Really good room. VERY clean throughout the entire hotel. Pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean. Fitness room had a peloton and solid treadmill and elliptical. Weights up to 100lbs

The property is under construction currently so I was disappointed to see that the fitness center was closed and blanketed in debris from the construction. The breakfast buffet was not able to be added to my stay when I was booking probably due to the price. For cereal, fruit and a few light items the hotel wanted $15/person so we opted for a more substantial breakfast from the surrounding eateries. The pool was much smaller than it had looked in the photos but the hot tub was a welcomed surprise. Our room keys wouldn’t allow us into the pool so we had to ask hotel staff to let us in each time that we wanted to use it which was annoying. We likely won’t use this hotel the next time we visit the Mohegan Sun, there were a couple better options we discovered while visiting that we’ll use next time, we just expected more from a Hilton and this seemed more like the type of stay you would expect from a Motel 6

The room was very clean, many places to eat in walking distance. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Outdoor seating on patio was nice along with a fire pit, very relaxing. Only complaint was having a room next to a pet owner, especially a joining room, could hear barking when the dog was left alone. I knew pets were welcome but maybe have different floors for people with pets.

This is a great place. Recently remodeled, it is clean and very well appointed. Beautifully landscaped and very nice outdoor patio. Rooms are quiet. Coffee in lobby, only in am, but keurig in room.

Property is nice but the shower doesn’t get hot enough so I couldn’t enjoy a nice hot shower. Had to rush out of the shower as the water seemed to be getting colder. Hot Tub had brown dirt floating all around it so I couldn’t get in and the Hot Tub was one of the main reasons I booked here.

Checkin was easy and the desk agent was kind. Parking is convenient. The room has a musty smell (like the inside of a vacuum bag), the bathroom smells strongly of urine and there were pubic hairs around the toilet. The room is dated, which would not be a complaint if it were cleaner.

Room 225 was not clean. There were coffee stains on the walls and the bedding was not nice looking - looked dingy and worn. The price of breakfast is too high so we did not eat there. Clean towels at least should be delivered daily if staying more than one night. Bathrooms need updating.

The “neighbors” dogs were barking until 1:30 in the morning. They didn’t do anything other than scream at the dog. The property and staff were great I just wish the rooms were soundproof.

Front desk was amazing. The online site we booked with never made our hotel reservation and this caused lots of frantic moments. After the clerk at the front desk took charge she really was amazing in helping me get my reservation reinstated. I can't remember her name and I apologize for that but she was truly a godsend. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Very convenient location to interstates, restaurants and shopping. The dog friendly hotel has exceptionally attractive outdoor and indoor spaces, is kept spotlessly clean, and the room furnishings are up to date and in excellent condition. It also has better lighting than most hotels, which we appreciated. We really didn't like that they charged for a middling breakfast that would have been free elsewhere, and that they were low on key cards so they would only spare one for my wife and me, which was massively inconvenient. The staff at the desk and at breakfast seemed preoccupied and indifferent to whether they could be helpful to us when we needed help: about finding a luggage cart, the elevator, Wi-Fi issues, etc. If you're generally self sufficient, this probably won't bother you much.

We arrived at the hotel around 5:00pm and no room was available. We had to wait for some time until they finally were able to assign a room. One would think that by that time of day all rooms that have a reservation against it are ready at a 5:00pm check in.

Terrible experience at the Hilton garden inn Wilkes barre. We arrived at 4pm for checkin to 30 people in the lobby waiting for their rooms to be ready for check in. We were told by the front desk the hotel overbooked rooms and allowed late checkouts the night before. The receptionist told us our rooms wouldn’t be ready till 8pm and offered no help or other options to help us. We were in town for a wedding, needed to shower and change. What an inconvenience. We cancelled the room, had to book another room across town and arrive late to the wedding reception. Needless to say. We’ll never be staying at the Hilton garden inn again. It’s a shame, cause we ski in that area multiple times over the winter and it seemed like a nice hotel with quality amenities.

Fantastic stay. Incredibly quiet. Heard almost nothing from other guests and the place was full. Great location near several restaurants. Clean, new, comfortable. Pet deposit was high but they also put us on the first floor near an exit which was awesome.

Over all experience was ok. Disappointed in the food service. Everything we tried to order they were out of. We ended up with chicken sandwiches that were dry and tasted like they came out of the freezer and were just warmed up. Very expensive for what we got.

We enjoyed a quick family overnight get away. The desk staff were very friendly and called our puppies by name each time we took them out. We used the pool and hot tub, which were clean, well maintained and fully stocked with towels. The beds are firm, but not hard. The room and common areas were clean. The breakfast situation was confusing as the waitress didn't explain that our voucher provided eirher 2 buffets, 2 orders from the menu or one of each. In the end, it got sorted. The food was quite good.

The front desk workers were friendly. The beds were extremely creaky. The bar was only open for 4 hours on a Saturday night. Keeping the bar open to midnight when there is an event in town would be beneficial for the hotel.

I thought everyone I talked to was not only really nice, but also knew exactly what they were doing and could answer any questions, which was just great alone - but also the accommodations were very clean and nice. Breakfast was also great :) from other places I had a sort of low expectations - it was genuinely very nice, comfortable, and with good food.
