Excellent stay! We stayed 2 nights and it was very enjoyable! The staff is the most welcoming and friendly! Superb! The hotel was top notch clean! The hotel had a band playing in the restaurant lounge area. We and other guests relaxed in the lounge area by the fireplace. Pool was very clean. We enjoyed shopping at the local unique shops then later the other shopping places. Lots of great dining as well. The town was very safe and all the locals were very friendly! Highly recommend and we will definitely be staying there again!

We had breakfast both mornings however the food took more than 30 minutes to arrive at our table and there were so few people in there. That was just too long of a time to wait. Also, the fourth floor smelled like marijuana the entire weekend. Parking was an issue And I had to park on the street the second night not in a lot because there were no spots. The room was quiet and comfy, so that was good.

The entire stay was absolutely wonderful. This property must have a wonderful General Manager because ALL of the staff was friendly and helpful. The property was very nice. Having a restaurant on site made things convenient as well. The outdoor bar area was also a highlight with our wonderful bartender Mateo. I would highly recommend staying here on your trip.

The hotel is basically as advertised. Attached restaurant is a significant plus. Bathroom is clean and shower has lots of pressure. The hotel shows some signs of aging: just one elevator that feels old and room furniture that doesn’t match.

Although we had some trouble finding the hotel, as it is physically connected to the HolidayInn Express, we finally managed to find the correct Holiday Inn. We ate dinner at the on site restaurant and the food was delicious. An added treat was a live jazz group at the restaurant that were very good. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Made to order breakfast at the same restaurant was delicious , as well.

The hotel lobby, pool, and restaurant were amazing, clean, and well kept. The hallway, elevator, and rooms are just filthy, stains all over the carpets, wall paper peeking off walls in bathroom from previous leaks, and the smell of past smoke, and a horrible smell like wet stinky damp carpet. We wouldn’t take our shoes off in the room. It smelled awful and looked awful. We stayed for 3 nights and asked for a service each night. Noting. We excited our own towels. The staff especially the night manager was lovely and great. But the rooms and hallway need help. There was grease stains on the headboard from past guests.

Could hear a lot of hall noise. Toilet seat was cracked completely through the wood. Bathroom sink stopper was broken. The building clearly needs some maintenance. The room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

We booked the suite, but it wasn’t the suite I saw in the picture. The suite I was given was dirty. There was ants on the dining room table from something sticky not cleaned. The blinds were broken. The room was just not up to date like pictured. The hotel was very understanding and put us in another suite with a jacuzzi like the suite had.

The staff are amazing from the front desk to the restaurant. Housekeeping leaves something to be desired. Room was clean, but never got new cups, refresh in the room. Nothing that would keep me from rebooking, but would have been nice to have new cups, toilet paper, etc

The hotel staff were really helpful and customer oriented. The room was clean and a good size. The only complaint there were other folks on the hall running, slamming doors, playing music until 3:00 AM. A little noise is to be expected but not like this and certainly not until 3 in the morning. Next day we saw the culprits looks like Karma caught them with a pretty good hangover LOL.

stayed in a suite on 5th floor and let me just say the walls are very thin. I wear hearing aids and without them (bedtime) I easily hear could hear people talking in the rooms on either side of me. I'd call it a large room with king bed and jacuzzi tub vs a suite

Was a nice and clean property. Beds are super comfortable. Walls are very thin though. Loud party 2 doors down woke our group up at 2am and continued till around 4am.

Check-in was a little confusing bc there are 2 Holiday Inns connected, however, at “both” Check-ins, the ladies working the desk were very personal and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was courteous, but not all front desk staff were friendly. We checked in late and one bed was broken and fell when my husband got on it. We told the front desk, and they said maintenance would fix it the next morning while we were out. We returned late again and nothing had been fixed. Front desk said they couldn’t take anything off our bill because we had paid through a third party. Since we were checking out the next morning, they would give us a gift certificate for the James restaurant rather than switch our room. The next morning, the front desk person had no idea about any of this, but said they would add the gift certificate to our account for our next stay. A broken bed should not have to be tolerated on a 2-night stay.

Very good room and helpful staff at the desk-able to extend my stay with no notice, but cleaning staff assumed I left on my extra day, wadded up and bagged my clothes from the dresser and took away my toiletries bag and all my personal bathroom items-which I never got back. Would stay again as it's so convenient to Williamsport central...but keep the DND hangtag on the door at all times.

Not happy, the service and food in the restaurant was poor. Housekeeping only made the bed and emptied trash can. Numerous guests including myself searched both properties for a luggage cart and were unsuccessful. Theere was no air flow in the hallways. It smelled and felt very musty.

Convenient location to downtown Williamsport, which was very walkable. No complaints about cleanliness or the overall comfort of the room. The only confusing thing was the fact that there were two hotels in one building, but the reception clerk at the Holiday Inn Express was very nice when she explained that we needed to go to the other part of the building for our check-in.

Everything was great except the speed of service for breakfast at the on site restaurant. the waitress was very good, but i think maybe she was the only person working. She really was doing all she could, but waiting nearly an hour for three plates of eggs seems excessive, especially when the whole space had only like 5 tables of guests, with 3-5 people at each table

Absolutely the best. Perfect breakfast Perfect room. The marble bar in the James Room was great. Drinks made proper. My drink of choice is an Old Fashion. I received only one large ice cube. Proper. Enjoyed my stay from start to finish. Front Desk staff were professional and very kind. I was made to feel welcome and not herded to my room. Excellent stay. This is my go-to when I visit again.
