We had such a wonderful stay here! The hotel was very clean, family-friendly, and had so many fun activities for kids to enjoy. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. We accidentally left my daughter’s bunny in the room as we were leaving, and one of the male staff members actually ran it down to us before we drove away. Such a small act that meant the world to my daughter. So incredibly sweet and appreciated. Thank you for making our stay extra special!

The hotel was lovely and well kept. The hot tub could have been warmer.

No space this out your clothes in..The rooms for a two queen beds was small..No water in the rooms..Husband car window was busted out..No concern about it will never stay there again..Not happy customer

The hotel is very welcoming. You walk in and it's clean! The staff were helpful and polite, the rooms were clean, and it was peaceful.

Rhe forst thing we noticed was rhe smell of the hotel. As soon as you walk in you get punched in the face with the smell of cleaning chemicals in the lobby. And it was even worse in the actual hotel rooms. They then sent us to the wrong room (smaller room than the one we paid for), once we did get the correct room there was hair in the shower and on the floor in a couple spots. Rotten food, dog hair, and a few other things under the ac unit, sticky residue on the table and leg rest, stains on both different chairs In the room. On top of these things the automatic curtains didnt work, and the room was right next to the pool, the gym, and the houskeeping staff room. We then canceled our almost week long stay, which was a 30 minute process as they needed to confirm the things we were saying was true. Even after this it took 5 days for us to get a confirmation from the hotel that we would get 4 out of our 5 nights of stay refunded.
