It was a different experience without a front lobby (got to get used to that). But, great customer service with texts and found housekeeping (which as friendly and helpful). I love the security you have with the building (codes) and the amenities are wonderful! Love the washer/dryer in each unit and fridge/kitchenette.

The Fenix Hotel Hollywood was worth the money we paid for. We reserved 2 queen beds, but the main issue was a funky, moldy smell anytime we walked in the room. The hotel is also located right next to a busy highway, so we would constantly hear sirens, car honks, and other noises throughout the night. Some of the appliances did not look the most clean, but nothing to complain about. I'd say it was an alright hotel stay if you aren't planning to spend much time in the room.

Studio was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Would have been great to have a small sofa/ arm chair as there was only 2 dinning chairs from the small dining table to sit . Not very comfortable to relax or watch tv in the evenings . Traffic sound at night is intense if you’re a light sleeper . They do provide ear plugs. All the crockery is plastic and no mugs / cups . We went and bought our own cups so no big deal . Overall the property was great and the location is convenient.
