We often choose a HIexp because we love those cinnamon rolls in the mornings. BUT NO CINNAMON ROLLS HERE! Also after checking in we found out that the motel had NO working ice machines, that’s right NO ICE!!!!!

The rooms and common areas were nice and most importantly clean. The swimming pool was empty, one elevator and ice machine was out of order. We had 3 rooms and none of us could figure out the tv. The breakfast was hot and good, they had the most amazing cinnamon rolls and the coffee was hot and of good quality. Overall it was a nice hotel. But we had teenagers with us and they were very disappointed about the swimming pool.

All the floors have cracked tiles and the floor with carpet has uneven areas where I would trip. I would like to know info can at least get half of the fees refunded. The property is in poor condition. No WiFi, no telephones were working. The lights half worked and flickered The AC made a whistling noise all night. Please give me some leeway here.

I stayed here for one night to avoid the long drive home after a family event. Check in was simple and the room was decent. You can tell this building has been around for a while but it was fine for a 1 night stay. The hot water did not work until the morning and the front desk tried to reset the boiler but that didn't work.

I could tell that our sheets were not changed. There was a stain or just delamination of the sheets along the side but after the first night I found either a bug or a scab (yuk) tucked along the bottom of the bed under the sheets. I told the staff and our sheets were changed for the second night. The hinge of the doors in the bathroom were badly rusted. The second day of our stay the breakfast items were so limited even from the day before.

Stayed in the 2 room King suite. It was so nice to have the separate but connected bedroom for extra privacy and comfort. The staff was all amazing from front desk to kitchen staff in the am. Cant say enough great things about the staff. The room and hoel are clean. Only downside it you can tell its a little dated or needs new paint. Otherwise it was great and we will stay there again.

At the time of my check in. The clerk informed me that they didn’t have anymore king size beds. Then moments later I observed a gentleman come in afterwards and he asked for a king size bed and she told him he can have one and about twenty minutes. There were kids running up and down the halls all night keeping me from falling asleep. I would never go back to that establishment.

On the TV screen, it says you can stream to it from a variety of devices. You can’t, either with a wire or wireless casting. I tried from my Chromebook, Samsung tablet and iPhone. The HDMI port is useless. If I want to watch “movies in demand,” I can’t. The selector won’t move and the “OK” button does nothing. It seems to be frozen. The room is fairly dark, with one corner in particular that desperately needs a lamp on the desk. And there’s a nice coffee nook that’s too dark. When we checked in, the room’s telephone had a red light flashing, indicating that there were messages waiting, which was impossible since we had just arrived. Trying to listen to the messages was impossibly frustrating. Clumps of white stuff are on the floor and couch that should have been cleaned.

I stayed here about 3 wks ago with my husband and my 3kids. The hotel itself is nice. The room we stayed in was also nice the only thing I was not liking was the restroom. It needs work or updated. The bathroom looked very old especially the shower. But all in all the stay was good. I definitely would recommend.

This was the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! There was a party going on in the lobby and breakfast area until midnight on a weekday. That area is open up to the 2nd area where I was assigned to the closest room to that area. I asked to be moved to another room but was told there was none available.

This property one of the worst I have ever stayed at. The credit card system was down when I arrived. They wanted me to come back down at 11:00 pm when someone new showed up to put a card on file. I said I would be sleeping and would come down in the morning. They then called my room with my 3 sleeping children at 11:00 pm, my cell phone at 11:00 pm and again before 6:00 am. Additionally, the rooms are not cleaned well, there were 3 towels for suite with 2 king sized beds and a pull out sofa. It was a terrible stay.

Several vehicles were broken into while staying here. And the room I had on the 3rd floor had a bad lingering mold odor that I could not get rid of I bought a room deodorizer Lysol air freshener and that smell was still there. That sofa has to be thrown out.

If there was an option for ZERO stars, that’s what I would have given this property. We had to change rooms at 10pm the night of check in due to issues with the light in the room not turning off. The property is dirty, WREAKS of marijuana and cigarette smoke, the elevators were down (1 our entire stay and several times both of them were down), multiple homeless people wondering around the lobby, and some sketchy activity happening in the back parking lot. The room was sticky the floor was disgusting and the bath mat was soaking wet before we ever used the bathroom. To top off our stay we went out the morning of check out to our car window busted out and burglarized. The ONLY positive thing I have to say is the front desk was helpful with getting the video footage to the police. We will NOT be returning to this property.
