We have had some lovely stays at this hotel, however, not so great on this occasion. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful. We had a problem with the air conditioning not working and the concierge did try to get it fixed but was unsuccessful so provided us with a floor standing fan which did resolve the problem. Unfortunately though sleep was extremely difficult as there was a bar/nightclub playing very loud music until around 3am, which was out of the hotels control but did definitely negatively affect our stay. However, we would consider staying again if we could have a room on the other side of the hotel.

Once again, a lovely stay. Lovely staff on reception. Great room. Executive lounge was a lovely treat with very friendly staff in there. Perfect location. Convienient car park, much more reasonable than others in the area. Will absolutely be back. Thank you

Room was clean, staff friendly and polite. Buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Hotel is located near to the train station just a short walk and it’s in the centre of Cardiff. Would use again if visiting Cardiff again.

Browns bar and restaurant was excellent. Breakfast I though mediocre, nothing special. Room for the price I found to be rather small and basic. The hotel promotes meeting rooms for breakfast and yet the room has no desk to work on. Even Travellodge has that. A minor thing but annoying. Toilet flush was behind the seat, therefore the lid wouldn't stay up. A pain if you're a bloke
