I stayed at this location for 9 days. Very quiet, safe. The room was not totally cleaned properly when I arrived. The pool is not a pool it’s a bathing tub only 3ft. Should at least went up to 5ft. No hot tub, been closed down for years now I was told. They should update the website explaining that it’s closed. The washing machines need a code to operate and no codes are on the machines so you can’t use them. The machines, dryers are not free. I have to go to another hotel to wash and dry my clothing to prevent me from traveling with dirty clothing back home. Yes it was free! One of the front desk workers whose name starts with M, he was awesome he did credit me a few dollars off my stay for the inconvenience of the washing machines not working. He was very courteous, polite and professional. A few recommendation is to have working washers and dyers and to make them free for the amount of money you are spending for the night. Open up the hot tub being that you have a baby pool.

The hotel was decent but old. We parked in the parking garage next door and our car was broke in to so maybe we should have paid the $42/night for the hotel parking. It’s ridiculous to charge $42/night to park. We won’t stay here again.

I enjoyed the location, being in walking distance to the heart of downtown. During our stay the business computer was not working this was an inconvenience as we needed to print a document and we were unable to do so. I found hair on the linens in my bed indicating the comforter and sheets were not changed entirely. The lamps and charger on the nightstand did not work therefore we were only able to light half of the room. The shower had a plumbing issue. It was dripping when we walked into the room and continued to drip during our entire stay. Although we had two windows, the view from the second window faced a brick wall and was covered with bird excrement. Overall, the room was substandard for the price.

We got a balcony room and it was really nice. The weather was really mild and we actually slept with the balcony door open as we were 16 floors up. We had a nice romantic weekend. The bartender “Al from Wisconsin “ was really fun!! If we had to change anything, we would’ve like a bigger bathroom, and a bigger pool. But we will definitely stay there during Spring and Fall :)

Not a good experience. Upon arrival the room was not what was advertised. The website photos did not represent what the room actually was. The listing noted that the room slept 4 people but was tiny and in no way could sleep 4 under any circumstance. The person at the front desk confirmed this. Luckily, we only had two of us but were expecting more space. The bathroom was even smaller. I've honestly never seen a hotel bathroom smaller. Finally the parking leaving was atrocious. They have car elevators which worked fine upon arrival but when everyone was leaving at checkout time there was a 30 minute wait for your car. Terrible service for a valet. The only great thing about the room was the balcony which was first class and huge! The manager did give us $100 off for the incorrect website description.

Website, both hotel and Expedia, need to be updated re the romoval of the advertised indoor hot tub spa. The pool was great, though. Our stay was to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary. We both had a great time!

The tall ceilings in the room made the room feel much larger. Love that. Our bathroom vanity mirror kept blinking on and off so we had to leave it off and use the shower light. Parking was a nightmare. Regular-sized trucks have to be valeted (and there’s only 10 spots) bc they won’t fit in the garage. My husbands truck has a lift on it, so they wouldn’t let us park anywhere at all. We found a lot about 4 blocks away and parked there for the afternoon ($40) but had to go get it before 3am. Wound up driving it to the outskirts of Fort Worth and Ubered back to hotel. No restaurant in the hotel; receptionist said most people eat at the Corner Bakery at the end of the block. Hotel has a little bar area but it doesn’t open until after 5. Pool area is small but really nice and stayed sunny all afternoon.

Was quite good. Wasnt very clean and housekeeping needs addressing. Washing machines were broken and only 1 dryer was working. Didnt change bed linen or make bed for the 6 nights we were there. Too much money for the stay. Charged more than what we were quoted and had confirmed when booking. No facilities to make tea in your room.

Gone are the days of getting your room cleaned each day or even during an entire stay. We were there three nights and had to ask to have overflowing garbage cans emptied. We also had to ask for clean towels. The main desk was snarky and barked at us when we asked to have our room cleaned. Even then the maid didn’t make beds nor remove all trash. Wall Street values have left the consumer as a target for all Kinds of cutbacks and extra charges.

Let's start with the smell. My room smelled like vomit. At first I thought it was the AC but never could figure out why the smell. The toilet seat would not stay up. The bath and sink drains were very slow so I had to stand in over ankle water to shower. The room was not clean. There is excessive noise outside at night that continued during my two night stay.

Air conditioning problems the entire stay. When we got to the room it was hot so I checked the thermostat. It was set on 71, yet then temp in the room was 75. We asked front desk and they said oh just keep turning it down. That didn’t work. It reached as hot as 77 in the room. We were sweating all night. It was completely ridiculous for the price we paid for this hotel. You shouldn’t have to sweat at $250 a night.

Excellent location only a couple of minutes walk from Sundance Plaza, so plenty of options for food and drinks, and about five minutes walk from the convention centre and the bus stop that links to Dallas.

This is our 2nd time here and we will be back next year for sure. The entire staff is just wonderful especially the housekeeper manager. Above and beyond for us. Comfortable beds and the balcony was a plus. Gorgeous views at night.

My first time in Fort Worth. I booked last minute as our daughter had Karate Competition at the convention center. Connor at the front desk was excellent, Our check in was a breeze, we stayed in room 2008 and the room was gorgeous, the views out our window especially into the square with the sunset was beautiful. Our Maid who by chance was on our floor was excellent, I didn't catch her name but she had an accent and loved her, she took good care of our needs, I had house keeping brought up after and it was in a very fast timely manner. Sergio was so sweet. Emily who worked downstairs was a sweetheart and treated my daughter to a treat in the shop for her birthday, so sweet and my daughter was thrilled. I have trouble walking due to a certain condition and they lent me a wheelchair for me to get around in which made my stay so much easier on me in so many ways so thank you. Benny the manager approved this. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was wonderful and welcoming. The corner Bakery is a treat as well with great prices and I hear the pancakes are amazing. The only complaint I have is our room was very warm, there was something with the Air conditioner and needed to be fixed, w didn't want to complain as they have been so great but finally had too. we kept missing the maintenance as we were at the convention center but the from desk gave us a fan which helped. We will be back next July with the team and everyone of them will be staying as well ty

We found the location very convenient for trips to lakes, stockyards, 6 Flags and walkable downtown nightlife. The area is family friendly with lots to do from ages 0-90. We wish the hotel bar had stayed open past 10pm for more time to unwind after dinner, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Terrace rooms offer a bit of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the skyline.
