Parking was super easy and we made the reservation on the way. We were pulling a boat and there was plenty of room to park it in the lighted parking lot and they had security which made us feel happy especially traveling with boat. The room was spacious, but the bathroom was a little cramped, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and there was plenty of food and well stocked. There was an attendant ensuring there was plenty of food and helping with waffles or whatever else we might need. Staff was great and overall, it was a great overnight stay on our way to Arkansas.

Easy access to interstate. Only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t an ice machine on floor. Had to go to 1st floor to get and I was on the 3rd floor.

The parking accommodated our truck and 2- car hauler. Swimming pool out of order but we got in late anyway. I do remember that the shower seemed very slippery without any rail at all. Breakfast the usual at every hotel everywhere but that’s all that we need when hitting the road early. I’m glad I wasn’t one sleeping on the couch

First, the pool is closed. Never said this on the website. Second, vagrants stay right outside of hotel. Third, the furniture in the rooms has holes and is very dirty. I was actually concerned for vandalism and taking home unwanted pests.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was courteous and friendly. USB ports would be a welcome addition. The only thing we did not like (and did not understand) is why a 4 story hotel only has one elevator! At times the wait was very long.

Approached by woman, while waiting in my car for husband to check in, looking for money. Room was very disappointing! Missing a lightbulb in bathroom, vacuuming not completed to carpet edge, dusty, old leather desk chair extremely used peeling leatherette and smelled of cigarette smoke. Long dark hair on fitted sheet. Had to sleep on top sheet for some protection and broken ac vent slat. Fourth floor hallway smelled musty, not fresh and clean! Only positive was Ryan the desk clerk 👍

The only positive thing I can say is the man that checked us in was kind and quickly got us in a room. The room itself was one of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. There was hair on the sheets, the chair, the bedspread, the towels even. I pulled what should’ve been a clean towel and the hair looked like a spider and I screamed only to realize it was a clump of hair. The walls were dirty in the hallway, the elevator walls were carved into and the carpets looked like they needed to be vacuumed. The reviews made it seem like it was safe and clean, but it was in a weird dark remote area and far from clean. We are going through OKC again on Monday and I cancelled the booking to that hotel bc I can’t stand to stay there again.

Hotel was dirty. Elevator was sticky and jad graffiti all over it. The room was disgusting, it look like someone had slept in the bed and all they did was just pull the sheets back. There was trash all over the floors. We checked out immediately.

The room was fine. However there are no options for dark curtains and the entire room was illuminated all night from street lights etc. it was so bad it appeased to be damn near day light. In addition other guests were loud and you could hear every single noise in the room. My wife only slept about 2 hours all evening. We will not be booking here ever again.

While the hotel was quite clean, almost all the furniture in the room (except the bed) was broken and really worn. The chairs, the sofa, and the lamps were all really old and run down. There was virtually no sound-proofing. We could hear every step the neighbors above us took and every time the toilet above our room was flushed.

Incredible service! Had an amazing experience as the concierge at the front desk, Brittany. She made our long and exhausting travel evening amazing. Her service and willingness to help us with our room/reservation was top-notch, and because of her, when we come to or through OKC again, we will stay at this hotel.

The front desk associate was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile. She was very nice and quick checking me in. She explained the breakfast times and when checkout time was as expected also. This hotel is backed off the main thoroughfare by a block or more and is very quite. It doesn't look like many people stay here during the week and the people that I have come across were very nice and well mannered. There are numerous places to eat and shop nearby. With the airport nearby this place makes a great stop through or a week to weekend stay. I'll say that I will most certainly be staying here again in the future.

Please read this review travelers! The 7/eleven next door plays Opera music 24/7 very loudly to keep the homeless away. The music NEVER stops and it is LOUD, LOUD, LOUD. It is horrendous that there is no ordinance to control this and no verbal communication from check in staff re this issue at all. Basically, the worst hotel experience I ever had and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. Do not go to this location!
