Overall our stay was good. They have an awesome continental breakfast. So good! Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Although the pool was really cold. It’s definitely not heated. I will say the room could’ve been a bit cleaner. Mostly pictures hadn’t been wiped down and the front of the dishwasher wasn’t clean. The hallways needed to be better maintained too. But overall, I would stay here again. Location is great. Lots of restaurants and things to do with your family nearby.

Pros - The hotel was within 1 mile of most of the downtown attractions. Parking was secure and convenient. The pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable. The breakfast was good with a number of hot items. The price was right. Cons - There was only one desk person on duty which made the checkin and checkout times longer than necessary. Towels were in short supply in the gym and the pool areas. More towels requested repeatedly without results.

This hotel was in a convenient location to downtown and other tourist attractions. It felt safe and was very clean. Hot tub was excellent and pool temperature was fine for the kids. Breakfast could've been better, or at least had more options. They ran out of bacon early in the morning and no other meat options were offered. The double waffle maker was more than sufficient for the breakfast rush. We also enjoyed the fountain soda that was available.

Neither elevator was operational. Guest were required to walk up to 5 flights of stairs to access their rooms. Breakfast items were largely out of stocks. Bed sheets had not been cleaned. My child found "some slimy stuff" in the bed. Furnishings in the room were damaged included carpet coming up. We left and stayed at a different hotel.

Good rooms and clean. Good breakfast. Decent staff. Areas to hang out when not in room. Close to downtown. Pool was really disgusting which is one of the amenities we got the room for. So many people used it that the hot tub was dark brown from dirt and pool was murky. The rest of the property was great. Didnt like I had to pay for parking and no fan in bathroom.

This property has gone downhill quickly. I used to stay here with the family for the amenities as a staycation. The exterior AND the interior of the hotel was disgusting. The parking lot was covered in trash. There were giant trash bags in the hall. The elevator floor was spattered with spilled drinks, to the point it made a standing puddle. The walls of the elevator were spattered with just general uncleaned detritus of public use. The breakfast here used to be amazing with lots of fresh fruits, choices of meats etc. The breakfast wasn't BAD, just par with a cheaper brand. The room however WAS clean and well kept. The entire 4th floor though had a musty smell, and as stated the hallways were not cleaned at all. But the mattress. This has to I've of the worst mattresses I have ever slept on. And I do not stand alone; my partner said the same. SEVERAL guests in the elevator started the same. Overall, even though the staff was polite, I would have rather not have stayed there. Hopefully the IHG brand can get this facility back to it's standards.

The refrigerator didn't work, the a/c was loud. Sounded like a motorcycle. There was no maid service, nor was there a door tag to request it. I had to ask for additional towels and they handed them to me and didn't take the used ones that ended up piled in the corner. Also the only time they emptied the trash was when they brought me ice because the fridge didn't work and the guy saw it was full. Other than that we had to empty it ourselves. Overall just a terrible hotel.

The room was not clean. Housekeeping never came Thursday-Sunday that we were there. We had to ask for towels and sheets. The fold out couch bed literally had been pooped on the sheet was not changed and it was on the mattress as well. There was no soap or conditioner in the shower. No paper towels or towels in the kitchen. The floors and furniture were grimy. The pool was too cold to even use and much smaller than it looks in the picture. Breakfast was not good at all. The pool and free breakfast were what sold us on this hotel. Definitely not worth it. They also never locked the back doors nor shut the parking lot gates which I didn’t appreciate because this isn’t a good part of town. There were several homeless people all around. Overall it’s not worth the money you might save.

We were in Chattanooga for an overnight stay. No one was at the desk upon arrival. Had to wait while the phone rang about 25 times before someone came to the desk. Once someone was there, check in was quick. Parking is additional cost, which I will never understand with any hotels. The cleanliness is fair. There is a large amount of water due to use of the indoor pool. There was hair left in the bathtub from the previous guest. The refrigerator had an odd smell. I would suggest using baking soda boxes. The beds are firmer than I prefer, but not super uncomfortable. The pillows were a fantastic. There is Dove products available which was nice because I did not bring shampoo or conditioner. There was not a hair dryer in our room, it appeared to have been removed from the wall. The toilet handle was loose so you hand to kinda push in to flush the toilet. The water pressure wasn’t that great but the temperature was good. Large breakfast selection. Not bad for an overnight stay.

While the staff was nice, I must comment on the cleanliness, the strange ( I would assume resident homless man), the left over clothes in our bathroom when we checked into our room, and the rattling old AC unit, with the running toilet. Did the maids bother to vacuum hall ways and elevator areas, no, they stayed dirty the entire 5 days we were there. Even after a peewee football tournament was apparently in town. The room was outdated,and a little dirty but beds were clean. The toilet ran off and on all night as well as the AC unit rattling. Its the little things folks. Its the ol' attage you get what you pay for.

I reserved a room because it was literally across from where we had to go for a tournament. The beds were hard, there were roaches in the room, coffee was never hot, and I literally had to shake my clothes out just to make sure I didn’t bring any food unwanted guests back home with me

The room was better than expected, with a small kitchen, complete with dishes, pots and pans, and a nice living area. Bedroom was clean and comfy. Neighbors were loud all night. Our experience was pleasant. The room was nice and fully equipped. Comfortable beds Breakfast was good. Nice courtyard and common area. I can only complain about 1 thing and that is the AC unit in our room was extremely loud and sounded like it was vibrating the walls. I would recommend this place. And I would stay here again.

We loved the layout of our room; not just a large retangle and had a full kitchen, large desk, sofa with foot stools. Not quite "Excellent" only because, even thought it was a good firm bed I would have loved a soft mattress topper (my husband was fine), and the toilet seat needs replacing simply because it was worn.

Very nice hotel: Just for managements info: Opportunity for improvement would be: the pull out sleeper sofa was in really bad condition my son slept there he didn't complain however the mattress on pull out sofa was really worn out and you could fill the springs directly (room 216). However, the regular queen bed mattress was excellent. Also opportunity for improvement would be the shower, very weak pressure and water didn't heat up very good. Also they could only give one key per room, we asked for two but they woudn't give a second key they said they were very low on keys. That made it a little difficult as we were walking back and forth from car show event. However, overall very nice i would give the hotel an 8 out of 10.

On a positive note, I had a nice, comfortable room. The space was well planned with an actual refrigerator, desk and a couch. The location in downtown was convenient and walk friendly. On the downside, room 314 was on the side of heavy, roadway traffic. The off ramp was directly below my window and traffic noise affected my sleep. The shower was nice but had an annoying drip.

Reported to desk alarm going off in room next door since 3am. They stated they knew, was smoke alarm, did nothing to correct. When asked stated people did not want them to come in. No apology for inconveniences just to bad. Not good customer service by morning person.

Upon check in the agent didn’t give me any information regarding parking, breakfast, check out time etc. just gave me my keys and walked away. The hotel was filthy and the floors had not been vacuumed in a long time. Our room seemed clean enough but there was rust and dust beside the fridge and grime on the shower tiles. The back door to the hotel itself was broken so unlocked 24/7 making security a major issue at this hotel. There were also vagrants roaming at night around the outside of the hotel and dogs that wouldn’t stop barking. The price was right but I would have paid double to have a clean and safer hotel.

Upon arrivisl my room was not ready. I srrived at 4:10 although check in is at 3:00. I was told my room would be ready in 20 minutes, 45 minutes later my room was still not ready they finally gave us another room. Breakfast was a huge disappointment as thete was only eggs, toast, yougurt and juice for 4 days.there was always large bags of trash and trash cans were always overflowing at the elevators on our floor. Was disappointed in this hotel.

The day I checked in I waited for a bit before someone came out to check me in. The front desk person failed to give me any information on what time breakfast was, WiFi, or even give me a second key card. I was here for business and the business center printer didn’t have any ink. We got some copies from the front desk but those were very poorly printed. The ice machine at in rue breakfast area work. The juice machine didn’t work. The breakfast area ladies were the rudest I’ve encountered in any hotel. My coworker tried checking out later in the evening, there was no desk person to be found anywhere. She even called the hotel but no one answered. I stayed here for 8 nights and at no point in my stay did anyone come by to refresh the room. The pans provided were dirty, I’m talking about food stuck to the pans and left like that for the next guest to use. I don’t know who is running this place but I will likely not stay here again.

Will never use hotels.com again after the issue with this hotel. Did not get the room we reserved through hotels.com and neither did numerous other people in line before and after us at check in. Hotel would not credit us the difference unless hotels.com initiated the refund. There is no phone number on earth to reach hotels.com and social media did not respond either. There was no ice machines on any floor that worked nor in the breakfast area. There was no water or juice available as the machine was broken. There was no parking available even though we were charged for it. Was told I would be refunded for the parking and never was.

Good for the price, and conveniently located for doing things downtown. The hot tub was nice and hot. Front desk staff were competent and friendly. The hotel feels a bit dated/older, but the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good but it was overcrowded and felt a little chaotic in that area throughout the morning. Parking was convenient.

Stayed with a group for a long weekend in a few rooms. Fantastic location right off the highway. The rooms are very tidy and clean. The staff is very friendly from the receptionist, housekeeping, and cooking staff. The reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars for condition's and facility was for a few reasons. There is definitely wear and tear on the couches inside the lobby and in the rooms rooms. The doors don't lock to the public at night for key card access in the back parking lot so anyone off the street could walk in. The parking lot the arms that rise and fall to make you pay to park were broke so anyone could come in and out.
