The HVac was out and it was very uncomfortably warm in the room. There were no working vending machines or ice. People were able to unlock our door and come inside our room at midnight. Several knocks at the door during the night. Room was not clean. Specifically floors. They were sticky. Duvets were dirty. Front desk had a terrible time finding our reservation. It took about 20 minutes to check us in. NEVER go again

Nothing everything wasnt working the a/c wasnt working they did give us a fan that helped, the venting machines out of order. What we like it was available for just the night we want got it early for a nice lower price.

The a/c was out and that was not disclosed before or during check in. We didn’t find out til we got to our room and it was hot and humid in the room. When we asked they said “oh it’s out in the whole building”. That would’ve been nice to know before spending the money ! Didn’t offer a refund or anything. So we were kind of stuck with it. The shower was broken and shower head was leaking. The building smelt horrid because the a/c being out and everything. It was just a horrible time. Was my go to before this, won’t be returning now.

When you walk in the lobby reeks of urine we were put on the third floor when we got to our room it smelt strongly of fabuloso cleaning solution once it got aired out all you could smell was urine. Throughout the hallways it smelled terrible and every vending machine and ice machine was out of order

I arrived and checked in. I went to get my luggage and up to my room. This is when I realized my a/c wasn’t working. I tried to call front desk but the phone in room would not connect. Went back to front desk to let them know the air wasn’t working in my room and front desk let me know. She said ‘oh none of our a/c are working, we’re upgrading them all’

From the elevator to the rooms, repairs are needed. Molding along the floor. Ice and vending machines out of order, air conditioning in room did not work, if opening a window, loud outside. People loitering in front of hotel. Beds were decent and clean, shower was big. Mini fridge and microwave are in rooms.

Back door was left unlocked for smokers to go in and out. Multiple cars parked in such a way that they took up four parking spaces. People were sitting in the hallways, some talking loudly on their phones. Elevator access requires you to use two separate elevators, the sensor for the door to stop trying to close does not work and will squish anything or anyone in its path unless forcibly pushed back. One of the elevators the doors open before the elevator fully stops which is another huge safety issue. Multiple rooms do not have working air conditioner and some rooms pump heat in even when turned off. Staff is completely unhelpful and keep renting out rooms knowing that they are and not working order. Hallways are dirty and smell like pee.

Heating and cooling was shut down, rooms had a small radiant heater only. You could tell the staff were doing the best they could, with the resources they were given. The vending machines were out of service, the one that did work was inadequatly stocked. Mattress was very uncomfortable.

The motel was dirty , parking was horrible , and service was none . I took lots of pictures of how dirty it was . The room was disgusting, hair on the toilet , leaky moldy bathtub , splatters of who knows what all over the room/ bathroom / doors . The a/c or fan did not work at all so our room was hot and muggy. There was holes in the bedsheets/comforter and staines on all the bath towels . After reporting it to the staff member at the desk and asked for new towels , no one came with more / new towels and she asked “if it was just a stain or something got on it “ not like it matters either way , it’s disgusting and not acceptable. The mini fridge had course hair frozen to the back of the fridge and the microwave was yellow stained and not wiped down. The vent in the bathroom and the two vents for the a/c fan was layered in dust . Not to mention the ceiling had dust hanging from it. We will not be returning ever again . The elevators wreaked of cigarette smoke as well.

I’ve stayed at this motel several times and it has gone downhill as far as appearance. The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful but the room could have had a better cleaning.

The room was generally pretty clean. I found a few stray hairs in the bathtub that weren't mine. That was fine. But the room was overpowered by Pine-Sol or whatever cleaner they were using. You couldn't walk down the first floor without smelling the odor of wet dog or putrid smell of an unclean dog. The phone in the room didn't work and the staff kind of shrugged their shoulders at it. The air-conditioning/heater didn't work. Any kind of parking upfront was a nightmare due to the slanted hill that the parking spaces were all on. They did have a back parking lot, but it was kind of inconvenient when you have to carry a bunch of luggage. I will be staying at this hotel ever again.

Dirty room, sink and mirror had toothpaste splattered on it still, the floors and desk had multiple different hairs left on it, NO shower curtain, dirty shower walls, back door not secure opens right up, halls smell like animal pee. I had to buy Lysol spray and wipes to clean the floors, and surfaces just to feel clean. No offering of a refund after paying almost 300 for a 80 dollar room. The only think going for it nice hot pressured showers, and surprisingly quite for being booked on a holiday weekend.

Stains on the walls, pillows and sheets. The lobby and elevator smelled like dog. The room felt more like i was in a hospital. I ended up taking my family home early rather than stay there for a single night. Anybody thinking about staying here. Just do yourself a favor and skip this one

Since prices have gone up so much, I decided to give Motel 6 a try. It’s clean, comfortable, and quiet. The fridge and microwave are great conveniences. The person who checked us in was pleasant. The only downside is the parking area; the entry is somewhat steep and getting from the main parking area into the building could be difficult for a person with mobility problems.

The parking on one side is so steep that your car door could fling open and hit another car. You could also lose stuff out of your trunk and roll down hill away from you. You can hear everything in hallways outside of your room its very very loud. They put people with dogs and children on 3rd floor, people with allergies on 2nd and ADA people on 1st floor. The was kind of clean if you have bare feet they will get very dirty. Also found lots of risidual human hairs here and there. Not sure if top comforters get washed after each guest? No coffee maker in room and have to buy shampoo n conditioner out if vending machine if you forget some. Front desk stuff were very friendly though. Also bed frames are made from a hollow sounding metal type frame if you acvidentally kick it, its like a chinese gong. Very poor sleep quality guests are very noisy and dont seem to be concerned if theyre loud in hallways passed 10pm and you can hear guests doors slamming hard. If youre looking for good rest bring ear plugs and noise canceling devices because you wont get any.

The rooms are a good size and the beds were comfortable and there are a couple things that we did not lie and one of them was the shower position, it was small and positioned in a weird angle which made water drenched the floor and the other would be That the vending machines were all broken, all of them.

Good things: Our desk person was so welcoming. She made sure my service dog was allowed. Room was clean. Bad things: we had the noisiest room closest to the freeway off-ramp. Big trucks used their Jake brakes down it all night long. The door had an air gap all around. It let in noise and truck exhaust.

Beds are super uncomfortable. Room was decently clean and the property up keep was good. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Only complaint was a lot of loud extremely drunk people after about 9pm

We had to take 2 elevators to get from parking to the 3rd floor where our room was. Both elevators were making terrible noises, and the door to the parking area was not secured. The room size was pretty good, but the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Metal frames made noises whenever we moved, and the mattresses themselves were like sleeping on boards, and the pillows were flat and pretty useless. Staff was very friendly, and I appreciate that.

The staff are great and always helpful.. The room is acceptable other than not having coffee available. I stay there often and I always feel comfortable being there alone. The only ish I have is the internet was down the whole time and affected me being able to do my job.

The parking lot was absolutely awful. Huge crooked hill. The lobby looks nothing like the photos. It smelled like cigarette smoke. I think that was from people smoking outside close to the doors. The staff was very nice and helpful. The window in our room had a broken crank to open the window, so it was hard to use and the screen kept falling out. But it was to hot to leave the window closed. The thermostat was set at 75 and we couldn't turn it down. The bed was nice and comfortable.

I was very disappointed with my stay. I booked through Expedia but when I arrived at the motel for my 3 night stay they charged me about $40 more than my Expedia reservation. Their response was that it wasn’t their issue. I needed to work it out with Expedia. Expedia said I needed to work it out with the motel. It was never resolved and I am out an extra $40! The price Motel 6 charged me was even higher than the quote when I went to their website!

Their response was that it wasn’t their issue. I needed to work it out with Expedia. Expedia said I needed to work it out with the motel. It was never resolved and I am out an extra $40! The price Motel 6 charged me was even higher than the quote when I went to their website!

We booked joining rooms when arrived they said another staff gave it away. Tv didn’t work, the rooms were dirty and the beds had stains. The hallways smell like wet carpet and mold. The staff at front desk was very rude

Couldn’t even check in, my cousin (who is 16) HAD to have her ID to check in with me and the guy at front desk was very rude about it. Anywhere i’ve stayed you only need the ID of the person paying for the room and whose name the room is in.

This is our fourth time staying at this motel 6. We love it! The rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly. We only had one small issue with our room this time. We could not get the AC to run so the room was hot and stuffy. There was some wear and tear and finish coming off the bathroom door. But don't worry we'll be back again

Check in was not so great. Just before we arrived, we added another night stay. But for some reason when we checked in Joyce couldn’t check us in for both nights. Had to check out and back in the next day. Then she didn’t even get payment from us and had to call later in the evening and we had to leave what we were doing to go pay. So basically checked in 3 times for a 2 night stay. We stay there often and have never had such a bad experience. This was our first time bringing our dog and the dog rooms are different than regular rooms. Bed was smaller than usual. We asked Joyce for extra towels and she said ask housekeeping. When we found housekeeping they said take our old towels down to front desk and they will give us some. After I told him I had just asked Joyce for some then he gave us some.

Hands down, worst hotel stay. With the exception of the staff, who were quite friendly if not extremely helpful. The entire place stank of dirty diapers and wet dog. Our room had hardwood floors that had not been mopped, you could see bare footprints. The room smelled of rancid body odor, my lady had to spray perfume so she wouldnt retch. The shower had quite a suspicious stain. And the neighbors... the lady at the desk told us, on checking in, that she pit us on the quiet end of the motel, and that we shouldnt have to deal with the festivities. She was mistaken, the walls are paper thin and from 9pm to well after midnight the couple across the hall had quite the quarrel, screaming at each other. The front desk was called a few times and while the lady was nice, nothing was done til almost 1 am. All together, i wouldnt recommend a stay at this place to my most loathed enemy. And I'll choose to stay on the beach, in the rain, wirh no shelter, before i stay here again.

I had a good and comfortable stay at Motel 6. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even shipped me some of my personal items that I left behind. I wish they offered food options/snacks for guests, but otherwise it was a great stay!

Unfortunately it is located n a very steep hill. So if you park on the front side, you have a steep vlimb bavk up to the front entrance. Didn't find out that they had an elevator that takes you to first floor until last day. Unfortunately we could not get the aur conditioning to work in our room. Te thermostat was locked in at 78°, which was way to hot for us. And lastly, one thing that seems to be trademark for Motel6's is the beds are hard. I don't sleep well on hard beds.

Motel 6 has been my goto location for trips to poker tournaments in Lincoln City. It can take you longer to walk to your car from inside the casino than it takes to drive back to the motel. It’s not luxurious, but it’s handy.

This hotel is built on a hill. A good deal of it is absolutely not handicap friendly, so I could not use it. It does have a large parking lot in back that was somewhat flat, and has access to the back door and elevator. Worked well. There really is not a great spot to walk our dog. No grass at all, just pavement. It is well lit a night.

Good things: Our desk person was so welcoming. She made sure my service dog was allowed. Room was clean. Bad things: we had the noisiest room closest to the freeway off-ramp. Big trucks used their Jake brakes down it all night long. The door had an air gap all around. It let in noise and truck exhaust.

Overall, it was ok. The ladies at the front desk should be able to answer questions about the area. For example, what time does Outlet Mall close, or ways to get around, other than driving your own vehicle. They couldn’t answer these or even provide #’s for services. There parking lot sucks, all at a steep slope.

The rooms are a good size and the beds were comfortable and there are a couple things that we did not lie and one of them was the shower position, it was small and positioned in a weird angle which made water drenched the floor and the other would be That the vending machines were all broken, all of them.

They don’t have any breakfast food only coffee or tea. Really enjoyed that the mattress was on the firm side personal preference. Loved that we could have our dog with us. Also not sure how I feel about the fact that if we wanted clean towels we had to take our dirty ones to the front desk. But it was nice to be able to head out on the town for the day and know that no one was going in our room. There was pub fish & chips a few blocks away had great food.

We had a dog friendly room because of a service animal. The room was flea infested, they do not have a lid for the toilet so germs are everywhere, the floor was wet, stickey, and filthy. We were on the main floor and it was very noisy the whole time. The staff was friendly. We will not stay there again for the reasons I listed.

The room was clean, very basic. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The only complaint I would have is the floor. It was sticky. Didn't notice until we had shoes and socks off. The floors are laminate. I don't know if it is residue from the cleaner they used? It was perfect for our needs. I thought the price was high in my opinion, but that's what is happening as the cost of living increases for everyone, including businesses. I would stay again.
