Planned a little gateway to get the kids out. Single parent, one income family. They were so excited to stay in a hotel where they can swim all day and just get their energy out. Come to find out the pool was out of service as well as the hot tub. Very disappointed. Fire alarm was out of control. Kept going off during the night. Could not sleep at all. The staff kept saying It was a false alarm, but it kept going off. All the guest were checking just as much as I was. Elevator was not working either. Had to take all the luggages and personal stuff up the stairs, very inconvenient with little ones. Staff was very nice though, can’t complain there.

Hotel room was ok but the hot tub was not working the whole 4 night stay. When I book a hotel I base my booking on a pool which wasn’t heated either and a hot tub. In fact I skipped over a couple of other places to stay due to not having a hot tub so if I had known about the hot tub not working I would’ve stayed elsewhere.

Good location, great breakfast. The pool/hot tub closes at ten and they’re very punctual with kicking you out; sauna was broken a year ago (that’s what a staff member told us) and it’s still unavailable. Water pressure in our shower was pretty weak. Beds were very comfy. Would stay again.

I will say common spaces and grounds they work to keep clean and tidy. Overall the place is outdated. I don’t feel like the room itself was very clean. There was dust, hair in the bathroom, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, stains on the curtains, crumbs under the mattress cover. Another thing that felt concerning to me based off of other places I have stayed was I never once saw anyone tend to the pool. It was quite and did feel safe.

Very disappointed. Bedding was stained so called front desk to get new blankets. As a business you guys should know better than that. Water is not hot, hot tub was down, stained bedding, and the employee that works late nights is rude. Paid over $200 for one night. Such a waste of money I would have rather slept in my car if I knew how terrible this service was going to be. If I were you don’t stay here I should of read reviews before booking this place.

Nice hotel, not on the water and that was fine with us. Our Family rented a House on water so we spent all day there. My only complaint is the bathroom. I am 6’2” tall and the toilet is so low, I felt like I was sitting on the floor. They need to upgrade to newer higher ones. Other than that, everything was fine.

This was not a bad stay by any means. The room was clean however had a musty smell when we arrived. We opened the sliding door and let some air in and it got better. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The room was dated and needs an update but it was clean. The bathroom was very small. The door hit the toilet everytime you closed it. In order to close the door and be in the bathroom you had to step all the way in and stand either between the toilet and sink or toilet and shower. The shower had a curved rod but was missing a screw which allowed it to roll downward. This made it so the curtain would not stay at the edges, it slid to the center about six inches on each side. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good however they were already putting items away at 9 and the breakfast ran to 9:30. We would stay here again but it would not be our first choice.

Absolutely my best experience in Hotel stays in Lincoln City. And I've had several hotels in this town. My one and only "complaint" would be that the hot water temperature for the shower in the room was a little under par. I personally prefer hotter water for showers. Other than that, this place is a wonderful place to stay if you're going to be in Lincoln City. Not only is it convenient for walking, but also convenient for resources like the grocery store or convenience. Store for simple needs. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the staff is super friendly. They have a hot tub, pool, laundry services, vending machines, a good breakfast, coffee, etc.. I would recommend this place to anybody that stays in Lincoln City.

I wanted this trip to be spectacular and paid $257 a night but it just didn’t feel spectacular. The hotel is 3 stories and there is one small, slow, elevator. Breakfast was adequate but things ran out and they didn’t refill things quickly. The pool was nice for my kids and the hot tub was nice too. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is small but the shower was nice with good water pressure and lots of hot water.

Absolutely loved our stay, room was spacious for a family of 6 on the 3rd floor, swimming pool and hot tub were accessible and temp was perfect. Front desk was outgoing! One specific front desk lady went above and beyond (didn’t catch name) she fixed a water leak and made sure everyone was safe and happy at all times. Parking was enough for those staying + clean environment inside and out. Security at night felt safe one way out and key to get back in after hours. Food was amazing Bill made sure our bellies were filled and content he kept the dinning area and hall clean at all times welcomed people in and made sure there was always enough food being offered. We will be definitely going back in the near future. Thank you.

I didn’t like that on arrival they weren’t ready and told me I had no reservations. They told me because I used Expedia it’s not their problem to confirm my reservation. I had to be a bit persistent on this was already paid for before they even tried anything. Then any question I had after that I was interrupted and told to wait until she gets to it. 10-10 will not be going back.

There was a homeless man digging out of the dumpster that was only about 30 feet from the entrance. The manager was incredibly rude on multiple occasions. A pipe burst underneath our room so we had no water for two hours and there was a really loud saw running. There was no compensation for any of it.

Check in was a breeze. The receptionist was personable and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Bill, who kept the food trays stocked was such a nice guy, always smiling and willing to answer questions. We will definitely be back!

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! Miss Suzie at the front desk immediately had an attitude with me when I requested a conjoining rooms. I had reserved two rooms for my large family, and she immediately started clapping her hands and yelling at me as if I did something wrong and then said “if I wanted two rooms together, I should’ve came into the hotel and reserved them”. I said “how is that possible when I live on the other side of the state that’s why I called to make reservations”. I called ahead of time to get rooms together and they couldn’t guarantee my accommodation and told me to request it when I checked into the hotel, which I tried, but Miss Suzie decided to yell and stomp and throw an attitude. Then I commented to my husband, “she must be racist” because she was a white German lady and then she told other customers that walked in “oh don’t mind that just ignore that” pointing at me when I didn’t even say a word and she made sure to tell the other customers don’t mind that over there, referring to me and my husband. It was absolutely disgusting!! I wish I had surveillance on it to post, but I will absolutely never stay at this hotel!! Or a Best Western for that matter, they have the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with.

I work in hotel business and I can say, couldn't find a single thing wrong with the room itself, service was quick and easy and staff was very welcoming and friendly will definitely be staying again and recommending to anyone visiting the Oregon coast!

The staff are always super friendly, and helpful. They have a good breakfast selection and its always super clean. Doesnt have ocean view but the location is nice and not far from the beach at all. We stay there everytime we visit the coast and have never been disappointed.

I was very happy with the hotel and staff. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Hotel was across the street from ocean area and a few miles away from the outlets. We enjoyed a day by the ocean with some shopping. Would recommonate and plan to return for another stay in the future.

The best things about this hotel was the service received from Bill and Mike at breakfast. They did an outstanding job of making us feel welcome. They provided us with information on the area we were touring. They kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked. The hotel also had a coin laundry which was convenient.
