Room was clean and staff was very friendly. However, there was no coffee pot available for the room. There was no blanket available. The slogan is if you need anything just ask. thr answer is no but you can ask. When we went for breakfast in the morning there was no coffee available. And the selection was very limited. they did have oatmeal but no bowls to fix it in.

We got to this location late in the evening. We were given a room that smelled of pot/smoke, a burn mark on the ceiling next to the fire sprinkler, a smoke detector that was missing with wires hanging out, a carpet that was torn up in places. There were two very flat pillows on the bed and when we asked the front desk, they stated they didn't have any more pillows. The next day we went to speak to the manager that changed our room. The second room was a bit better. However, we went to leave after moving into the second room and there was a bag of trash with food in it thrown on the stairs and all of the garbage cans were overflowing. The rooms are very outdated too. They need to get rid of the carpet that we were afraid to walk in with bare feet. The rooms had kitchenettes but no dishes, silverware or small appliances. You had to get all of that at the front desk. We went to the front desk several times and there was no one there. The "continental breakfast" consisted of muffins and some days there was nothing. This place needs a major overhaul. It's centrally located in a decent area with a nice park next door, which is a shame that this hotel has to be in such shambles. We bit the bullet as we were only there to sleep and spent the day doing outings with our family.

The cons: The floors were dirty, there was partially scrubbed off graffiti looking writing on the kitchen table and edge of bathroom vanity, the shower curtain didn’t reach the top of the tub so didn’t really have a purpose and there were no cooking or kitchen supplies (not sure the point of the kitchen other than someone for a long term rental). Also, no coffee maker in the room. The pros: by lots of nice shopping and a walking path, comfortable bed and since it’s outside access I could park right by my room.

Extended Stay Fort Worth,tx was a good overnight experience for quiet place to stay. Bathroom door sticks into door jam, no ice machines on premises, very little breakfast choice, one coffe thermos. If you are looking for amenities, there is not much as I mentioned. Within walking distance to eats.

It was okay. The staff is helpful.They definitely need an update in equipment my fridge wouldn’t get cold and the first room the tried to put me in smelled like a case of cigarettes. But they put me in another room they barely have kitchen utensils for use. Room service never came around. It seems like they are just barely scraping by. But either way they were nice and as helpful as possible with what they had.

Friendly staff at check in. Poor selection of toilletries. Very poor breakfast. Noisy around the property at night. The neighborhood is nice, and there are shops and dining options nearby.

Advertised as having a kitchen and it did just had no other elements like pots and pans. I checked with the office and they never had anything available. Toilet overflowed but was never convenient to have a maid come and clean.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of confusion at check-in. I was given a room that was occupied. We found it occupied after carry over bags up stairs and attempting to enter the room. I then had to go back to reception and get another room. The process added 35-40 minutes to the check-in process. Also, the website states breakfast is included. Breakfast is actually coffee and wrapped granola bars. Not what I would consider breakfast.

Check in was at 3. We arrived at 4 and the room was not ready. We got keys The room was a double bed. It was not clean at all. The floors were filthy. The bathroom sink area was stained from visible tooth paste stains or soap, who knows what, the tub was caked in filth as well. In addition the toilet did not work. There was puddles surrounding the toilet and then when we tried to use it, the tank was empty. It was an obvious issue with the water and just unacceptable. The front desk person chose to offer us the room next door to have access to a working restroom. He would not honor a refund but was kind about the situation.

The room was filthy, beyond imagination. The floor was very dirty everywhere, tons of dirt in the living area and kitchen space. There were clean towels and the bed appeared to have clean sheets. The surfaces throughout the entire room were covered in a layer of film, even the mirror surfaces were horribly spotted. The tub appeared to have not been wiped down as there were dried bottle marks on the edge. The walls were dirty especially near the bed. I was so exhausted and sleep deprived I just didn't want to deal with another room. Not what I was expecting. I left at 5am so didn't spend much time there. A fairly inexpensive room, and not fancy is fine, but clean is a must.

The room was a wreck with trash scattered in the room and around the premises. The dirty sheets were mounded on the bed. Horrible!

Worst lodging experience ever: Dirty room, filthy floor, "non-smoking" but the room smelled of smoke and there were cigarette burn marks on the bathroom counter, blood stain on the bathroom door frame (I took a picture), dirty wash cloth hanging in the bathroom.. etc.. My cousin and his wife who were traveling with us tried to stay in another room: cigarette butts under the bed, TV not working, and they observed cockroaches crawling all over the window in the room next to the lobby. We left after one night and will be pushing for a refund for the remaining two.

Dimly lit property, strong cigarette smell, dirty floors, bathroom fan and light not working, and BEDBUGS. I was given a new room the 3rd / last night, but already had 18 bites. On the bright side, the two clerks Andrea and Evette were very friendly and helpful!

The breakfast consisted of a cup of coffee and a muffin, nothing else. The window in room 106 was covered with German roaches clearly visible from the walkway leading to our room. Totally NASTY. We left after one night of our 3 night stay. I ask for a refund for the two nights and we're told Hotels.com does not allow refunds and refused to refund the two days we did not stay in that nasty place. I will never book lodging through Hotels.com again.

VERY DIRTY ROOM!!

Well we checked in, staff was friendly, but they were short staffed. Had no extra towels, and roaches were everywhere. Nice people, but the cleanliness was not so good.

Old and outdated, comparable to a cheap motel.

Overall I enjoyed my stay so far but I’m a little disappointed because my refrigerator didn’t work. I asked front desk to move me or fix it and they said they couldn’t so I had to call guest services and complain to get something done about it.

The smoke detector was disconnected sitting on the shelf. There were exposed wires coming out of the wall in the bathroom where the light fixture used to be. There tissues and brown packing tape covering holes in the walls. The alarm clock didn't work. The USB outlets on the lamps don't work. The AC worked great, and the bed was clean. The TV worked well with a decent selection of channels.

The tv didn’t work, it smelled like cigarettes, the tub had water in it when we got there and the toilet didn’t flush. We notified the front desk and nothing was done to accommodate us whatsoever. We left and stayed at a different hotel, couldn’t even make it one night.

I booked a Non smoking room..the room smell like smoke it had cigarette burns all over the zinc in the restroom..the smell was stronger there..Toilet tank didn’t work properly took forever to refill after each use…and there was NO HOT WATER! Had to shower with cold water in a 40 degrees weather!!!

First room that I got, the A/C was not working. Front desk was nice enough to change that room to another one. Later at night I found that the shower was not working and I didn't feel like changing again. Some of the lights in the room/bath room were not working. In the bathroom, they're using a table lamb. Overall, the facility was in a very back condition * very disappointing.

Front desk staff is less than helpful and openly unenthusiastic about doing their job. If you do stay here, God help you, at least get a room facing the river and not the parking garage or you won’t get sleep.

Supposed to be a non-smoking room but smelled like a smoking room with cigarette burns all over the bathroom. Carpet was badly stained. It was so nasty. I was just hoping no bed bugs would come out. Asked front desk for a different room cause of how badly it smelled of cigarette smoke but was told they didn’t have another room. I just got a picture of the carpet. Will post it.

Quiet area. Appliances didn't work

We couldn’t check in early because the rooms weren’t ready. No big deal. I wait until 3 and there was no one at their desk. By 3:10 a housekeeper comes in and says she can’t find the manager. Now there is 7 other people waiting to be checked in. Get to the room and the lights flickered the whole time they were on, the tv didn’t work, the stove looks like it has never been cleaned, and the headboard to the bed was scratched up. Not to mention there was a homeless person sleeping in the stairwell directly outside my door. I didn’t feel safe at all.

We showed up at the hotel at 5PM and they said that they did not have a room for us and would not charge us. We found another hotel, but I was charged for the room.

Our stay was wonderful! The front desk staff that we encountered were so kind and helpful! I would stay here again!

SHowed up at 9:30pm the day of arrival and was told no rooms available. Staff showed a screen that showed all rooms were not clean. They sent me packing. No call, no email, no options.

Well since they canceled our reservation on the day of our arrival due to overbooking and this is the 3rd time the hotel has done this to us, I will never book with them again. Hotels.com however was able to save the day and get us a much better better booking

I tried to check in at 4. My 11pm my room was still not ready along with a bunch of people in the lobby. I had to pay for another room down the road and as of now have still not received a refund. But I had to sleep.

Rude front desk were rude to me and I had to wait an hour for my room. Overbooked isn’t my fault I got a room at 10:30pm and check out at 11. The room should be refunded that was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Horrible customer service

What a horrible experience. I showed up at 3pm to check in and no one was there. The lobby was locked and when I called the number that was left, it was someone from a satellite location who tried calling the hotel's managers and employees and couldn't reach anyone. I stood outside for an hour waiting for someone to open the doors. It was ridiculous. I had to leave for an event and when I came back at 10pm to check in, thankfully the lobby was open but once again there was no one there. I called and the lady who picked up said they would be out in a minute. Several minutes later two women come out to help and act like I inconvenienced them. The area was very sketchy and there were people banging on walls and being loud in the parking lot well after midnight. Overall, horrible and would not recommend at all.

The check-in was horrendous. We had to wait over 2 hours for a room. We were exhausted as we traveled over 2 hours to get to the room. Once we finally got a room, we had to hurry and get ready for the event we were in town for. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Even though this is obviously a budget choice the staff was there and actually cared. They were busy, but you can tell when you're being taken care of....I had a late check in and observed the night manager call the day manager and have a cordial conversation to rectify some issue. Mind you this was after 9pm. Both active, good attitudes working together. Cheers!

It was close to Cooks children’s hospital

Easy check in. Room was very clean. No problems whatsoever. I extended my stay by 5 days because of it. The area around is very nice. 2 minutes from downtown. Will rent again.

Near medical district and the river run where there are a lot of restaurants near the river and has a river walk where people ride their bikes and walk their dogs.

For the price- this place can’t be beat.. I thoroughly enjoyed the location and staff were very very helpful and friendly… thanks for making my stay the best I’ve had in Fort Worth.. the trinity river and park are amazing this time of year..

The area is nice with a short distance to down town but the property is surrounded to “ghetto” people make it seem unsafe. The room is ok and affordable

Convenient location. Good neighborhood.

This hotel needs an upgrade. The window to our room was open when we arrived and the screen had a large hole in it. The room smelled as if someone had been vaping. I had to go to the lobby for cups as there were none in the room. The trash cans at the bottom of both stair wells were full and running over with refuse. We came up for a quick visit to the Stockyards and the light show at the Botanic Gardens. The location was convenient for both places.

It's pretty quiet for the most part. There's a walking/ running trail right next door- convenient for me. Plenty food spots. 5 min from QT if you're a fan of them.

The location met expectations. The property itself, was average, there was trash piled up all over the property with trash cans overflowing and full trash bags under the stairwells. No coffee maker in room, no hangers in room, no soap in room, and BONUS the complimentary Breakfast Bag the next morning... none. Went to the lobby as directed and was told they were not doing service that day. No apologies, just nope, not today. Happily, there is a cute breakfast place within walking distance. This was literally a room with a bed, and the shower worked.

I needed a little breather from life and this room was the perfect spot. I didn’t use it but the kitchenette was very convenient. If I had to make one not so good review it would be maybe not saying you serve breakfast when all that’s offered is a muffin, granola bar, instant oatmeal and coffee/tea. I wasn’t too bothered by that because there’s a good breakfast spot across the street, so That’s the only bad thing. Great customer service, clean and comfortable room. Great experience!

The rooms were clean just needs updating. No coffeemaker in room but, the location was great! New paint and better appliances would go a long way. Staff were very nice and helpful.
