The price was decent for a last minute booking but the ice machine was out of order as well as the hot tub. There is a very nice fountain outside that ads to the curb appeal but it, also, was not working. The room was fairly clean except behind the door in the bathroom and the window screen was missing. The room had a fridge and microwave which were both in good condition and a decent size. The breakfast was cake muffins and a banana.

Hot tub didn’t work, exercise room either. Room was dirty, charged extra for our dog at check in even though we said we had a dog on booking. AC didn’t work and made a horrible noise when trying. People coming in and out all night using a rock to keep the door open. 240 for one night absolutely ridiculous!

One Ice machine in operation in the whole building. The fitness and spa room temporarily closed, since 2020. But overall it was pleasant. Weekend prices on the Oregon Coast is Jacked up so the value for just needing a bed for the night, was inflated. If I needed a hotel to stay in Lincoln City again, it would be an option for a must have a place to sleep.

The hotel was average at best with no amenities, no pool, no hot tub/jacuzzi, no fitness room, no irons and ironing boards in the rooms, no coffee makers in the room. These were are in the picture and listing. Staff simply told us too bad thats on the third party vendor you book through. We promised nothing because or wesite doesn't work,... just lile the pool, fitness room, hot tub, ice machine and front desk staff. Im spoiled i guess i normally book through Mariot, Hilton, IHG, or Best Western directly so i know what to expect.

Both ice machines were broken. The bathroom shower head was falling apart. No screens on the windows. Windows were unsecured. AC machine didn’t work. The front desk tried to have me pay a fee to bring my ESA(emotional support animal) which is protected under federal law. So I had to keep my dog in the car the whole night.

The hotel room was absolutely disgusting and the smell was horrendous. Stains all over the walls, holes in the wall, mold. We checked in went to the room and immediately checked out. It was absolutely horrible.

The room was so gross. The microwave was dirty, the floor was grimy and stained, the room smelt like dirty feet and the window had no screen and I was on the 4th floor. It was one of the worst places I have ever stayed in.

Clean and comfortable and much less expensive than similar facilities. My room was modern, clean and comfortable. Great towels and the bed was wonderful. Okay, breakfast was actually kind of funny. Good coffee, Costco style muffins (two flavors) and bananas. Worked for me. I appreciated 24/7 front desk. Definitely will repeat this location.

Luckily we were only there to sleep. The property was rundown and felt like it had seen much better days. The beds were not very comfortable and there were holes in the carpet and mold in the bathrooms and by the door to the room. I would not stay here in the future

Check in was okay but when we walked into the room it had not been cleaned. They quickly put us in another room. The bathroom door frame was held together by a banana sticker. We were on the main floor looking into the parking lot and our room did not have privacy/black out curtains, the lights from the neighboring parking lot were extremely brite rhe entire night. We also choose this hotel for breakfast which was extremely disappointing. A Costco muffin and a banana where the only choices. If breakfast is advertised there should be far more choices than one thing.

A standard basic room with a very thin ceiling for noise. Check in was quick and seamless with a lady less than happy to be there. The outside look and grounds look better than the dated inside halls and room. All in all a good for the price we paid.

It’s a quiet place even though it’s right on the main road.. Breakfast is as it’s described online.. muffin, bananas & coffee.. beds were comfortable.. The windows didn’t have blinds, only a thin see through curtain so it’s hard to sleep when it’s light outside.. the girl at front desk is very friendly.. there was a problem with my reservation but after she talked to an expedia supervisor it got resolved..

The customer service was great, but the room had mismatched paint on the walls where they attempted poorly to hide imperfections, holes in the bathroom door and a missing handle on the tv stand/dresser. These are simple fixes that could make the property worth the price. It was also very easy to hear road noise, windows were not the best.

Nice place! We could have chosen a different hotel, but this hotel is close enough to the “downtown” beach, an easy 10 minute walk, to avoid the packed parking lot. Great choice! Saved $150/night over a beach front hotel, no worries of our car getting broken into, or getting sandblasted in the 35mph wind yesterday. Nice, clean, grab-n-go breakfast, friendly staff. I’ll definitely stay here again!

JJ was the greatest!! He is the perfect representative for Palace Inns Suites. He was friendly, upbeat, engaging and you could tell he likes what he does for a living. He was really interested in making sure we had a pleasant stay at the Palace Inns Suites.

We only stayed one night because it was so disgusting. Staff is rude and don’t care. Lobby and rooms are filthy. Cable and internet doesn’t work. Not a safe area on a busy street with a lot of traffic. Had groups hanging around our truck asking for money and to get them a hotel room. Your stuff is very likely to get broken into or stolen and the hotel isn’t going to do anything about the people hanging around in the parking lot. We do NOT recommend to anyone. This place screams bed bugs!!

Spacious room, good breakfast (muffins, bananas, coffee), quiet -- perfectly adequate motel for the family. It\'s as good a location as you can find in Lincoln City (nothing is "central", the city is a miles-long narrow strip). The motel is a bit aged but well-maintained. Access is easy -- both off the street and for carrying stuff into the room. A few amenities had been overlooked (the kleenex box was empty) by housekeeping but the lobby staff was helpful and quick to respond. I\'d stay there again.
