Nice clean hotel that is newly opened. Good bar area. Good gym. Disappointed that the rooftop bar was not yet opened. However this is far too expensive for what it is, particularly as the rooftop bar isn't available. It doesn't really offer good value for money when compared to other hotels in the area. And they charged an extra £6 per room per night as a service charge, which was not mentioned at all until we checked out. I can appreciate the effort that has gone into refurbishing this hotel, but I would not be staying again.

Absolutely could not recommend Treehouse enough. We booked a double double room and it was cosy, comfortable, so well equipped and absolutely perfect for our weekend away. The beds are super comfortable and cosy, whilst the rest of the hotel was such a lovely vibe. The gym is quite insane to be honest, such good facilities and it’s all just included in the price. I’ve visited Manchester a lot and stayed in many different hotels here, the Treehouse is definitely something different to what else is out there and for me the best value for money out of any of the ones I’ve stayed in.

This was a really nice hotel! The staff were friendly, and the room was very clean. The highlight for us was the gym. It was much better equipped than most hotel gyms. It had weights (dumbbells and barbells), machines, treadmills, rowing machines, and even a sled. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

What we loved the most is that the hotel is dog friendly! They really made our fur baby feel at home by bringing a dog bowl to our room and a dog bed so that felt really special! The hotel in general has such a cosy vibe, the staff are extremely friendly and the location is in the central of everything! I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying again in the future.

I loved my two days at the Treehouse. The vibe is incredibly friendly. The location was perfect -- a block from the Cathedral square, the main shopping district, and Manchester Victoria station. There's this very cool, rustic theme that's part children's book, part farm house. I found it reallym and relaxing. The room was spotless and well-appointed, the gym was pristine, with great gear, and the bar/restaurant was great and never overwhelming. A+ stay.

not easy to reach. the street that the gps take you is closed. you have to be creative to reach. there is a parking garage begind it that they are not responsible for. 40 ponds a night very cute interior, true tree house .

Very clean and tidy, interesting decor in the room and in the hotel. Lots of towels, toiletries and the like in the bathroom - breakfast was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Only downside, not enough cups for the number of people booked in the room, not enough tea bags or milk for more than one cup of tea. But that is being picky! Really pleasant staff.

Our first time in Tree house hotel. We got upgraded to the bigger room. This is such a convenient hotel for shopping and bars especially for us as we were travelling with our little dog. Hotel it self is in a good location and good cleanness too.

We were so excited about our stay - it was a treat for my daughter birthday - my friend and her daughter also booked a room and was given a very large room with additional bed - we booked through same company and same price - we were given a a very small double bed room - I do think the room was still lovely but was a little disappointing when we had planned the trip together - we were of course made up on for our friends as their room was beautiful - I did mention it to reception and they gave us complimentary upgrade - the room we moved to was slightly bigger that the first- the fridge was full of half eaten food and the bins had used sanitary products in them- I have never had this happen in any hotel before. The reception area is beautiful and think it is great location

Unusual for a twin room to have 2 queen beds which was why we choose the hotel. Really liked the quirky decor and little design touches. Comfortable beds, large room. All in all very impressed.

The worst experience! We booked a king size bed, ended up with a queen. This may not seem a big issue however you should get what you paid for. We are also both 6ft so need this size bed. The rooms are tiny. The reception staff explained that they have this issue with other guests and then went on to say a king bed is not the same size in the UK as to every where else in the world! My response was that if they’ve had this issue with other guests maybe it is an issue with the hotel rather than the guests expecting too much. Unfortunately the issues did not stop there. The hot water needed to be turned all the way to hot for some degree of heat. We both commented it was a way to save water by making sure that the water wasn’t warm so people wouldn’t stay in the shower for too long. The 24 hour room service that they advertise is not 24 hours. It’s actually only available from 730 am till 9:30 in the evening. We purposely chose not to eat at the football game and had planned on room service upon our return. When our telephone in the room didn’t work we went downstairs to enquire as to food options. We were offered a chocolate bar as that’s what they had available. The passive nature of the reception staff could do with improving!

Check in was slow and tedious, the room tiny and the ‘king size’ bed nothing more than a double. But worst of all is the ‘service charge’ they add to your bill for the staff. Why not just pay them properly? Hugely disappointing overall; style over substance unfortunately.

After a really ropey check in, with staff overwhelmed and not knowing when our room was going to be available the room itself and breakfast were all great after this. The check in staff seemed non plussed and did not care that our room was unavailable at 3pm as suggested. When my daughter and I had arrived we had four hours to get showered and ready for the Billie Eilish concert and had to get dinner beforehand, not leaving much time. To be over an hour late at check in was really poor. Lots of other guests appeared to have the same issue and to be honest the staff didn’t really seem to care. However, once we did get into the room (lookout suite) it was spacious, really comfortable with excellent pillows and bedding and even the sofa bed for my daughter was great. The breakfast was excellent too. I’d happily stay here again but the management really need to sort out check in!

The gym is fabulous - the place overall is pretty great, but then it’s brand new, so it should be. Not happy about the « Service charge » that is not mandatory but they don’t really give you the option to remove it. Let’s not bring the « tip » culture to the UK.

The hotel itself was lovely — the room in particular had a great view and the décor was very pleasant. However, for the nightly rate, we expected more in terms of service. Despite check-in being from 3pm, our room wasn’t ready and we ended up waiting around 45 minutes. We were repeatedly told it would be “just 5 more minutes,” and there was no real acknowledgment of the delay until we escalated it with a manager, who eventually offered two drink vouchers. Overall, while the hotel and room were beautiful, the service experience didn’t quite live up to the high price point or the strong reviews we’d seen

Check in was slow and tedious, the room tiny and the ‘king size’ bed nothing more than a double. But worst of all is the ‘service charge’ they add to your bill for the staff. Why not just pay them properly? Hugely disappointing overall; style over substance unfortunately.

Gorgeous interior design!! We had a family room and it was a great spot and so clean everywhere! Service was a bit hit and miss. Room wasn’t ready on time, she didn’t really tell me anything about services offered until i asked. Breakfast service was not great either! had to ask for everything without being offered. Would come again, but need to think about the customer experience…

Watch out they add a service charge on departure that you can ask to be removed but a bit sneaky. The rooms are a little bit bizarre...for eco friendly they've chopped down a lot of trees to give the twee feeling/ambiance. Room service came with another service charge...£50 for a burger, sandwich and cauliflower cheese side which were all luke warm was a scandal.

Absolutely loved this place. It's especially great for kids (and adults who miss their childhood haha). The vibes in the room are amazing, it doesn't feel cold like most hotels do. The location is perfect, it's right in the middle of town and you are able to get whatever you need within minutes. I am planning on returning soon.

I loved my two days at the Treehouse. The vibe is incredibly friendly. The location was perfect -- a block from the Cathedral square, the main shopping district, and Manchester Victoria station. There's this very cool, rustic theme that's part children's book, part farm house. I found it reallym and relaxing. The room was spotless and well-appointed, the gym was pristine, with great gear, and the bar/restaurant was great and never overwhelming. A+ stay.

An excellent & new quirky place to stay in central Manchester. Check in incredibly friendly and helpful. Room spotless and ful of character. Central for arndale with a car park directly underneath, wouldnt hesitate to stay here again

Brilliant staff, fantastic food (we only ate here during our stay it was so good - be sure to stay for the Sunday roast, wonderful! And the house made crumpets were delish!), comfy beds, fun decor and the gym was one of the best we have ever used. A lovely non pretentious hotel which deserves 5 stars!

The worst experience! We booked a king size bed, ended up with a queen. This may not seem a big issue however you should get what you paid for. We are also both 6ft so need this size bed. The rooms are tiny. The reception staff explained that they have this issue with other guests and then went on to say a king bed is not the same size in the UK as to every where else in the world! My response was that if they’ve had this issue with other guests maybe it is an issue with the hotel rather than the guests expecting too much. Unfortunately the issues did not stop there. The hot water needed to be turned all the way to hot for some degree of heat. We both commented it was a way to save water by making sure that the water wasn’t warm so people wouldn’t stay in the shower for too long. The 24 hour room service that they advertise is not 24 hours. It’s actually only available from 730 am till 9:30 in the evening. We purposely chose not to eat at the football game and had planned on room service upon our return. When our telephone in the room didn’t work we went downstairs to enquire as to food options. We were offered a chocolate bar as that’s what they had available. The passive nature of the reception staff could do with improving!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. I want the design team to redecorate my house. Everything is so well thought through and the service provided by the very friendly team was second to none. We didn’t dine in the restaurant in the evening but we did have breakfast in the hotel restaurant and the food was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back next time we’re in Manchester for the night. Highly recommend.

Filtered water was on every floor, well kitted out gym although we didn't get chance to use it. Breakfast was fantastic, quick service and the bar staff where very helpful The hotel is located very central in Manchester so super convenient for anything, there was a little noise from ironically the hotel outside bar in the afternoon but that was turned off around 10 and then it was very peaceful.
