Anyone can walk off the street right to your rooms door. And there is no way to lock the room door from the inside beyond the key card reader. No deadbolt or latch. Breakfast is free but you definitely get what you pay for.

Erster Eindruck - Check in OK - Zimmer ok , obwohl nur ein Stuhl vorhanden war, sehr sauber. Jedoch sehr hellhörig und laut. Früstück - alles da und OK, egal zu welcher Frühstückszeit. wer mehr von einem 3 Sterne Hotel erwartet ist hier falsch. Die Zentrale Lage ist hervorragend. Man erreicht das Centrum zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten. Negativ - auf der Web Site des Hotels wird mit einer Parkmöglichkeit für PKW geworben. Davon wusste beim Checkin niemand. Ich bekam eine Adresse eines ca 300m entfernt gelegenen Parkhauses, welches nochmal 30 Euro proTag kostet. Fazit: für 3 Sterne empfehlenswert, wenn man ohne PKW anreist. bzw. den Aufpreis inkauf nimmt.

Didn’t get double bed room even though we specifically booked that. Room was noisy. Not easy to access since in next building. No elevator access. Had to carry all bags through stairs. No toiletries in bathroom.

Mitten in der Altstadt und eine große Mall direkt vor der "Haustür". Zimmer waren schon sehr klein hat aber völlig ausgereicht. Teilweise langes Treppensteigen da der Aufzug defekt war. Das Frühstück ist für diesen Preis auch definitv sehr gut...für jeden was dabei! Für Kurzreisende die die Stadt erkunden wollen definitiv zu empfehlen.

Mitten in der Altstadt und eine große Mall direkt vor der "Haustür". Zimmer waren schon sehr klein hat aber völlig ausgereicht. Teilweise langes Treppensteigen da der Aufzug defekt war. Das Frühstück ist für diesen Preis auch definitv sehr gut...für jeden was dabei! Für Kurzreisende die die Stadt erkunden wollen definitiv zu empfehlen.

Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig! Schon bei der Ankunft war ein langes Haar auf dem Boden des Bades, welches auch am Abreisetag noch immer da war. Ebenso war auf dem Boden neben dem Bett Papier, welches nach der „“ Reinigung „“ noch da war. Die Zimmer waren sehr abgewohnt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, wenn auch nicht überragend.

Hotellet var trevligt. Vi bodde på den översta våningen och fick en fin utsikt ut över gatan och torget. Läget är mycket bra med korta avstånd till gamla stan och torget. Själva rummet var lite äldre i stil men ganska rent och välstädat.

Dreadful. This is not really a hotel, but a hostel. Hardly Any cleaning in an already dirty room. My room was opposite the cleaning sraff's working room. This meant screaming and telling at early hours making it impossible to sleep. When confronting the reception, they said they would fix it bit nothing happened.

The building is a bit old but the room is clean, the shower is nice and everything works as it should. When you step outside of the hotel the tram stop is almost im front of it and the city centre is at walking distance.

O hotel é MUITO bem localizado e dá para se fazer tudo a pé pelo centro. Não havia informação aqui sobre o café da manhã, então fui surpreendida positivamente sobre ter o café da manhã disponível na nossa estadia. O quarto que ficamos é bem pequeno para 3 pessoas, mas as camas são confortáveis e limpas. Ao lado do hotel tem vários restaurantes, cafés e até um shopping, e em frente a esse shopping tem um mercado de natal, em dezembro.

O hotel é MUITO bem localizado e dá para se fazer tudo a pé pelo centro. Não havia informação aqui sobre o café da manhã, então fui surpreendida positivamente sobre ter o café da manhã disponível na nossa estadia. O quarto que ficamos é bem pequeno para 3 pessoas, mas as camas são confortáveis e limpas. Ao lado do hotel tem vários restaurantes, cafés e até um shopping, e em frente a esse shopping tem um mercado de natal, em dezembro.

WE had no internet, nor did many other folks we spoke to and that meant going to the desk area or a cafe down the road...very very inconvenient, Everyday they would say the guy is coming to fix it in the morning, which never happened. And even though we never asked for our room to be cleaned....some entered our room while we were out and stole a new vape ($65) the old vape was put back into a plastic bag full of tea bags (very spooky and strange) The hotel is very dated and the corridors are horrible to walk down...how ever the room was clean,good size and comfy. WE know for sure the room was broken into and the vape stolen as the bag that it was in was gone to and i never even used any vape's while we were away...and then the older vape left in the tea bags. Location was good though....but the internet that you can see behind the desk is from the 1990's. Don't recommend this hotel....even at half the price it's not worth it.

The room was so small to use the expression’u could not swing a cat’ but the bathroom was good the tv in its location could not be easily seen… I tried to leave my freezer pack with reception but they only had a fridge !!!!

Det positive med dette hotellet er pris, renhold og beliggenhet. Det ligger helt fabelaktig plassert i byen. Renholdet er bra, og vi hadde rom der badet var rent og fremsto som ganske nytt. Det negative er at hotellet generelt er slitent. Det knirker i gulvene, malingen flasser og veggene er tynne som papir. Personalet er mutte, særlig han ene i resepsjonen. I tillegg er det dårlig tetting i vinduene, så det er tidvis mye støy fra trafikk og folk på utsiden av hotellet. Frokosten er heller ikke av de beste, men grei nok.

Great location near old town and public transit. Breakfast was good. Beds fairly comfortable. Remodeled bath nice. Hair dryer and tv didn’t work. No ac-so had to have windows open and people on street were LOUD all hours of night. Could choose a nicer place for a much more reasonable price farther out of town near a subway and just take subway in.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Hotel en plein centre mais sans aucune nuisance sonore. Et a 1 min a pieds du metro, extrêmement facile a trouver. Petit dejeuner tres bon et varié. Personnel agreable.

Good breakfast. The receptionist was a wonderful, hard working person. Property entrance could benefit from newer flags or some other identification above door. Lobby and stair rails could use fresh paint because first impression was a little off. The room was very clean and freshly painted, but at first was concerned. Freshening up the entry would put a truer face on what the property is. Easy walk to old town square and Prague community building is just one block away.

Mit diesem Hotel kann man nichts falsch machen. Freundliches Personal, sehr zentral gelegen und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut erreichbar. Nebenan sind viele Restaurants und auch ein großes Einkaufszentrum.

O hotel é MUITO bem localizado e dá para se fazer tudo a pé pelo centro. Não havia informação aqui sobre o café da manhã, então fui surpreendida positivamente sobre ter o café da manhã disponível na nossa estadia. O quarto que ficamos é bem pequeno para 3 pessoas, mas as camas são confortáveis e limpas. Ao lado do hotel tem vários restaurantes, cafés e até um shopping, e em frente a esse shopping tem um mercado de natal, em dezembro.

O hotel é MUITO bem localizado e dá para se fazer tudo a pé pelo centro. Não havia informação aqui sobre o café da manhã, então fui surpreendida positivamente sobre ter o café da manhã disponível na nossa estadia. O quarto que ficamos é bem pequeno para 3 pessoas, mas as camas são confortáveis e limpas. Ao lado do hotel tem vários restaurantes, cafés e até um shopping, e em frente a esse shopping tem um mercado de natal, em dezembro.

Hotellet var trevligt. Vi bodde på den översta våningen och fick en fin utsikt ut över gatan och torget. Läget är mycket bra med korta avstånd till gamla stan och torget. Själva rummet var lite äldre i stil men ganska rent och välstädat.

Mitten in der Altstadt und eine große Mall direkt vor der "Haustür". Zimmer waren schon sehr klein hat aber völlig ausgereicht. Teilweise langes Treppensteigen da der Aufzug defekt war. Das Frühstück ist für diesen Preis auch definitv sehr gut...für jeden was dabei! Für Kurzreisende die die Stadt erkunden wollen definitiv zu empfehlen.

We had to keep window open all the time to get the smell in the room go away. It smelled like very old and damp wall to wall carpet. Next door someone was smoking often at the balcony and since our window had to be kept open cigarette smoke was coming in. Good location, close to old town and shopping mall. Breakfast was very simple and coffee was bad.

For me, I enjoy my hotel room which is very spacious with a good view of the city. Too bad I sm only there for one noght. The free breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Its not something you see in other hotels. I'm definitely choose this hotel again.

Breakfast is adequate for the price paid, staff tries to communicate in English, shops nearby. BUT really feels unsafe... homeless man using our toilet & shower room when we came 2nd night... A homeless person usually don't cause harm-just unfortunate people; BUT this mean that a real bad person could potentially just enter...very UNSAFE place. Receptionist apologized-not really his fault, he said i might not closed the door when we left, BUT definitely not the case because we always check that the door is closed, whether where out or in the room. The next morning the reception said it happened before... I suggested that the management should install security keys in the main reception, and in another door prior to ours, since the building are shared with other offices with common lift, and stairs.
