Great location very close to the Acropolis and area. Should walk to the metro station for catching a train to the airport. You from the upper balcony of the Acropolis was fantastic. Breakfast was good a shame they don't do a dinner up there has dining while the sun sets over the Acropolis would be something quite spectacular. Air conditioning was quiet and effective. I would stay there again.

What a delightful experience at the Acropolis View! We stayed for 5 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. There is so much to see and do close by the hotel or a short taxi ride away. We walked to wonderful restaurants for dinners and the entrance Acropolis itself is nearby. Do not miss the incredible, breathtaking Acropolis Museum, again a 10 minute walk away. Not all the rooms here have views of the Acropolis, but there is always the deck on the 5th floor with views so close you can watch the crowds of people walking up and around the pathways. The rooms themselves are compact, but the public areas are large and open. There is a full bar and fresh iced tea in the lobby and knowledgeable staff to help with any questions you might have. The breakfast buffet atop the hotel has everything you could imagine from three or 4 fresh salads, to myriads of breads, pastries, fruits, yogurts, eggs, sausages and bacon and cold cuts along with many varieties of cheeses, olives, and different Greek specialties. You squeeze your own oranges for juice and make your own cappuccino from the elaborate machine. You gaze over the rooftops at the Acropolis as you enjoy the amazing cuisine. I was disappointed they didn’t serve dinner, but didn’t realize it’s a small hotel and there is a huge variety of dinner choices within walking distance. The elevator makes all rooms accessible without any stairs, which was important to us as we are in our 80’s and have limited mobility.

This is such a wonderful quaint hotel! The location is great and very walkable to all site seeing , shopping and restaurants. The rooftop breakfast was delicious with stunning views of Parthenon and drinks in the evenings. On our last day we had to leave at 5:00am so the front desk manager made us a togo box breakfast. We will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

loved the hotel, the service was excellent. I recommend taking the shuttle service back from the hotel to the airport ñ. The breakfast was delicious; you can order a drink from the bar and go up to the roof top and enjoy the view at any time. I loved it! Highly recommended.

Staff was very accommodating and extremely helpful orienting us to the sites in Athens by providing maps and details of where to eat, shop, etc. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food. The view from the rooftop cannot be beat! Don't miss it!! Room was spotless. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Athens.

Highly recommend it. Would stay her again. It’s a great location and the staff make the stay very pleasant. The room was small but functional. The beds very comfortable. It was clean and the highlight was the breakfast. Served on the terrace for a perfect view of the Acropolis, it had many breakfast options including local dishes. Everything tasted great.

Dejligt hotel der lå med en fantastisk udsigt til Akropolis og i gå afstand dertil. Rigtig fin morgenmad, pænt og rent værelse ikke så stort. Dog er der lidt meget trafikstøj, men det er jo også midt i en storby.

The staff is great. The outside doesn’t look like much, in fact, I thought I made a mistake in booking this hotel. Don’t judge the outside book by its cover. Room was very clean and served its purpose. The hotel is within a very short walk to the Acropolis and other areas. Again, the staff was accommodating, professional, and nice. Breakfast was amazing…so much more than the normal continental spread. I will use this venue again on the future when I visit.

Nice location close to Acropolis. One of the two of you can see the Acropolis from the tiny balcony looking to the side but not both at the same time. The top floor breakfast area has a stunning view of the Acropolis although we had to leave before the 7am breakfast. It didn’t seem anyone had been in our room for a while because it smelled of sewage when we entered. Running the shower for a few minutes seemed to clear it up but it wasn’t a great first impression. It was fine for one night before flying out of Greece but I would have been disappointed if we were staying longer and booked based on the Expedia description and hotel name. A bit misleading.

Great,friendly,professional staff.Really clean hotel with a rather basic room.Amazing views of the Acropolis from the roof terrace.Really good breakfast.My only real issue was the fact that I didn't sleep through the night.My view from toom 201 was of a main air conditioner unit,which started up in the middle of the night,and carried on every few minutes until I just had to get up.It was pointless just lying there.Two incredibly disturbed nights sleep.I would only stay at the hotel again if a quiet room was guaranteed.

My second time staying here. It's a lovely hotel with a view of the Acropolis. Clean and comfortable, with a fantastic breakfast buffet on the terrace. The staff are friendly, too. The decor is a bit dated, but that is part of the hotel's charm--I felt like I was stepping back into a simpler time.

Outstanding hotel, in a fantastic location. Staff are absolutely tremendous. Can`t fault the breakfast. Only downside is a noisy lift which starts early in the morning, try to get a room away from the lift if you can. An excellent hotel, trmendous value.

L hôtel est très vieillot Nous avions la chambre 404 ressemblant à une chambre d hôpital, très petite , moche et surtout du côté de la rue très bruyante. Pour la salle de bain tout est compris dans un mètre carré toilettes comprises. Beaucoup de circulation dont le bruit n est pas atténué fenêtres fermées, très gênant pour dormir…. Le plus c est le petit déjeuner très convenable sur la terrasse donnant sur l acropole et le personnel de l accueil très sympatique et serviable

Staff was great. View from the roof where the breakfast buffet is served was exceptional. By the way, the breakfast was great! However, the room was small and there was no view and the bathroom is minuscule. Also, the hairdryer was the kind you have to hold down the button to keep it on. That makes it difficult to blow dry and style. The only other place to put on makeup and do your hair was a desk that had no light or electrical outlet. So, for a guy, the room was probably great, but for two sisters, hard to manage.

The staff at this hotel was outstanding. Very helpful with anything you needed. They arranged transportation for us several times during our stay. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the view from the roof top terrace where it is served was amazing. The location is ideal if you plan to visit the Acropolis and the other sites nearby. Very walkable. We will definitely return on our next stay in Athens

I felt safe here as a solo traveler and the staff was helpful to book my taxi to the airport! And made me breakfast to go when I left! I really like this place and the rooftop is to die for!

Upon check in we were greeted by Margarita, who gave us wonderful advice on dining, directions to where we were heading and helpful tips on the best ways to get around the old town. She also made her own suggestions on places to visit, which were fabulous. The view from atop of the hotel was incredible and the full service bar was lovely. We enjoyed several beverages while admiring the Acropolis.

What a delightful experience at the Acropolis View! We stayed for 5 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. There is so much to see and do close by the hotel or a short taxi ride away. We walked to wonderful restaurants for dinners and the entrance Acropolis itself is nearby. Do not miss the incredible, breathtaking Acropolis Museum, again a 10 minute walk away. Not all the rooms here have views of the Acropolis, but there is always the deck on the 5th floor with views so close you can watch the crowds of people walking up and around the pathways. The rooms themselves are compact, but the public areas are large and open. There is a full bar and fresh iced tea in the lobby and knowledgeable staff to help with any questions you might have. The breakfast buffet atop the hotel has everything you could imagine from three or 4 fresh salads, to myriads of breads, pastries, fruits, yogurts, eggs, sausages and bacon and cold cuts along with many varieties of cheeses, olives, and different Greek specialties. You squeeze your own oranges for juice and make your own cappuccino from the elaborate machine. You gaze over the rooftops at the Acropolis as you enjoy the amazing cuisine. We loved everything about the Acropolis View hotel. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful from check-in to checkout. They organized out airport pick-up the day we arrived, our transportation to the cruise port and to the airport on our last day. The hotel was clean and well maintained, we particularly loved the roof top patio with the spectacular view of the Acropolis. Our rooms were always cleaned and fresh towels provided. The front desk staff made wonderful recommendations of restaurants in the area and even made reservations for us. The hotel is close to major attractions and very easy to get around. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again if/when we visit Athens again

I told the desk that I had an early flight, needed to check out at 5 AM and would miss the breakfast included with the room. He told me that they would prepare a box to go. I was flabbergasted the next morning, that they not only remembered it, the box breakfast had a great variety of delicious food. Breakfast needed more breakfast options. Felt as if there were more deserts then breakfast foods. Need some muffins, croissants. Bacon was raw, other folks seemed to enjoy it but i orefer mine crispy :) air-conditioning was amazing! Bar was great nice to grsb some eine and hang on tbe roof top! Everything was clise shops, attractions and restaurants. Could not have picked a mord convenient place! Love this place! Bar open 24 hours which was fantastic!

This was better than the photos. The view was incredible. The shower was super great. It was probably the best hotel breakfast we have had with a lot of variety, fresh food, hot food was hot, cold food cold. Comfortable beds, very nice and helpful staff, great assistance. The traditional Greek cookies were a great addition. I would definitely stay here again and wished we could stay longer.

The room was small but spotlessly clean with some nice amenities. And of course the fantastic view of the Acropolis on the roof top that you will see while having breakfast. This is a family run hotel and their pride in the hotel shows. The rooms are nice and they have a bar on the lobby level. The terrace view of the Acropolis is the star of the show.they also have a morning breakfast that is wonderful. Very convenient for nearby restaurants.

This is my new favorite hotel. Amazing location. Super clean. Nice rooms. Exceptional staff. The breakfast was a perfect way to start our last day in Athens. The hotel is gorgeous. The air-conditioning works very well. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful. We were able to store our bags safely at the hotel from 8 AM until noon when we were able to check in their morning. Breakfast is absolutely amazing. The balcony views of the Acropolis are beautiful and you are completely missing out if you don’t take advantage of the gorgeous rooftop sitting area at night to see the Acropolis. !
