Overall a nice hotel, conveniently located, easy to get around. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop bar is much smaller than it looks so challenging to get a nice view. Elevators are tiny but we didn’t experience any challenges as it wasn’t peak season. Would stay again if visiting Athens!

Lovely staff, great location, fantastic view from the roof bar but very tired hotel. Even the upgraded rooms could do with being upgraded again. The gym was very basic, as are some of the rooms. My initial room was like sleeping on a rock in a student halls.

The location is perfect near the metro station, shopping street,plenty of restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on recommendations to visit. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a rooftop bar overlooking the Acropolis. Highly recommend!

Room layout was not ideal. Bathroom had no power outlets and had negligible counter space (pleanty of room for a side table).. Hotel is essentially two buildings linked together by basement passage, so you need extra stairs/elevator to get to back rooms. Street noise (street performers) from main walking throughfare echos up the alley. Use of some strange perfume in the basement made getting to the rooms unpleasant.

Great view at the rooftop! Good view from the room if you chose one with a view of the Acropolis. Very clean. There are two buildings for rooms, so they're not always easily accessable if you have multiple rooms. Car access is a bit awkard, as it's down a very small road. We had some trouble when we had a small bus pick up. Location is very nice, as it's walking distance from major tourist points and next to a very lively street.

Roof top bar has a view of the Acropolis!! Beautiful at night!! Nice breakfast options. Rooms are nice enough but the mattress is cheap - so lightweight and no give to them at all. Location was great for shopping and food... Would return and stay again!

・賑やかな場所にあるものの、奥の建物棟の部屋だったせいかわりと静かだった。・部屋やホテル全体の設備は可もなく不可もなく。都会のホテルなので普通に必要なものがある。・清掃が甘い。バスルームや室内に毛が残っている。改善の余地あり。・レセプションのスタッフ、清掃スタッフ、ポーターなど、スタッフ全員が非常に親切。これが一番良かった。何をお願いしても笑顔で応対してもらえた。

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και βολική. Η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού πολύ καλή. Καθαριότητα κακή. Αναπλήρωση των ειδών καθαριότητας γινόταν μόνο αν τη ζητούσες. Ακόμα και ο κάλαθος τουαλέτας δεν καθαριζόταν καθημερινά. Γενικά όλοι η παρέα, δηλαδή τρεις οικογένειες, είμαστε πλήρως απογοητευμένοι.

Very nice and modern with an excellent breakfast buffet, good WiFi, high water pressure and nice showers, and a cool rooftop bar with view of Acropolis. One complaint is that you can’t adjust the temperature in your room yourself. You call the front deck and they do it immediately for you but seems unnecessary. But also with the AC, several times in our 3-day stay we clearly had cigarette smoke coming into our room through the AC - the hotel must have smoking rooms and someone the air flow is t setup right. Finally, we had adjacent rooms and neither window fully closed so it could be locked - not a safety concern as all rooms are higher up, even 2nd floor, but there was a lot of music/noose/partying outside on the street and the windows weren’t soundproof so it was hard to sleep before 11::30pm.

This was a great hotel that was central to shopping district, great food options and walking distance to the Acropolis and many other tourist attractions. Only negative was our hotel room was awkwardly configured and small for three people which was a challenge. Other rooms looked bigger and better organized. Recommend this hotel to stay.

We weren't aware that you had to pay extra for the breakfast when we booked. Wish the hotel provided wash cloths, an outlet in the bathroom, and larger or more pillows. The room seemed stuffy at times, even though we were told that we had to contact the front desk to adjust the termperature down. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere (since we eat light anyway). The view at the rooftop bar on our first visiit was amazing. The service was a little slow, though likely due to staffing issues. Otherwise delightful. The doorman (I forget his name) who helped us get a ride through Cypria to the cruise port was SUPER helpful, kind, and accommodating. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Our experience with this hotel was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff, located in the heart of the city center. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Public transportation located very near the hotel as well. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Athens and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

I was extremely unhappy with the service in the roof top dining. We were treated very badly and when I went to speak to the front desk about it, it was shrugged off like it didn't matter at all.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. Many of our tours had a pick up not far from the hotel still Syntagma square is just a couple of blocks away. Plaka is just a short walk away. There were tons of restaurants around too. The staff were very nice and helpful as well.
