Parking good. Staff ok. Extremely smoker room. Patch broken on door. Lights not working no security on outer doors and stairwell windows open. I did not feel very safe. Occupied rooms doors left open and trashy. Smoke and weed could be smelled everywhere. This is completely unacceptable!!

Clean we ith a comfortable bed. No lift, most of the power outlets and the main light did not work, large room but the king-size bed was 6 inches from the wall, would be much better with a nightstand both sides. Reclining chair was a nice touch. Right beside an industrial plant and a main road

The staff was very welcoming. There was an odd smell in the lobby and hallway. The entry door glass was very dirty. The room was dark with poor lighting. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. The bathroom was clean and nice, but the bathtub needed a good cleaning...there was mildew around the bathmat. The parking lot was well lit which made me feel safe to leave my car overnight. I would rate my experience as average to below average.

Pleasant and friendly staff at check-in. Room was fine and beds were comfortable. Not enough outlets for charging our devices. There was mold on the edges of the tub and on the outside of the mini-fridge. The freezer was iced over making the door hard to close. The main door to the outside was unlocked all night so I didn’t feel very secure.

This hotel is sub par at best. There were coffee stains on our wall. The floor lamp was broken where the light bulb is. The phone looked like it hadn't been cleaned or dusted in a year. The lamp on the night stand had a busted switch on one side so you could not turn that side off. We had to unplug when we wanted it off. It said there was coffee in the morning but never saw it brewed the 4 days we were there.

The hotel was very clean but the lights and phone did not work in my room. It hasno elevator so a person with a disability can't do the stairs. If you wanted a room on the first floor it would cost you more. Overall, everything was fine and I would recommend it.

This was terrible, inflated prices due to event in the area, halls and room were filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke, hotel is right next to interstate and very loud vehicle noise prevented sleep, ice maker was non-functional, then the batter in the rooms smoke detector started chirping. My head was pounding and throat burning, I check out after only one night and ate the cost, better to sleep on my daughters couch.

The motel is convenient to Williamsport but left a lot to be desired. Several outlets were not working no clock towels were stained had to ask for more as rooms were not cleaned only every third day of our four night stay tv wouldn't turn on when we first got there. No breakfast but you could get coffee in the morning but the mr coffee machine was so stained you didn't dare use it. For the price it wasn't worth it.

Just needed a quick cheap room for a college visit. Avoid this place. The room was absolutely disgusting. Holes in the wall, paint peeled off. Bathroom was gross. Stray hairs and clearly unwashed. Also the room had the worst smell Ive ever smelled. Like a gross air freshener that was attempting to cover up some other nasty smell. Don’t walk, run away from this place. We left immediately.

We booked a king room and they were only able to give us 2 doubles when we arrived. Saying something about airing out the king size rooms. The hallway smelled like urine, cigarette smoke, and weed. The hallway was also very dirty. The room was disgusting as well. Floors were dirty. Bedding and towels were stained. The walls had, what looked liked, blood splatter. This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The staff was nice, but that’s about the only nice thing I have to say about this property. The hall ways and stairs were full of crumbs and even dog feces like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The room was somewhat clean, but there was no cold air and the room was ridiculously uncomfortable which wasn’t idea for a family with young kids. We will not be back here.

It was dirty. Lots of dust on furniture and dirt on floor. Sheets had a stain on them and the towels looked like they were 100 years old. The mini fridge was dirty inside. The heater was blowing out cool air when the heat was on. The tub did not plug. No shampoo or condition in the bathroom. No blow dryer in bathroom. As soon as you walk in the side door you immediately smells cigarette smoke and dog poop. The side yard is full of dog poop. Looks like it never gets picked up.

We got a double bed instead of a king, we killed 8 spiders and the smoke alarms were taken out of the ceiling. It was dusty and full of cob webs and smelled so musty. There’s literally 4 things in the whole room, don’t seem to hard to keep clean.

We used this for a quick stop over on our trip. The hotel was as we expected for the price. Room was clean but dated needed some work in bathroom both with cleaning tub area and cocking also with toilet flushing. It met our needs for this time. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Room smelled. Not sure if it was old smoke or what it was. 1 bar of soap, had to use for sink and shower. No shampoo. Air conditioner was off when we got in the room so it was like 85 degrees. Had coffee in the lobby but the coffee cups stuck together so I thought it best not to try the coffee.

Only stayed here because there were no other hotels available. In need of serious maintenance. The tv was literally falling off the mount on the wall, burn holes in the bed spreads, the toilet was barely bolted in the floor, bathroom had mold on the shower enclosure, ceiling had bubbled from water damage. The entire 2 nights I stayed there it sounded like elephants were running above my room and the smell of marijuana was overwhelming

I knew not to expect a 4 star experience. That said, the room (laminate floor) was dirty, the mattress was beyond its useful life, the tub was worn so badly is was black in the corners, the tub faucet wouldn't stop running, the ceiling was falling down above the shower head, the entire facility smelled of smoke, the exhaust fan cover in the bath was falling off and the air conditioner sounded like a jet engine. Staff was pleasant, though. I would not recommend.

Checked in with Paul. He was very pleasant and helpful. I appreciate that. The motel is a little outdated. But Paul was very accommodating and I have to say that if I were to come out here again that I would consider staying here. Good stuff. Makes all the difference sometimes!

It was really great. The rooms are really clean. It had a nice are I found set up a remote work space. The manager Paul was vey helpful and accommodating to my time schedule for check in/out.

The manager, Paul was extremely helpful and pleasant. He upgraded our room and put us on the first floor. We had a very nice stay. I have stayed here many times and it is great and affordable,

Clean we ith a comfortable bed. No lift, most of the power outlets and the main light did not work, large room but the king-size bed was 6 inches from the wall, would be much better with a nightstand both sides. Reclining chair was a nice touch. Right beside an industrial plant and a main road

i stayed here about 6 years ago and stayed away after that because of how noisy it was. on my 1st return visit recently i completely changed my opinion. my room was nicely arranged, the appliances all worked, the place was peaceful and quiet, and everything seemed well-managed. this place leveled up, so it is possible, we aren’t hoping for the impossible. a very comfortable stay and a convenient location to williamsport

The road noise was very loud. The tub was looking so bad I didn’t even shower. The blankets on the bed were paper thin. The front desk clerk was very nice so at least there was that.

The property is nestled between the Interstate and the railroad, to the left is a road-surfacing business (with mountains of gravel, stacks of steel culvert, and at least 50 parked dump- and tank-trucks), to the right a company for chemical coating of steel, and across the street there is a "Gentlemans\' Club." It is not near any dining, except the club. At the check-in desk, I was informed that some TVs did not work at first and I should call down by cell phone because the room phones did not reach the front desk directly. The linen and towels were dingy, the room was threadbare, the tub did not have a stopper, but was basically clean and barsoap was provided. The free coffee was unusually weak. The WiFi password was GodBless!

This was terrible, inflated prices due to event in the area, halls and room were filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke, hotel is right next to interstate and very loud vehicle noise prevented sleep, ice maker was non-functional, then the batter in the rooms smoke detector started chirping. My head was pounding and throat burning, I check out after only one night and ate the cost, better to sleep on my daughters couch.

The service was excellent and very friendly. Also, the gentleman behind the counter was helpful in providing the local eating areas after I checked in. The one issue that upset me was that coffee was not provided in the morning, around 6:10 am.

Room smelled. Not sure if it was old smoke or what it was. 1 bar of soap, had to use for sink and shower. No shampoo. Air conditioner was off when we got in the room so it was like 85 degrees. Had coffee in the lobby but the coffee cups stuck together so I thought it best not to try the coffee.

This hotel is sub par at best. There were coffee stains on our wall. The floor lamp was broken where the light bulb is. The phone looked like it hadn't been cleaned or dusted in a year. The lamp on the night stand had a busted switch on one side so you could not turn that side off. We had to unplug when we wanted it off. It said there was coffee in the morning but never saw it brewed the 4 days we were there.

Place was horrible. Did not stay at this hotel. Blood stains on the sheets, microwave and refrigerator was something out of the 70s. Wall light by the bad was missing and a shade on another light was broke. Disgusting hotel. Would not recommend to anyone.
