It was a nice property, however, during my last stay there was a fire alarm issue and the hotel lost power the morning of my last night. I had to get ready for work without electricity (lights).

Great location plenty of restaurants surrounding the area and fun things to do. Most of the workers were kind and friendly except one night receptionist was extremely rude when we asked for a drink from the bar he told us it was last call at 10:45 but he never called last call And when we stated that he was very rude and it was only going to be our second drink as we were sitting quietly just amongst one another chatting they should really have a sign if the bar closes at 10:45

One of the Elevators was not working when we arrived and was still not working 2 days later. During our stay the only working elevator was down for awhile had to use the stairs from the sixth (top) floor. No hot water the first morning we woke up, got a notice in the room while we were out that the next day between 10 and 2 pm the water would be off, we got up early and left the next day before 10. Staff was excellent very friwndly and helpful

Great roomy suite-like rooms, fantastic breakfast and dining area. Pool and workout areas very nice. Slow elevator and poor channel selection on Direct TV. But those are minor! I would definitely stay there again.

The weather was awful, but the hotel was a nice respit for the incredible heat. The hotel was clean, had a very nice free breakfast, a decent gym, a comfortable lobby that had people there to serve you, the satff was soooo nice! All good!

First morning, the shower broke with the hot water running. We called the front desk to send maintenance but was advised they didn't arrive until 9am (this was reported between 7-7:30am). I asked if we could be moved to another room because of the moisture from the hot water steam that was filling the room, but was advised they didn't have another room available to what we had (2 beds). I went down to the lobby between 8-8:30am to show pictures of the water/moisture dripping down the bathroom door and on the mirrors but was told the same, maintenance wouldn't get there till 9am. We decided to pack up our clothes and put them in our vehicle so the moisture wouldn't ruin our belongings. Finally at 11:30am, we were told they would have to move us to another room. After unloading our car again and checking into the new room, we found a used condom in the trash can. At that point, I didn't want to make more fuss and honestly was just drained and wanted to take a shower so we put the trash can in a corner and left it alone. hopefully the next tenants will not have a surprise balloon when they check in.

The lobby and breakfast area seem nice and updated. The rooms do not. The room did not feel clean. There was trash on the floor, hair in the tub and it just felt dirty. Beds need updated. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Almost made up for the stinky room. We like the idea of having a couch in a double room, but we probably won't be staying at a hyatt again. This is the second negative experience we have had with the chain.

There’s no microwave in the room! The place was dusty and moldy and just outright disgusting!! This was my first and last!! Breakfast was ok but the sofa was ripped, the sheets with stuff on them and the mildew and dust! How could you receive customers in such condition?!

We prepaid for a King bed / high floor. Upon arrival we were advised they didn’t have any king rooms left - the desk attendant was not able to provide any assistance - she just said oh we were busy today - not my problem. A double bed doesn’t compare to a king! We reserve king because it is our preference - I expect to get what was already paid for.

I booked a king room almost a week prior to my arrival. Even called the day of and let them know we are traveling so we won’t make it there till later tonight. Front desk said okay and he would let the other staff members know. Upon arrival, check-in went fine, but when we got to our room, the door knob would not work and had to go to the front desk to ask how to get into our room. We were told that a couple doors in the hotel are tricky to get into and had to explain how to open it. When we finally got in, our room was not what we paid for. We reserved a king room, but were given two full size beds. There was no microwave, the phone did not work, the lightbulb in the desk lamp did not fit right and was hanging out, and the floor was soaked by the fridge. When we brought up the situation to the front desk, there was nothing they could do about it tonight. I could speak with management tomorrow and possibly switch rooms if one becomes available. Spoke with GM next morning and the only thing she could offer was points towards the Hyatt rewards program. Which is not beneficial to me due to the fact that it was my first time at a Hyatt hotel and due to the experience I won’t be returning. I appreciate the gesture but to be honest I felt like I was staying in a motel 6. I only expect what I pay for never more or less and this trip was very disappointing.

From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel welcome and valued. Along with the easy parking and abundance of dining and shopping option close to the hotel, this is a fantastic place to stay. Our room was spacious and clean as well

Mattress in poor condition, bed was lumpy and did not sleep well. Shower/bath fixtures need replacing along with the shower curtain which would not stay completely closed. The tub is old and a death trap. Front desk extremely professional and courteous.

I was disappointed about my stay. I visit my families for my mother 92nd celebrating he birthday. I was out of my room all day and returned to hotel after midnight. Of course we party and need shower the next morning. Surprised! I use toilet, you know what i mean. No water then i decide to take shower No water just dripping from shower head. I called the front I wast the is off from 10 am to 2 pm. We have an event around 12 noon I ask if I could take shower somewhere the response was no water is available. Upon check in I wasn’t informed about water being shot off on the 5th. No communication from the the hotel.

No one would answer at the front desk. No linens in the room for the sofa bed. Had to chase someone down to get them! Desk clerk was playing on her phone and not answering the phone! Ac barley worked and room smelled musty.

Booked a Standard King Room, but was assigned an accessible room, which sometimes is all that’s available, so I understand that, but the front desk never even mentioned it. We didn’t find out until we went upstairs and entered our room. In fact, the front desk clerk who checked us in was extremely curt and couldn’t get rid of us fast enough. We were in a hurry to get somewhere after we checked-in, so we just took the room. However I felt deceived and taken advantage of. This is my second questionable stay at this same hotel in a year. Don't think I’ll be back.

Perfect to visit both Dallas and the stockyards. Very quiet. Room Fits my whole family of 6, everyone was very nice and accommodating. The white wine I bought from the bar was delicious. Clean, comfortable. Great breakfast spread. Has a small pool for downtime and my teenage kids can walk to Target.

I am from Fort Worth. This property is centrally located. It is near to key attractions, shopping and restaurants. The staff is amazing. We have stayed here a few times and each time has been amazing. I can't recommend this property enough.

Hotel and property were clean. Breakfast was decent. Bed wasn't super comfortable and AC was loud/rattling when turned on. Otherwise our room was in good condition and clean. We were comfortable enough for a 2 night stay with 2 adults and a small child. Location was nice, practically in the parking lot of Super Target.
