Multiple lights (4) were out in the parking lot. This was away from the main entrance. A little unnerving walking into the hotel after dark alone. Back doors locked at 11 pm.

I didn’t like the fact that it wasn’t stated in the website before I booked it that the pool was still under renovation… and also I couldn’t get a socket to plug and play my ps5 just because the one closer couldn’t fit I didn’t know why? I spent 5 days without gaming which is bad.Your gym needs more equipment and services… Besides that I loved everything.

the location was ok for my needs,the facility need some major upgrade especially the rooms and the elevator does not work sometimes the entry door to the was very hard to open sometime i have to push very hard when swip the keypad. parking was limited and the outside area need more lighting for safety.

I only stayed for 1 night but overall the hotel was great. Check in was quick and easy, the staff was nice and the room was great/clean/spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was that the pool was closed for renovations but I will definitely be staying here again.

We was to stay for 2 days for a soccer tournament, us and the rest of our team checked out after the first night. There was bed bugs and roaches in all the rooms. The housekeeping cart was fill with roaches crawling in and out. The ac/heat was not working either. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel unless you like sleeping with critters.

The first room smells of mold and pet urine The second room had feces mashed into the carpet, blood stain on the comforter, toe nails on the carpet. I was told no manager on duty and the comforter can be exchanged but nobody is available to vacuum. I’m looking for another hotel.

It was fine for a hotel stay. The hotel is out dated. The bathtub was pretty scuffed up and the furniture in the room was pretty clunky or chipped in areas. I went to the fitness center and the treadmill didn't work properly. You could go as slow as 1 mph, but the increase speed button was broken, so you couldn't go any faster. The parking lot was huge, but has some pretty big potholes in places. The breakfast was sufficient, but I've had better breakfasts at Holiday Inn Express in other locations. All in all, it wasn't a bad stay, just average. The staff was very nice, though.

The thermostat was broken, torn off the wall. The tv from the wall was gone and a smaller tv was sitting way down low on the suitcase area. We couldn’t lift it higher as the cord wouldn’t go any higher and you couldn’t see it from the bed unless you were sitting straight up.

staff was helpful and responsive. The room was clean and very big. One issue we had with room 405 the door did not shut properly. I think maybe it is warped. You had to slam it shut from the outside from inside you had to lift the door slightly to close it.

The key cards stopped working EVERY DAY!! I stayed there 3 nights so I had to get a new key or the key reset every night. One night I had to go to the desk THREE different times in order to get in my room. That’s extremely inconvenient and frustrating!

Checking in was a nightmare. I booked through Expedia and they told me that it was not pre-paid. After showing them the receipt where it was paid the manger literally told me I had to pay again. So I explained to her that I would be paying more than double for the room. She told me that’s how it works like I’m an idiot. She then told me they couldn’t help me that I had to pay. I then messaged Expedia who called the hotel directly. Expedia had to refund me and I had to pay at the hotel $30 more than advertised on Expedia. I would not recommend based on the rude customer service I received.

I was unhappy with the response to my daughter being locked in the bathroom due to the door handle being broken and not having a working phone in the room to call the front desk. I wwas not happy that the manager said he would settle up with me and make things right the next am when he got in at 7, he never showed up. Ive contacted the hotel a couole times about this and no one bothers to contact me or reach out.

My 19 yr old daughter made a reservation. She was traveling two hours from home to photograph an event. Thank God she had called the hotel before leaving to ask a question. In the process of the conversation she found out she would not be able to check in as she is not 21. My daughter called me and told me about the situation and that the person she talked to hung up on her. I called hotels.com. The agent called the hotel and got the same rude treatment. So I had to travel with her to check her in. When we got to the hotel, I told the manager what happened. The manager was WONDERFUL as was the young man who checked us in. The hotel was very nice. The room and fixtures were modern and elegant. It was clean and very comfortable. Love the Dove bath products. Breakfast was very good. Nice variety of foods and dining area. It is a shame that a rude person was our first impression of the hotel. Everyone else and the hotel were a delight.

Front desk personnel was extremely helpful and friendly as well as housekeeping personnel. We arrived later due to road construction. I called to let the front desk know we were running late and they gave us excellent directions directly to the hotel. Morning breakfast was excellent.Thank you!

The hotel is located near the interstate with lots of shopping and dining nearby. There is a lot to choose from with a Walmart only minutes away. Check in was fast and the staff friendly. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Good place to check into for a short stay!

What isn’t like was: Breakfast items were not replenished and there were no plastic knives, even after asking for one. No bananas; apples were very old. There was mold in the bathroom bathtub caulk. The coffee in the room was only decaf; when I called to ask that regular coffee pods be brought to my room, the person at desk told me I’d have to come to desk to pick them up myself because she was too busy. When I immediately went to desk, she was just chatting with a colleague. Lazy !

Well, they had no breakfast, no manager showed up to get the breakfast going. They gave us an option to go next door to Macdonalds and bring back the teceipt for crefit. The hotel is going thru renovations which might explain some of the shoty look. Staff was however very friendly and courteous.
