Clean, quiet, comfortable spacious room on the 3rd floor. We liked the location out of the clamor of the boardwalk strip. We didn’t like not having parking when non- residents were visiting. The inside hallways are dark. The water machines weren't filled /usable. We wouldn't stay again unless we had a room on the 1st floor. Going up & down narrow stairs with luggage is a bit challenging for some of us older folks.

Amazing place!! Incredibly friendly staff!! Helpful!! Checked in early to rejuvenate before a night of dancing at the casino ballroom. Super clean room and facilities easy onsite parking. View from third floor balcony and bed is amazing!! Pool looked clean and refreshing but we didn’t use it. Maybe next time

A beautifully updated, meticulously maintained property North beach with ocean view rooms & generous sized decks however wish they offered some privacy in between neighbors decks. Direct beach access across the street, in crowded and clean. Best after high tide! Visited during the hottest days of season and air conditioning worked super! Live band that drew in a ton of locals but the hotel ensured guests had priority parking. The surf shack was great for drinks/apps wish they were open for lunch.

Beautiful property with ocean view and a nice big balcony to go out and enjoy it. The surf shack has really good lobster rolls and a cute outside area to sit and eat. The pool could have been cleaner and add some cold water. The bathroom was a little too small. Would have liked maid service. Very clean !! Right across the street from the ocean so you can take nice walks and swim and not have to drive anywhere . They even have a shuttle with a nice Driver Pat to take you into town to shop and eat . Would definitely recommend staying here we had a great time !!

The property was nice and room was nice however no house keeping to make bed or take dirty towels. No toilet paper in the middle of the night. For the price I would have expected housekeeping to come in and make bed and take out dirty towels and provide extra toilet paper. Outside area in back was nice with entertainment

The hotel location is across from Hampton beach. Prices were very reasonable for an ocean view. It was nice to sit on the porch and then stroll the beach. The room was small with a very small bathroom. Neighbors were quiet. We had to use codes to access the entrance and room. We never saw a staff person our entire stay.

We had such an amazing stay! The room was so beautiful, with plenty of space for our family. It was great to have a living room, bedroom and two bathrooms! Everything was sparkly clean, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We loved that we were across the street from the beach and that the Surf Shack was behind the hotel for a quick snack and a drink. The staff was so welcoming and super helpful. We are already planning on returning next year! Definitely so enjoyable!!

This property is amazing. It is renovated, cozy and clean with ocean views. We arrived on Friday night, there was live music playing in the backyard, firepit going, and good drinks at the bar. The atmosphere was welcoming and fun. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Also super easy check in and checkout was a bonus.

Kym in the office was so friendly and helpful in getting us situated when we had an issue with our keypad entrance. Hotel is charming, and our room was clean and super cute. Easy, scenic drive into Portsmouth. Lots of Oceanside walking. Highly recommend.

Our trip was for my 60th birthday a return to Hampton beach, which is where I spent my summers also to visit my son who’s been returned from Colorado for my birthday. I got to go to dinner. The hotel was clean and impeccably decorated and it was very easy communication was excellent through text that you received a response right but almost right back immediately it was check-in couldn’t have been easier and we will definitely return. I gave them a five star rating.

Beautiful rooms!! Nicely remodeled. Younger staff was nice but not very helpful. Asked to have tub drain looked at, said they would look at it right away, no one ever did. Showered standing in 3” of water. Pool was cloudy made us a little nervous so we didn’t stay in long. No coffee in office at check out. Was hoping to have one for the road. (9:30am) pot was cold and possibly from day before , no ice on the way out to pack our cooler. Someone “cleaned” them out the day before. Nice place just needs to step it up a bit customer service wise.

I reserved a hotel room via expedia and was charged right away. But when we went there, nobody was around to check us in. No one picked up the phone. No one replied to messages (after 6 days now, still no reply). We end up staying somewhere else! I guess this hotel just does not work with online reservations? The system needs to be fixed. And we still have not received a refund or explanation after 6 days!

We had an amazing two-day stay at 935 Ocean, and couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional generosity, hospitality, and kindness. The room was beautiful and impeccably clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. There are plenty of activities to do around the area, making the stay even more enjoyable. The beach, just a few steps away from the hotel, is simply stunning. We highly recommend this establishment. If we could give a rating, it would be 12/10! Thank you to the entire team at 935 Ocean for making our stay memorable

Liked the property, very clean, liked the Nespresso machine & Surf Shack in the back on the patio, but will never return as long as Eric the General Manager is employed there. He is the most rudest & unprofessional person we’ve ever come across.

Our room was on 3rd floor. No elevator. We are senior citizens with canes. Not convenient for us to manage stairs. No resaurants nearby. Room had a slanted ceiling that I kept hitting my head on. Would not stay here again.

This hotel was perfect for us! We loved that it was not in the center of Hampton beach but still had access to the north beach across the street. Amazing views. We loved our balcony and hearing the sound of the ocean from our room! The whole hotel has been renovated/updated! Very nice modern decor and room was very clean! Staff that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again!

This is a pleasant hotel and the staff was amazing - curtious, helpful, accommodating, friendly. When I was there, there was a shuttle that took me to the boardwalk at Hampden Beach. The hotel also put on a Reggae concert in the back of their hotel one evening. It is conveniently located right across from North Beach and a short drive to Hampden Beach.

We stayed for a week and we had the best time. The property was extremely clean and I felt very safe. The staff were friendly and very accommodating with every request. I would definitely recommend any one to stay here!! The Surf Shack had the best lobster roll I ate all week! 10/10

The inn is right across from the beach, so there were some spectacular views. They gave a complimentary gift card to the snack shack and had an amazing array of options for entertainment (pool, live band near the snack shack, large tv with cable options, etc). I only stayed one night, but felt so refreshed. The shower was a bit tight (for a shorter and stout person), but the comfort of the room with kitchen far outweighed the showering experience. I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future. Thank you!

Clean and beautiful spot and you can walk across the street to the beach. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the fire pits and food truck before going to bed. The hotel has great amenities with a full kitchen and Nespresso in the room.

We had a great stay at this property. The staff were quick to answer our questions via text before we arrived and even called us the morning before we checked in to update us on a couple of things. The property is newly renovated and just feet from the ocean with lovely seaside walks in either direction. It is much quieter than the area closer to town but the new outdoor restaurant and bar with live music is a great addition for entertainment on site. They even gave us a surprise gift card for the restaurant! Our room with kitchenette was well stocked and we had an abundance of towels at our disposal. Highly recommended.
