Excellent friendly check in. Staying for 24hrs however requested a late check out. Was offered to upgrade to lounge access to enhance stay and use after the check out time (11am) however it was cheaper to pay 50% of the daily rate to keep our room until 6pm. Reception staff VERY helpful. Room was excellent and despite renovation of 50% of the hotel we did not get disturbed at all. All the staff, reception, security, concierge , cleaners we found were friendly and calm and it felt like a very well run hotel.

The hotel is amazing! The rooms are modern and spotless, they smell brand new, the service is excellent, the bed is very comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Athens.

manager on duty at this hotel is the worst I have encountered in the last 45 years of traveling and staying in five-star hotels. She has absolutely no understanding of customer service and seems to have a particular talent for irritating guests while smiling and repeatedly responding with “if you wish.” Her colleagues felt compelled to apologize to me and were visibly embarrassed by her behavior in that situation. Such conduct is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category and falls far below any professional standard.
