Room was perfect and bed was extremely comfortable. The elevator broke while we were there and the morning staff did not seem to care much. But when we went to check out the new shift of employees was beyond nice and offering to help.

Everything was excellent especially the breakfast. Our only complaints were the check in desk as it didn’t have anyplace to fill out our forms. More counter area needed for that. Also, the hot tub was only a little more than Luke warm with a heavy bleach smell. So, we were not able to stay in it.

We were here one night at this nice, dog-friendly La Quinta. It is a new building with clean, upgraded rooms and fixtures. The swimming pool and hot tub were also very clean, and had lounge chairs, plus a lift for those with mobility limitations. The bed was comfortable and the heat/air was quiet and easy to adjust. I would stay again and recommend it highly.

Beautiful hotel. Recently opened but such a quiet area and close to all shopping and eateries. The only suggestion...there were no dog waste bags in the dog area and the trash cans on the outside of building were very much in need of emptying. I'm sure this will all come with time as the hotel sees more guests. Our first trip to Yuma and it won't be our last. Thank you LaQuinta!!

I’ve stayed here about four times since they opened. Each stay has been excellent with one small exception. My last stay, the elevator was out of service my entire stay. Taking my luggage and laptop bag up and down the stairs to the third floor wasn’t great. Otherwise, everything was really good.

I know this property is very new, but they didn't skimp on cleaning thoroughly. Everyday there were staff cleaning every inch of the hotel, and housekeeping didn't use the newness of the hotel as an excuse to not clean the rooms thoroughly. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful.

It was nice staying at the newest hotel in Yuma. It seemed clean cut and pristine. That was until I stepped on Toe Nail clippings in the suite. Thought it was a 1 off, but I counted like 7/8 at the end of it. Nothing the hotel could do about it though, not the best response for a disgusting issue like that.

Staff is always friendly, weve stayed here quite a few times. Rooms are hit or miss, sometimes they arent cleaned very well, but its a new facility and unlike the Best Western (Foothills) it doesnt have bed bugs. Beds are very soft, wish they were firmer.

We were here one night at this nice, dog-friendly La Quinta. It is a new building with clean, upgraded rooms and fixtures. I stayed at La Quinta Inn from July 18 to 20, and my experience was unsatisfactory due to poor room cleanliness, including hair on the shower wall that clearly didn’t belong to me or my family. Despite this, the staff were courteous and helpful. The free breakfast with delicious waffles was a highlight. I rate my stay 3 out of 5 stars, with improvements in housekeeping needed.

Was disappointed being 1/5 people staying at the hotel and my room and had pee puddle below toilet on floor. Brand new facility and they never cleaned the tile in bathroom. Grossed me out but everything else was ok.

I would never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone, their system was down so there was no WiFi, or tv. We were given a broken baby crib after being told they didn’t have any and no good resolution was given when speaking to management.

The walls in this hotel are paper thin,we had to listen to a sexorama in the next room and they had to put someone right next to us,but they had plenty of room,there were only 10 to 15 cars total in the parking lot.New hotel would never stay there ever again,also lighten up on your disenfect spray,a little goes a long ways.

I have travelled frequently for pleasure and business regularly over five decades at economy to elite properties. This was NOT the case at this relatively new property. Brand new property! The room was very well furnished with plenty of plugs for devices and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend for quiet, high quality, inexpensive stop on your journey. Also, the breakfast waffles, omelets, and sausage were delicious. Nothing fancy but the right options.

A/C is so loud, you cant sleep! Feels like a big truck is parked outside my room all night long. Terrible. Breakfast was very poor. No fruit. No sausage or bacon. Just scrambled eggs. 7 am and everything had finished when we were there.

I was apprehensive to book La Quinta because the quality seems to vary based on location. The room was actually very nice, just as pictured, and the staff was extremely nice. Breakfast was decent and overall felt safe here. The only downside was the walls are a bit thin. We could hear people laughing outside at bedtime and could hear full conversations in rooms next to us.

Honestly, I was a little disappointed. The rooms were small and over crowded. My mother uses a walker and we were constantly moving furniture so that she could move from one area to another. Most La Quinta's meet our expectations but this one fell short.

I loved everything about my visit! Clean. modern,comfortable bed, so close to shops with plenty of things to do. Air conditioning wonderful! Pool was great! Customer service was wonderful. Aryyana is a sweetheart! Next time i come to Yuma in a few months,I will definitely come back here. I was very pleasantly surpised!

Any time we needed to speak to the front desk staff, we had to track them down in their back office because no one was ever standing at the front. They were very helpful once we tracked them down. Our TVs and key cards didn’t work initially. All of the bread products were rock hard and stale at breakfast.

Would I stay at this hotel again no.. let me start off check-in was easy you put a deposit of $50 but the next day I noticed I had another charge of $68! They reassured me. I was going to get it back when I checked out I asked about it and they said by Tuesday I should get it back unfortunately I didn’t so I had to call my bank, but that’s not it!!! When I was checking out, I informed them I paid the room with a third-party somehow they still charged me for a night after I checked out! The charge did not post until Tuesday. That’s when I noticed very very unorganized now I have to deal with canceling my card and getting a new one.! Now let’s get to breakfast. Make sure you get there within the first hour if not, a lot of the items will be out. at the end of our trip, we decided it’s not worth the price or the headache might as well just pay the extra $60-$80 and stay at the Hampton Inn & Suite!!!

1st I had called down to housekeeping to get extra pillows for my 1 night stay and they told me if they have some in the back they will bring them to the room. Well they never brought the pillows to the room. Next I had 2 employees come to my room and tell me that my 2 kids with Autism were being to loud and that they had 3 different complaints from I can understand because of the time. But with parents that have kids with autism its difficult to keep a 2 year old quite. I also believe I booked a hotel that was famil friendly .

The overall stay was nice. I feel some of the staff was friendly. The young lady to who worked Monday evening was the best. We booked four days, and the second day, once we returned, we were locked out of our room. Had to go down the stairs to wait 5 minutes and multiple hello’s before someone helped me. It was also kinda crazy that we got our room cleaned on Saturday and Sunday, but not Monday. I also don't want to be rude, but upon checkout, I was a bit unsettled that the young lady at the front desk would have a book of Jehovah's Witnesses sitting on the counter. I'm not one to complain, but I thought it should have been something kept in the back or something that should not be brought into the workplace, since it could have really upset or been offensive to some, and at a hotel, you have a very diverse clientele.

Overall, the hotel was outstanding. Desk service was quick and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Our ONLY complaint was the breakfast. Nothing was stocked - waffle batter, but no butter. No fruit at all. No coffee cups or napkins one morning.

The employees were very friendly. The food was not so good stayed for 4 nights same thing every morning. Quality of food was bad especially eggs and sausage. Potatoes not good either. Also 1 person could not keep up with filling food that’s was out. Even I. Fridge juice and milk would run out.

Hotel was perfect for what we needed. Breakfast needed some upgrading. Juice machine was broken and no other option offered, ran out of waffle mix, they had serial but needed to ask for milk and no fruit available even though the bowls were there. They may as well not offered it.
