The stay was great overall. Perfectly located with convenient transport options. The only downside was that there was no a/c in the room but with a fan and open window, it was manageable.

I had to book this hotel at the last minute after another hotel I had originally booked for a longer stay let me down due to the poor quality of the room. As a result, I arrived here quite late, just before midnight, but from the moment I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The member of staff on reception was excellent—extremely polite, helpful and welcoming. He took the time to ask how we were and made a real effort to make us feel comfortable despite our late arrival. I asked if he could show us to the room, and we had a pleasant conversation along the way. He was also very welcoming towards my child, which made a real difference to the overall experience. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name, but he definitely deserves a special mention. Earlier that evening, he had also helped me with parking, explaining where I could park nearby on the street, particularly as the following day was a Saturday. His guidance was very helpful, and parking turned out to be absolutely fine. The room itself was spacious and had two separate bedrooms, which worked perfectly for us. It was very clean and, while fairly basic, it was exactly what we expected based on what we had booked. We were comfortable and had a really good night’s sleep. There was no air conditioning, but this was something I already knew before booking. A fan was provided, and in the end, this was perfectly adequate. Breakfast the following morning was also very good, with a good range of options available.

The walls were thin I could hear my neighbors talking. Plugs to use were sparse, example to us the coffee pot I had to put it on the floor next to the plug. I tired to ask for help (not sure if it was a language barrier) but they seem to stare at me like a deer in headlights. I ended up googling my question Did not eat breakfast or use wellness but it was convenient located and I did get help with surrounding places for coffee.

This hotel was really nice for the price. Location was quiet away from hubub but Prague is so easy to get around and a block from getting on the tram. Decore is bright and clean. Breakfast is very good selections. I would really give this a 5 star if it wasn't for the hot tub. Turns out they only heat it to 95 degrees. Anyone who has a hot tub knows that you keep it at 99 or higher. Please do not call it a HOT TUB. It really is warm pool temp and should be called a Jacuzzi. Only got in once the whole week because we were so cold in it. Other than that, the stay was great. Hotel staff were really nice and welcoming.
