I booked and payed the room in advance, but upon arriving they first wanted me to pay for the room, after me saying its already payed they gave me a receipt for a completely different amount, which I didn't understand. I asked for parking, they showed me pictures where to find it, drove up to the parking and there was no bell to ring or card to put, i had to walk back to the hotel because the waiting spots in the front of the hotel are very limited. Took me 30-45 minutes just to park my car and get the card for the room. Upon getting to the room it was really noisy, people were smoking in their rooms, made my stay really unpleasant, hate the smell of smoke in a bedroom. Water in the shower took like 5-6 minutes to start to get warm. Overall poor experience for the price I paid.

The hotel and it's staff were awesome. Room were clean and the hotel was quiet. A few minutes on foot to reach the metro station was very convenient. The only downside was that even though they advertised on both the website and at the hotel that a safe was available, I was told by the staff it's not a service they offer.

My first time in an Ibis and I was impressed. Obviously an budget hotel but well done and stylish. We made the mistake of walking into town centre and were robbed by pickpockets near the station. Beware. Go by taxi.

Nothing was satisfying! Room pictures are super exaggerated, door lock was broken and staff not helpful! Dishes dirty at breakfast !
