for our family of 4 with two small children. Safety lock on door made me feel more secure at night however the bathroom doors are odd. Top heavy for small kids, almost too heavy for myself. And they slide - no real sense of privacy and which no fan it makes you feel a little uncomfortable

Great property. Very nice staff. Clean hotel. Great location. Comfortable bed. Updated rooms. Only con is that the walls are pretty thin. Heard lots of people talking loudly in the mornings and kids running up and down the hallways non stop. But other than that, great place.

It was so quiet, I didn't hear anything from the adjacent room! The woman at the front desk, Oakland, was so kind and accommodating. She was able to get me a room even though I arrived hours before official check in.

We arrived after midnight with a reservation through Hotels.com only to be told that Holiday Inn would not honor our stay because their system was down. We did not get to stay. We had to find another hotel after midnight and didn't get into our other hotel until 1:30 a.m. after traveling for over 5 hours. The front desk young woman was not helpful and condescending. If a customer has a confirmation on their phone, it should be honored. You shouldn't rely on a handwritten list from earlier in the day, per the front desk person, to determine who gets to stay and who doesn't because reservations are made at all times of the day and some up until arrival. How absurd! Furthermore, if you have another property in the area, you should send customers their and honor reservations if the other property has availability, esp after midnight! To add salt to the wound, they charged us and now we have to jump through hoops to get our money back bc we used a 3rd party booker. Grh!

Horrible storms were rolling through Nashville when we arrived at the hotel. The power went out, water was pouring in the hotel. Gabrielle handled everything like a pro. Got us checked in and was able to change our rooms so we could take care of our elderly family members.

Everything was great, except for the breakfast. We were expecting a hot breakfast, as per usual at this brand of hotel. However, when we went down to eat, the restaurant was empty, and there was no hot food available. When we went to the front desk about this, they were unsure why this was the case (?!), and directed us to another part of the hotel with lower-level breakfast items. I indicated that we should get some of our money refunded because of this. they said they couldn't because it was booked thru Expedia. but they offered me two bags of chips and two sodas as, compensation.

Tabitha gave us a wonderful welcome after driving 12 hours from Dallas, TX. The room was very clean and quite. Our problem started the next morning for breakfast, it was extremely cold and the presentation was horrible!!! I expected better from Holiday Inn because we've stayed in their properties before. We paid for (3) days of breakfasts with our room but we had to go out after getting cold breakfast here. I mentioned it to some of the staff and they responses were "oh really"!!! That's dis-concerning to me, it was never address from anyone during the rest of our stay. As we were checking out, I made it known again that the stay was nice but the breakfast wasn't good, everything was cold except the coffee!!! This disappointed my trip, because I like to wake up to a great breakfast!!!!

The restaurant in the hotel, burger theory, had some great food and the staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were excellent.
