My stay was OK. The hotel is somewhat rundown and more like a Motel with the "hallway" to your room is outside. Traffic noise is loud. Room and bed were generally comfortable and clean but run down and worn out, outdated and rather spartan. Food in the morning was good and the area was tended to well and was clean. The stay was a value proposition as my I was moving my daughter back from USC for the summer and surrounding properties were nearly twice the price for graduation weekend.

Not too happy. Booked a non smoking room and was given a smoking room that smelled like burnt cardboard. Hotel also was supposed to have complimentary charging station for Electric Vehicles. When asked where they were, the staff said they did not have them at all, but would look up one for us. The electric plugs in the room were scarce, in awkward spots, two of them did not work at all.

Day staff was fantastic. Facilities are dated, but clean rooms. The beds were comfortable. The area around the property was mostly clean. There was a broken down truck in the parking lot that looks like it hasn't movedin a while, but the hotel seemed safe and decent for a quick visit for military graduation. The road in and out of the hotel is busy and sucks to get in and out as its a busy road. Would stay again if had to.

We arrived, Noone there to check-in with, she came in , she was outside smoking in her car. Really uncommicating with me, just umh. Etc. Room was ok but beds had body holes where others had slept. Bad thi g was every night 5 to 6 people sat outside on the balcony and smoked and drank and had a party, I couldn't sleep til like 1 or 2 am. And I also saw other people sitting outside on the bottom floor. We won't be back.

We checked in and checked out about 40 minutes after. We walked in and was immediately treated with the smell of bleached floors. Every hotel we stay in we do a clean up because housekeeping has a lot to do. While wiping down frequently used surfaces there was loads of evidence of bed bugs throughout the room. Front desk was kind and understanding and have us the refund for the rest of our trip.

There was many things that needed attention like chipped bathroom ceiling , cracks in ceiling molding, broken bathroom faucet , sink was dirty and it stunk like cigarettes even thou it was a no smoking room , iron holder was coming off, bathroom door was ruined at the bottom and bathroom had mold at the ceiling. The staff barely had friendliness or a smile. Only the dining room lady was so helpful and friendly. She was always ready to help and give a smile. The other workers don’t even know how to do that That's part of customer service greeting and treating customers with a smile and be friendly. I’ve been to other Quality inn. Never seen anything close to this bad condition

I know we had a smoking room but it reeked of smoke. I coughed all night. I spilled water on the floor when I went to wipe it up three towel was black!! It was super sticky so I knew it was dirty. This was ridiculous

Room was set up nicely; however, you could smell smoke as soon as you walked in. We thought, “well, you can’t always help when someone before you doesn’t follow the rules.” Then we went in the bathroom and it smelled like 5 people were crammed in the tub smoking two cigarettes each. The floor in the bathroom didn’t appear to have been cleaned in a while. We came as a group - three rooms in total - and all our bathrooms smelled the same.

Let me start by saying the staff are wonderful, no problem at all with them…the issue is with the cleanliness of the location. Our room was dirty, the walls and ceiling had stains, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, our socks turned black just from walking in them inside the room. A cockroach appeared one morning and the cherry on the cake was the broken crack pipe in the drawer below the microwave. The cleaning staff came and made our beds but didn’t change the sheets and left our room door cracked open, we were able to get into to the room without using our key.

The name is a misnomer. This property is NOT at the "maingate" of Ft. Jackson. Property was otherwise comfortable and clean. Shower head leaked though.

Staff was very courteous and friendly, room was clean, good breakfast options. The room was spacious, but seemed empty because of a lot of unused space. Would have liked to have seen a little bit bigger TV, but it was sufficient. I would say this may not be a good option if you are a light sleeper, as it is close to a busy road with traffic throughout the night. Not a 5 star hotel, but I would say it was worth the price.

It was great for the most part. Could have used clean sheets. There was a long smudge of something on the first bed by the table. The toilet was constantly running. And the tv was very hard to figure out.

The staff was really friendly and efficient checking us in and out. Everyone was accommodating. The actual rooms could have benefited with better repairs to previous damages and smells. I did like the bedding and pillows.

We just needed to get off the interstate and get some rest. I looked through Hotels.com listings and the reviews were good so we gave it a shot. Check in guy was friendly and helpful, the room was dated but clean and well laid out. The shower pressure was amazing! Over all it was good for the price and the breakfast was nice.

Check -in was great, and the desk agent was very friendly, helpful, and has great customer service skills. My tv didn't work, and she quickly moved us to another room. It was a pleasant stay. My only problem:. I was going to have a brief medical procedure, and couldn't eat at the breakfast time. I just got 2 slices of bread to eat on the dive, but was told that i couldn't take it to the room, so i said i was taking it to the car, and was told that was not allowed. What? Who doesn't want you to eat in a room for which you have paid. I just threw it in the trash. Is it better to waste it, thank to much on it to prevent nausea? Shame. I will not stay there again.

The associate was friendly. Truck was stolen and we couldn’t get any help from the hotel to get footage or video. Asked for corporate number or an email to speak with the owner and was told they don’t have a number or email for the owner and that we would have to wait until the owner comes in later that day around 10. Hours passed and I had my sister to call and check to see if owner was in and they said owner won’t be in until Monday. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IF YOUR VEHICLE GET STOLEN, THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. Police was called

The staff was professional and efficient. The room was comfortable. There was a tissue stuck in the peep hole, the ice bucket was dirt, the seal on the bottom of the door was coming off, and the toilet leaked. The hotel it's self was quiet. The location is good but getting in and out can be tough.
