The property was nice and everyone was very friendly. Overall the hotel was clean but I couldn't give a perfect 5 stars for a few reasons: 1. Upon arrival they had trouble finding my reservation thru Expedia. 2. The staircase and a few other areas smelled of sewer and plumbing issues. 3. The room appeared very clean BUT there was someone's belt left hanging in our bathroom. 4. They advertise to have an indoor heated pool and hot tub when the pool is freezing cold and the hot tub is under construction

The steakhouse in the hotel was excellent. Ceviche and the tomahawk steak were worth it! The only downside, the week we were there the escalator was getting worked on. Overall, it was great, we will be back.

The staff was very rude to my family, especially valet and the front desk. I was shocked because the hotel was pretty nice. The valet took forever to get the car. There were two elevators out of four that were broken. It was extremely busy when we stayed and the elevators were a nightmare to catch. The lobby area is pretty but the rooms are pretty basic for the price you pay.

We love the Worthington. We stay there every year for the Christmas parade. We love the bar area and everyone is always very nice. Rooms are always very clean. The only thing missing is the hot tub.

The hotel rooms are huge. Lovely bar area and lounge. The pool temperature was perfecr temperature. Too bad the hot tub was not working. Lots of resturants around hotel. Safe area to walk.

Really dislike the bathrooms here and they need to be updated. The shower was gross overall and also had hair in it upon arrival. T.V remote hardly worked. Pool definitely out dated. Rates are way too high for these kinds of accommodations.

Hotel was beautiful. Very spacious and great location. Room was very clean with comfy bed/pillows. We ordered in breakfast one morning and it was delicious. My only complaint was our tub drain was clogged. If I’m ever in Fort Worth again, I will definitely stay again!

My only complaint is its very dated and the room is a DUST BOWL. My wife and i sneezed mire than ever and you can see the dyst on every picture frame and on every glass top. They never answered the front desk phone or inroom dining. They want you to do everything on the QR code so be ready because it wasnt easy.

Check-in was easy and beds were comfy, Room service was a little strange they bring your food in a containers and a paper bag like uber eats, it was a bit noisy on the side of Main Street until about 12:30am. I would bring ear plugs.

The staff was so nice and the check in/out process was very smooth. Our entire hallway for our room was very hot and despite having our room thermostat set to the lowest setting it would only go to 73 overnight and the room felt hot. Otherwise it was nice, the room was very clean and room service was excellent as well!

I paid for a room with 1 king bed, but instead I got a room with 2 queen beds. When I addressed this to the staff they were not happy & did not want to move me to the room I paid for because they were “too busy.” My wife and I ended up staying in the room they gave us even though we paid for another one. I was told they would give me some money back but they never did.

I booked two King rooms and was given a king and a double queen. If I wanted a double queen, I would have booked a double queen at the lower rate! Furthermore the Front Desk could not refund me the difference in the room rate because I booked through Expedia. The credenza in our room was very marked up with scratches and the coffee maker did not work and had leftover coffee in the reserve. I was very dissapointed because of the high rate of the rooms that I paid!

It was a quick, last minute trip for a date night. Warning, the walls are paper thin. We had to call the front desk because the room next door was making a ton of noise at 1130pm and security was sent up. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us.

Upon checking at 4p…I was told my room was not ready and I could wait at the bar until I receive a call or text once my room was available. That text came in at 11pm with a $50 credit for the 7 hour inconvenience! After speaking with the manager, no apology was made or offer of compensation. I then made my frustrations clear and was offered an upgraded room at no additional cost. The only issue I had with my room was the faulty shower heads and my room cleaning was at 7pm.. not enjoyable or practical.. when dinning and at the restaurant or ordering drinks at the bar, You’ll find that they are understaffed and dismissive towards customers! The four days I was there. I would stand and the bar waiting to be helped and witnessed multiple guests doing the same… if you didn’t directly ask for a drink, they’d never acknowledge your presence. It gets worse! Expect to receive a bill to your room with bogus charges that you already paid for! It blows my mind how they can bill you for paid or fake charges knowing (most) customers keep receipts, therefore you’d think they would have an explanation for how the charges came about..but they don’t! So, keep your receipts! My suggestion-Better management in Hotel and Restaurant/Bar which should also make for better staff. No one was overly friendly, nor did they make you feel like a “guest”…. Staff did the bare minimum to accommodate and act friendly.

We love the Worthington. Our downtown go to place whenever we schedule our Fort Worth weekends.... Location is perfect. The folks there, all staff we encountered, and even those we passed by in the halls are trained in kindness and customer service that exudes the thought of "we're glad you are here". Two small annoyances on this trip were - 1. Remote was not very responsive. TV was difficult to operate....we finally gave up on the TV. A little aggravating as we stayed in the room for a couple nights and this amenity would have been kinda nice. The ability to simply turn on the tv and have the remote work would have been nice. 2. Ice machine on sixth floor was not producing ice - we expect amenities to work in a four star hotel, annoying when we expect the stuff to work in a four star hotel....especially annoying because we enjoy ice in our drinks. Worthington staff was readily available to bring ice buckets to the room, staff is always helpful.

Hotel was nice and convenient to where we attended the fund raiser. Check in was a little rocky. Room was not ready on time. Offer was made to place us in a larger room which was appreciated but the room turned out to be more of a business conference room with a Murphy bed and no balcony. Room did not have a good feel to it. Went down to reception and asked for the original room, after a wait the room was made available to us. Need to check the HVAC unit, room 301 was cold, and the temperature would not go above 68 degrees. We tried turning the thermostat up to 75 to get it warmer but nothing happened. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast in the restaurant was very good.

Reserved a terrace suite. When we arrived they did not have our reservation. They said a glitch. Needless to say I did not get the room we wanted. Unbelievably disappointed. Truly cannot express how disappointed we were.

Not sure why this property is so expensive for the room rate average accommodations. I had an Expedia reservation the front desk person stumbled while I stood there for 10 minutes. I ended up having a lunch asked if she’d come and find me she did not had to go back to the front desk. Rooms are average. Nothing special bright spot is Toro Toro. Great food doubt I’ll return.

Be careful. They charged me for 4 people's vellet at $50 a pop. I only noticed because there was a charge on my account that i didn't know what it was for. And when i asked, they said that was for your vallet. I had to ask for a refund.

Very nice. Very quiet other than the Lobby music that was a little annoying and to loud. Bronze Bull sculls hanging from the lobby ceiling were impressive, but the music doesnt match the style of the western themed hotel. Rooms were nice. Accessible to everything downtown and Stockyards via orange bus line. Good restaurants across the street, the Yolk for breakfast and Riskys BBQ, plus hotel restaurant. We didn't try Toro Toro, so I can't review. Overall, very nice stay just to short, one night.

AMAZING PROPERTY!! Friendly staff! Very accommodating !! Traveled all over the USA and the staff here is the BEST!! Would NOT recommend the breakfast buffet at Rictta(?) restaurant VERY BLAND and SUPER EXPENSIVE for nothing.. Yolk across the street is sooo much better and at a better price point! .. Outside of the dining.. one of the BEST hotels I have EVER stayed at!! The kindest hospitality staff, bartenders, concierge, Room attendance, vallet I have experienced!!

Room great, breakfast good and room service ok but did not get order correct and person read it back right just person in kitchen did not pay attention. Overall elect care. Wish the valet parking was included because it was a little expensive for valet and self park for price of room too. But had a great time. Oh the hot tub did not work and pool was cold so would be nice if that was advertised too .

The hotel is beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful esp John at the front desk. He is a gem! We found the menu from the bar/restaurant limited. They serve guacamole, yet had no salsa. Overall, a great stay and we will return.
