Why the heck are guests paying for parking...really?! I missed that aspect on hotels.com. Had I seen it, I may have looked elsewhere. Charge non-guests for parking, not guests.

In town for business trip, and usually book this chain if possible. Facility itself was on par for this chain and nice. Only bad part was lots of road noise from highway could be heard in my room and had to put ac fan on to sleep. On last night the ac stopped cooling and began making louder noise than previously, which kept me up and cut into sleep ahead of an all day drive. Staff tried to make it right afterwards when I called since staff at check out was more interested in pushing Marriott Bonvoy than trying to fix situation. Breakfast staff was always present and offered assistance more than at some restaurants. Seems to have variety each morning, which was nice (one day was sausage scramble and sausage biscuits, one morning was mini quiche), but no plain bread for taste other than bagels. Parking was a bit of a headache, since lot only had so many spots and if it was full, you have to use a garage a little further away. They charge for parking as well, so if you want in lot, I had to get there before 7-8pm otherwise it was full and had to use garage.

Not that I used the pool, but the pool is very small for the size of property. But other than that, I enjoyed the stay. Very clean, staff was super nice and breakfast was nice.

This property is being renovated so there are parts that have to be blocked off or covered up. However, we stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was great! Everything about the room was all new and well done. Would highly recommend as long as you get the new rooms. Total renovation is supposed to be done in July.

Very convenient to Dickies Arena. The pool was very small but very enjoyable. Breakfast was wonderful. The set up of the room didn’t work very well for us. It has a bathroom in the middle as opposed to near the front door which meant that the toilet area was directly in front of someone’s bed. That will keep us from staying here again; otherwise everything else was good. Also, I thought there was a kitchen, but there is not. Just a small fridge and microwave.

I have mixed feelings, guys. I wish I had known this property was under construction before I booked. I had ONE night away as a Mother's Day present to myself, but had a headache from all the banging and waiting from the construction workers. Pros are that they were done by about 5 pm, cons were that they woke me up directly under my room about 730 am. To be fair, the new and renovated rooms are lovely. I got to stay in one. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and helped out in every way they could, especially Shantay. I felt cared for. Breakfast was less than desired as it was shoved in to a side room, but again, you could tell it's temporary. I'd wait a few weeks before booking, and then go enjoy all the new renovations. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

We were given room 233 two adults, two kids. The room had a bed and a trundle bed for my kids. Pulled out the first trundle bed and huge blood stain on the mattress. I went down to get a different room and given 243. I always do a bedbug search no matter what. Pulled this room's trundle bed away from the wall and found a dried up orange peel and a press on finger nail. Then pulled out this trundle bed and also had a huge blood stain. I then asked for a room with two beds and no trundle and some kind of compensation. I was upgraded to a double bed room and $50 off our first night. Blood on your mattresses is a health risk as well as unsanitary AND disgusting! As far as I'm concerned, our stay should have been free. Tired from the long day, driving, flight and nonsense with rooms and not able to get to bed until well after midnight. Very grossed out and disappointed.

Checking in was easy and the woman at the front counter was very friendly. What wasn’t awesome was being welcomed by bugs running across the counter when we entered our first room. There were right as you walked in, and at first I thought they were left over food crumbs until they started scurrying around. I took pictures and went back downstairs and asked for a new room which we were given. New room seemed clean, but we definitely didn’t sleep easy knowing there were bugs in other rooms.

Only one small issue - the a/c in our room just could NOT cool the room sufficiently. Staff came up twice to address, and the second time they brought a fan. This is something that really needs to be fixed. Otherwise, things were okay.

My family and I stayed here for a concert. Richard and Shantay greeted me at the front desk and were extremely pleasant and helpful. We stayed two nights and the hotel was literally less than a mile away from the concert venue. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good too. We would definitely stay here again.

The overnight staff at this property was terrible. The security was rude, he was not customer oriented and was confrontational. I will never stay at this hotel again because Donald was terrible. If I as an employer ever knew that my employee acted like this, I would be embarrassed and would immediately fire him.

We arrived at the hotel at 5:30pm. Check in was at 3pm. We were told that there was not a room available yet and that it would be 30-45 min until one was ready. I'm sorry but if I wouldve showed u0p at 3pm, would i have had to stay without a room until 6pm? We were there for the J. Aldean concert and i'm sorry but this concert has been scheduled for quite some time and it's not my problem if yall became short staff or whatever the situation was. And not to mention the same thing happened to the man that checked in after me. Just ridiculous and a lesson learned. I will not be returning or giving any good word of mouth. we were literally at the hotel for like 12 hours...and a $300 plus bill.

Great variety of breakfast options. Even had “Silk” milk as an option for coffee. Wonderful bed, good shower pressure, every staff person I saw had a smile. And Shauntay, the guest relations lady, is a terrific asset. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and she’s always so sweet to chat with.

One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Wonderful pool the breakfast was much better than I thought. Eggs made w love and care. Richard up front super professional. We will stay again. Clean parking area very private. Great office I was abled to get some work done while my family slept.

Very attentive staff and management We were there on a weekday. The do not offer waffles on weekdays. My son loves waffles. A manager came to the table to ask if we needed anything. I said "how about waffles" half jokingly. She said ok no problem and had staff make him a waffle. This was not generated by a complaint, just great customer service.

Excellent location if you want to walk to Dickies Arena. 20 minute walk and super easy. Only negative is you have to walk a little bit if you want any food; there are a few options but they are several blocks away. Other than that, it is was great and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent also.

Everything was great about the place and workers. My only complaint is that it is not a walkable location. It is right next to the highway and there are no sidewalks to walk safely around. Plan to drive/uber everywhere!

It was a nice hotel. We only stayed one night for an appointment at Cooks children’s hospital for our son and it was close by. The zoo also isn’t too far away. Nice place for the money.

Hotel and staff were good. The only real downside was that some younger folks next door to us were loud and in and out their door constantly. The other negative for us was that breakfast isn't served until 7:30 a.m. on weekends, which meant that we had to eat elsewhere due to our traveling schedule.

Very nice small hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice and clean rooms, really comfortable. I really only have two complaints about the hotel it self. Charged more than the agreed price for my stay. Unfortunately the milk for the breakfast was spoiled. We were fortunate enough to have a manager talk to us but they didn't pull the milk.

Very convenient to Dickies Arena, Mexican restaurant across the street for dinner. Very fast, inexpensive, and good. Breakfast included at the hotel was excellent! Tiny quiches were delicious.

Our stay was very comfortable. The rooms were clean. Our only disappointment was with the breakfast in the morning. It was OK. The only choice for fresh fruit was apples. Should have a few more options if you’re not there first thing in the morning, most of the food was already gone an hour later.
