This is a verry nice hotel that is a great value for the money. Nice big rooms. 50 inch tv, microwave and refrigerator in rooms, bathtubs and cloets with real doors. To top it all off you get yummy Otis Spunkneyer cookies!!! I highly recommend this hotel!!

People smoking in the indoor pool; towels removed and not replaced; one trash receptacle only in the room; there were no plastic knives for breakfast during our stay-we were told “they are on back order.” Red stain on the room carpet; The rooms are showing their age. Trash was left in front of the hotel in the parking lot ground for 2 days.

Heat didn’t work in the room. The AC was on upon arrival. Turned it off and the room stayed cold the first night at 60 degrees per the thermostat in the room. Called front desk. They said just turn the air off which we already did and said there isn’t anything they could do but give a blanket. The hot tub was drained almost to empty with no one working on it or cleaning it. The pool had a bunch of dead bugs floating around and everything around looked like it hadn’t been maintained in years. It’s attatched to a dennys which is 24 hours. Bathroom was clean. Gym was decent. I’d pay the extra $40 and stay across the street next time.

I picked this hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub. The pool had no heat and the hot tub was empty! I feel that should be noted when booking. Lessons learned!

So we could not have the room we booked due to the elevator being out of order. Instead of a king suite we ended up in a queen double. Also the pool was closed for cleaning.

Was not clean and smelled like animal urine the headboard had weird stain on it as well as the bedside table had liquid dried up on. There were dried up leaves on the floor and random little pieces of plastic/ garbage seemed like it wasn’t vacuumed. And there were stains on the walls. If I didn’t arrive at 12:30am I would have found somewhere else. I already had paid in advance.

Smells really bad I had to use a candle and spray all night, can hear everything going on outside your room. Had 1000 leggers crawling up my wall. Cockroaches crawling across the countertop when I was making a waffle. It was gross and definitely not even worth a 50 dollar a night fee

Extremely dirty inside of the bathroom. Corners were not cleaned, stains on the shower curtain, rust forming on some of the appliances in the bathroom, no cover on some of the electrical outlets in the main room. Overall very disappointed in the level of cleanliness of the room.

I have definitely stayed at worse places. My kids enjoyed the pool. And the beds were comfy. But my door key would turn green and wouldnt let me in. I had to change the key twice because it was red. We only stayed a night, so we just made sure someone was in the room. When ww got there, the staff was great. Easy check in. But expedia took us to a wawa. We had to call the hotel to find directions. Took us about 10 mins extra because of that. But no worries. It happens. When we got in the room. It didnt smell bad, but there was dog food and an ear ring on the floor. Which made us belive the room wasnt swept and we have kids. There was dog hair on the bed. Which made me thing it wasnt clean at all. Again, just a night. So i pealed the top blanket layer off. They made it up to me with breakfast. They had biscuits and gravy. Which i enjoyed. Others maybe not. The eggs were typical insta eggs as i call it. But were overly wet. Never encountered that before. No chocolate milk was a negative for the kids. For $170 a night, i give it an overall 3.4. And thats a good positive yet negative review.

TRASH! The moment we checked into our room 404….. roaches scattered. Immediately walked back out and went to the front desk and the desk boy did not care. I asked what do we do if the next room has this issue. He said cancel the reservation. It’s 12AM. Where am I going to sleep sir ?! No empathy or basic customer service. We went into the second room 137. Roach infested …. Bugs flying … AC did not work … bed had spots and crumbs…. Double bed but we had to sleep together because the bed was a mess!! Towels and rags dirty just disgusting all around. We called corporate and they gave a case number saying they reached out to the manager but upon check out the manager stated she did not see anything from them.She also stated there was nothing she could to to accommodate our piss poor stay. No apologies no care about her staff or property being trash ! Just another cold shoulder and a “there is nothing I can do”. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE!

Room was clean, very spacious, junior king suite, large TV, full size refrigerator, decor cozy and attractive. Very friendly and helpful staff. However, Bathroom was very small, toilet too low. Also though mattress had been premium one before, it was uneven now, and caused discomfort. Should be rotated. Breakfast was as good as others said with hot options, (scrambled eggs, sometimes boiled, waffles, pancakes, bacon/sausage/or biscuits & gravy, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt.

Hotel was very dirty and staff was rude. Cable on TVs didn’t work and tv controllers had dead batteries. I stayed for a week and my sheets never got changed and when I asked they just gave me the sheets to do it myself.. I will never stay there again

Brandon was very helpful in giving me exact instructions of how to get to the Inn when I called there. He was also very personable and helpful in informing me about breakfast time and to call downstairs if I needed anything. All in all, a very good experience. His people skills were evident to me, being a retired school teacher, who often interacts well with young people. I told him people skills are very important and he agreed.

After booking on line i tried to find the hotel, every listing and on-line info had the address WRONG. Only after multiple attempts to contact the hotel directly did someone finally pick up and give me the correct address. Once checked in we were meet with door locks which would not work causing me to have to carry all luggage 3 times as far from parking lot to room. The room was VERY musty and moldy smelling. Carpet was torn and dirty, toilet paper holder broke, and the toilet WOULD NOT FLUSH! When checking out I brought this up with the front desk help and she told me a manager would call me when they got to work ( around 9 am). Its now been 2 days since my stay and no one has called me. I even left a message on the hotels direct site. Its bad enough that the owners put a place of this disrepair on the market, but a simple call and apology would have stopped all my negativity towards this brand! Needless to say I do not recommend ANYONE wasting their time and money at this hotel, to bad because its a great location.

The hotel is older, but clean. I'ts a great place for a stopover at a reasonable price. Beware! The address given is incorrect. We drove around aimlessly trying to find the hotel. When we called, the hotel clerk gave us the correct address and everything was good from then on.

Breakfast wasn't served on Saturday morning, the entire room was roped off. There wasn't any notice so it was disappointing, although it didnt change our opinion of the entire stay. Comfortable, clean, and quiet with real nice staff.

The room and property was clean. My only complaints is that the day I was there the main breakfast choice was eggs with biscuits and gravy. Could only have the eggs being gluten free. The coffee cups were small too. They ran out of coffee mid breakfast.
