Repairs to the room and pool need to take place. I really don’t understand why you would leave a chair like this in a guest room. The patio lights for the pool weren’t on at all and one is broken and a safety hazard.

The sheets were mismatched, had old stains on them, and the bed was semi comfortable. BLACK MOLD was in restroom and air conditioning area. The tub dripped the entire time. The lights needed to be changed as they were very dim, and the walls were dirty, looked like people splashed coffee, etc. The microwave looked like it caught on fire briefly at some point (on the inside). Extremely noisy starting around the 9-10pm hr. The paint makes it very dark and unwelcoming. I hope changes are in the works.

Less than five minues of being in my room, I noticed another persons earing on my bed. When i turned around to grab my things to go back down to the front desk, there was a roach crawling on my jacket. Front desk agreed to switch my room. When I got into the new room the tub was leakong from the faucet. I couldnt even take a shower because the tib drain was clogged. I was terrified to turn off the lights in fear that roaches would start to come out. I was not able to sleep. I was constantly hearing the screech from thw elevator opening and closing all night. I did not feel comfortable eating any breakfast from this facility due to sanitary reasons. This was my first and last visit to days inn and suites.

Check in was really easy. The room as soon as I walked in had a strong smell of mold. The bed sheets looked that they were not changed from the previous guest, pillowcases were still with hair on them. I walked right out of there!!

We needed a place to stay outside of downtown and this was a great option for our little family! The check in process was super easy and the lady working the desk was nice! The room itself was spacious and the beds were SUPER comfortable and clean. The only complaints i have is the bathroom cosmetic stuff! The toliet seat was broken, there was a large water mark on the wall between the bathtub and the door jam & the shower curtain bar was crooked so the water ran over the wall (probably why there was said wall damage) it didn't change our stay though and we would 100% choose the hotel again!

Very good stay. The only complaint I have is when I was checking out I asked for a receipt. For some unknown reason the front desk staff was unable to print out a receipt. So I was informed that if I gave them my email address they would email the receipt for both nights. But to date I have not received my receipts.

Front desk lady was not very professional. Time of checked out also i had to wait locking for front desk lady because when i checked in she took my driving license and demand me $50 before checked in or give her my driving license. She said this is for security reason if you damage anything that's why either pay $50 or give $50. My question is when i paid for my room upfront why that time property didn't mentioned that time for no reason i had to stressed out and looking for front desk employee so i can have my DL. Breakfast was not good. Property was stinks. Very old bedsheet and old shower curtain. Saggy pillow case and old bottom sheet.

I had a great stay experience at this location. I received great customer service from the staff. Overall the hotel was very clean and surprisingly quiet. I felt safe and comfortable. I had a clean, spacious room with a great hot water pressured shower. The gentleman who checked me in/out and he was friendly, helpful, understanding, and accommodating from start to finish. They will continue to get my business and my recommendation. Needless to say, when you are in need of a safe, quiet and affordable hotel this location is a sure bet.

Much of the property seemed to be under construction with lots of noise and boxes of materials all around. It is in an industrial area, and it is impossible to walk (and fairly difficult to drive) to any interesting destinations.

You can tell that it's old but also very well taken care of. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The Internet is absolutely terrible and he breakfast worse. Overall I didn't have much to complain about.

We got a great deal at the last minute. The lobby is absolutely beautiful. The late night front desk staff was very nice. The room was super clean, inviting and comfortable. We slept so well. Breakfast was very good and we even hit the pool before checking out. I got to meet the owner. He’s terrific! We got the 5 star treatment and facilities for a less than 5 star rate. We wanted to hit the gym but the pool was just too much fun. We were thoroughly satisfied and then some!!!!!
