This place is OLD no pool no whirlpool no nothing. Rooms small table no place to do work on. All plugs didn't work. Breakfast a joke no coffee half the time. No cream the other half of the time. No thanks will not stay there again

Nice clean lobby great staff very Spacious rooms a few minor flaws and maintenance/ aging spots in bathroom ceiling in 302 king suite and throughout the property but far from rundown nasty or unsafe.. breakfast was great two free drinks and snacks from 5:30 to 7:00 pm bar food is so yucky the shrimp whatever the hell that was the fettuccine and pizza is cheap tasteless nasty just weak what a waste of 20 bucks. big thumbs down👎 the buffalo wings are your best bet. One bartender was so cool & funny the other guy is ok just harder to communicate with he had a short militant presence down to the haircut now he was not inattentive not rude or anything like that. I just connteced with the other guy way better.

There was a terrible smell in the hallway, chemical possibly glue under new carpet. Outlets in one room did not work, when charger was plugged in the device would charge for a few seconds, then would stop charging for a few seconds and then start the cycle again. This happened for several devices using different charging cables and all of the outlets. Devices charged properly with same cable using a portable power bank. There were no issues with outlets in 2nd room.

There was a microwave and fridge in the room-great! There was no iron and the bathroom door was broken. Oh, and the elevator was out of service the entire time we were there. The breakfast was continental and really nothing to brag about. Probably will not stay here again.

This place reeks of cigarettes. It is clean and a standard two queen beds room, but I wouldn't stay here again. The continental breakfast was the smallest I have ever seen and the gym is closed.

There were roaches and water bugs all over the room and the bathroom. They kept dying like something was killing them then more would pop up every half hour. The key card had to be changed because they don’t work.

There was mold in the room. They moved me to another room but it seems like housekeeping would have identified the mold and blocked the room until it was handled but they did not. Leave =s me to believe that housekeeping is not doing a thorough job of cleaning.

The rooms were filthy. The towels had brown stains on it that looked like poop. The toilet had urine on it. There was dirt and trash on the floor of the room and in the bathroom

Final pre- check of the room was lacking, there was hair and urine on the bathroom floor, along with several dead insects and some live ones. The dead insects could have been swept up if someone would have bothered to perform a final check before allowing guests to stay in the room.

The room I was in very dirty it should not allow anyone to stay in it. I had to ask for another room and room was much better. I killed at least 3 bugs in my room. I would never stay there again.

I was awaken at 1am by a bed bug crawling on me. I, immediately, went to check out and showed the attendant pictures. I was advised that I could call the following morning to check the status of my refund. I contacted the hotel and was advised that my refund was not approved. I had to then go through corporate channels to request a refund. Current Refund Status: Pending

Employees were friendly. Room had frige, microwave, nice tv/clean remote. Wifi not secure. No hot water 2 days tub/ shower but sink had so washed hair in sink :-( Breakfast decent: waffles yogurt, coffee juice.

When i arrived they had no vacancy on the doors but i had already book, my boyfriend went in to check in and they told him there was no reservation there and to check a different location so i went in ang he told me there is no name in the system at all so i demanded a refund and he all of sudden found the room

Check in was great. Got our keys and went to bed. After everyone was laid down and the kids were asleep, our door opens. Our room had been GIVEN AWAY while we were already in bed. Luckily the top door latch was latched or that person would have been able to get into our room completely. Not only did we have someone try to get into the room, other the person realized the room was occupied and went back up to front desk to get another room. My husband tried our room keys and figured out that they had been disabled and would not unlock our room. Went to turn in our keys this morning and told front desk. The clerk said he would let the manager know and they would look back at the tapes. Will be calling with a follow up to see what is going to happen to justify the mess up and feeling unsafe.

At check in asked for $50 deposit and but will not take my gift card. I gave $50 cash after going to ATM. Around 2:00am someone came in the room and said that the front desk gave him the key to room 328. I’ll called the front desk and told Mr John and he was rude and hung the for up on me. So I went down to the front desk and Mr John only responded I made a mistake with no apology attitude, and didn’t understand the safety of his mistake. If Mr John was more concerned and apologetic I would not be writing this review. My wife and I check out at 6:15 and Mr John still had a attitude. He was talking to more guest and and I told he good morning how are you doing but he had the same bad attitude. I apologize for interrupting the conversation that has and continued with the check out. Waiting on my deposit my wife told me to go to the car to defuse the situation. While my wife waiting to get the deposit Mr. John and the customer began to talk how rude I was. So my wife told them what had happened with someone had a key and came into the room. Wow, and that not safe and a lot could had happened. Yes a mistake was made but the attitude to be more compassion wasn’t. We will not stay a any Days Inn again. Also the toilet seat was broken.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It needs to be updated, but very convenient and affordable. My family was in an emergency situation and I was able to book and confirm quickly. The contenental breakfast included coffee, muffins, waffles, Activia yogurt, and cereal. Deposit returned same day of check out.
