Overall, great job. Just watch for trash (including glass) in the parking lot.

Property is well located, plenty of parking, upkeep is average. Breakfast is below average. Friendly and helpful staff.

The indoor pool was not heated and that was the whole reason I rented the room.

Very nice hotel, clean, quiet, clean pool, convenient to the Cooler ice rink, and Walmart and restaurants both fast food and sit down restaurants. The only thing that was not good quality was the coffee and breakfast. There was however a Waffle House within walking distance.

We had to ask for some extras like another bar of soap and bedding for the pull out couch, but the employees were very friendly and accommodating. The last night of our stay, the pool was full of teenagers/pre-teens with no adult supervision, so my kids decided not to swim. I didn’t ask management for help because the pool was closing soon, but my kids were disappointed. Overall, though we felt safe; facilities were clean; breakfast was good; it was a good stay.

The shower had hair and fake lashes on it. The restroom door wouldn't close properly. The breakfast has no variety. They just had a waffle maker, cereal and frozen burritos. During our stay they had the locks changed which was a bit random but shows that they're working on making improvements. Honestly the ONLY reason I booked this hotel was for the indoor pool, which wasn't even open. I figured since it's indoors the weather shouldn't matter, WRONG. My kids didn't get to enjoy a little pool time.

The TV didn't work the free breakfast was horrible the pool was very cold for an indoor pool and the pool towels were not much bigger then hand towels the bath towels were not much bigger. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Check-in was inefficient. Even after completing the electronic check-in from text message, I had to do it again when I got there, including giving my card and information. The building is definitely older, with a recent remodel, that wasn't too bad, but nothing special. The room was clean, but the bathroom fan was broken. Couldn't open the bedroom window. Heating unit was pretty dirty inside the vent area. Elevator was very dirty inside it. Mattresses were thin and somewhat uncomfortable. Breakfast had waffles, cereal, toast, bagels and then orange and apple juice.

We were only in Atlanta for 4 days for my son’s AAU tournament; we’re originally from Texas. They have horrible bed bugs and my children and myself have bites to prove it. This is by far the filthiest place I’ve ever been in.

One of the lampshades was torn almost completely falling apart, the other had a gross stain around the bottom edges. The AC wasn’t on when we entered so the room was boiling hot and there appeared to be mold in the AC unit as well as the bathtub/bathroom area.

Extremely disappointed from beginning to the end of my one week stay, especially for the reputation of Wyndham. I discovered bugs in the room. Upon examination there were no rubber or guard around the glass of the windows and there was a huge gap from the top to the bottom where the bugs were freely coming in. I called the GM and he came and took me to 5 other rooms, 4 of which had the same problem. He apologized for the inconvenience and told me that he would credit my account with points. I informed him that I did not have an account but he insisted that I should register for one and then let him know the number. The room I relocated to had a fowl odor so the manager used a Frebreeze spray and left a Glade plug-in. However, this did not ease the problem because I discovered that the odor was coming from the sofa, the drapes and the air condition vents. I went to the front desk and told the lady and who said that she will let the GM know. However, the GM never contacted me throughout my stay. I eventually purchased carpet powder and covered the entire room with it. I also inserted fabric softener sheets into the AC vents to freshen the air and sprayed Clorox Bleach Deodorizer on the sofa. I did all this just to accommodate my stay because I knew I would not be refunded. Upon checkout I told the GM about my disappointments and that I will be leaving a negative review. He was very quick to say that all that I will be getting from Wyndham are point.

Got ate up by bed bugs, hotel staff wasn’t friendly at all, housekeeping didn’t clean the room, sheets were absolutely disgusting and stained, towels were filthy and some even had holes in them… I am requesting a refund for the pain and suffering!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND…please stay elsewhere if possible!!

check in was fast, but upon arrival to our room we saw a yellow stain in the bed sheets, I called the front desk so they can be changed or we could be moved to a different room and they just gave me new bed sheets so i could change the bed myself, the room smelled humid, we were in the 2nd floor and you could perfectly hear the people from upstairs walking in their room, other than that: the bathroom was clean. The area is nothing special, we were there for just one night for a wedding so we didnt spend a lot of time in the room, so it kinda works for short stays, but definitely not worth $100+ a night.

Stayed in Room 113 for handicap access. Thought it had walk in shower but it didn't. That was ok, we made it work. Otherwise our stay was amazing and we will stay here again.

The air conditioner was so noisy and so it was difficult to sleep. 2ndly there needs to be some more products for bathing like body wash if not in the bathroom then at least sell it so that other products which can be easily obtained outside of the hotel can be available...when people come to the hotel they need clean, quiet, and convenience for food and other travelling items...good service other than that...

Everything was fine except for the paint coming off the walls. There were a few dents in the room. The bathtub needs to be repainted. The main door needs to be repainted as well.

Everything was excellent. Only negative was the toilet paper holder in the room I had could have been in a better location.

The morning I was checking out, I was rushed out my room after having a conversation with the firing desk minutes prior. Check out time was at 10 and was called by 9:45. And they called saying it was check out time.

Do NOT book and pay in advance here. The hotel manager on staff was not at the desk at our arrival. The shower ceiling was moldy, sagging, and peeling. I have photos to add if possible. The room smelled like cigarettes. I asked for a crib as we were traveling from out of state with our 5 month old. The crib was not there when shown to our room. After seeing the mold and state of the place we decided not to stay. To even leave we had to wait over 5 min for the manager to respond to the bell we had to ring to get service at the front desk. Now they are refusing to refund us, despite us needing to find other accommodations. Don’t waste your time and money.

Everything about the property was great except the breakfast. I understand a continental type breakfast and never eat it anyway, but I've never say it anywhere that the apple juice wasn't drinkable. I'm not exactly sure what was wrong with it but it was absolutely horrible. I tried it exactly once and did not try it again.

Breakfast had a waffle maker that didn't work, the coffee pot was always empty, crowded breakfast area your right on top of one another. There was only one yogurt in refrigerator, apple juice was empty, even the waffle house next you couldn't go there. You had to order it and have delivered. Crazy
