The 1st room was horrible. It smelled bad. When I pulled the blankets back to go to bed the were several black hairs and stains on the sheets. There were small pieces of chips in the cupboard. There were several small sticky spots on the floor. There were also brown spot on one of the pillows. When I went to the front desk to report the problems. I had to wake up the clerk. The she acted like I made the mess and was rude. She put me in a different. This room was a bit cleaner but still had its own problems. The stove top had a film over that was nasty and was easily scraped off. There was also a spot in the cupboard that looked like dried milk. When I brought this to the manager attention she said had spoken to the house keeper. The manager acted like I was bothering her.

The room were clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen in the room was fully equiped and the location of the hotel was idea. It was close to plenty of resturants and retail stores and the mall. The one small draw back is the static electricity, i recieved from my clean bedding. I recommend the hotel use either fabric softener and or dryer sheets to eliminate the static in the bedding. I saw sparks every time i moved in the bed and I got popped real good when I touched the door handle, in the middle of the night to use the restroom. Other than that, I had a good stay.
