Check in was super easy. Very friendly people at the frint desk. Really good breakfast. Housekeepers didnt speak one word of english but we kind of expected that. The pool was really nice. Parking was much better than most. We would go back.

I did not like that the ice machine on the 5th floor was out of order and has been for some time now i had to go to a lower floor to get ice totally unacceptable when i ask staff have they put in a work order they replied management say thats not a priority right now but its 107° degrees outside and your quest can't enjoy the pleasure of having ice available

Best way to describe is it wasn’t to bad or too good, just average. The breakfast was the only thing above average and the $75 non refundable deposit was definately below average. A light out in the parking lot with vagrants coming in and out of the hotel kind of made for an unsafe feeling as well.

Overall the property is ideal. I booked a night for work in the area. The staff was nice and accommodating. However we did have an issue with ants in our room. The staff moved us to a suite that was very nice. The only issue is that the situation was not shared with the manager. I happened to be in the area. I stopped by to speak with the manager and he was happy to provide additional accommodation. The communication between employees and management needs improvement but otherwise this is a top tier hotel.

My husband and I arrived friday afternoon and the gentleman working the front desk was very friendly. We got to the room and the bedroom airconditioner was not cooling as well as the living room one . Living room temp ice cold , bedroom temp felt like 75. We are used to 69/ 70. The cleaning staff needs to pay alittle more attention to details. I went into the restroom and as i was putting the toilet lid down i noticed what looked like smeared blood on the rim of the seat. And the floor could have used a bit of vacuuming. Overall it was just okay. If i was in the area again i probably wouldn't stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in a little early, my husband is disabled and really needed to rest. The rooms were clean and the coffee was good and the pumpkin waffles were delish!! The first room we got had a broken ac and we were upgraded to a suite with a blaster of an ac, so everything worked out great!

It was great a few complaints is when we got to our room the door was opened! Huge red flag for us. Front desk said their foundation shifted so doors sometimes hang before latching. Secondly the amount of light that went past the door sucked!! If your a pitch black sleeper it’s gunna be tough

We rented a room for a night. Front desk staff were friendly. Alex helped us with our check in and was pleasant and friendly. We appreciate that this particular hotel offers free breakfast with multiple options of food and beverage to choose from. It was thoughtful and we appreciate it very much. We also appreciate how the hotel offers free paper cups to use, in the rental room and also provided free soap, shampoo and conditioner (0 parabens, sulfate, etc.) we appreciate the thought of providing nontoxic shampoo, soap and conditioner. The hotel lobby, room and property was nice and clean. The location at 13600 N Fwy location in Ft, Worrh, Tx felt safe and quiet. We had a good experience, during our one night stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I stayed for two nights. I accidentally left my AirPods in the room when I left. Called the hotel a day later to ask if they had been found and they said they would call me back. I never received a return call so I consider my AirPods to have been stolen by hotel staff. Unacceptable.

Overall this was a good hotel experience. It was kinda far from convenient eateries but the hotel and staff were quite good. The breakfast was good with a good selection of choices. It is close to both a major interstate (I-35W) and an airport. So the noise level is a bit much. The facility is well kept.

The property is on the north edge of DFW. This allows people who don't HAVE to be down in the madness to be able to stay at a decent hotel and still be close enough to everything that they can enjoy most of the things that DFW has to offer.

Breakfast was a full breakfast offered, not just continental style. The woman responsible for keeping the area clean did an excellent job. 👏 Front desk staff was very friendly and knew what they were doing. Also, reasonable price. I would recommend staying there.

We arrived with a reservation and were told that Expedia was overbooking rooms there, so we didn't have a room. Once we told the man at the front desk that we were going to rip up our Hilton Honors card he was able to find us a room. Justin (?) at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was terrible every morning. Very little food and it was not being refilled. Teabags were even hard to get. Eggs were partly frozen in the center. The area you ate at was not clean. Although the room was clean it needed several things repaired such as loose screws in the cabinet in front of the refrigerator and the extra lock on the door. I have stayed at this hotel for many years. The last time I stayed I thought it would be the last, but decided to give it another chance. I will not stay there again.
