It’s in a very unsafe area there was literally someone infront of the hotel doing drugs please know the inside is nice but it’s not worth being in an unsafe environment.

The hotel never answered my calls or texts for almost two hours to give me my building and room access, even though they advertise 24/7 guest services. I was left stranded at midnight in the street and had to ultimately book another hotel. Terrible.

We reached out to the hotel staff for two of the main overhead lights that weren’t working. We were promised that staff would come up and look into the lights, but we never got another update. The room is unique and comfortable, however the supporting staff did not fulfill their promises.
