We stayed here for two nights for the tennis game. The location is great, close to everything. While the room is decently clean, the overall condition of the hotel is dated. The pool is horrible, mildew stains everywhere.

We were able to check in a little early which really helped. Staff was very courteous and assisting. Room was clean as were linens and towels. Room smelled a little damp and AC a little noisy but did not affect sleep. Swimming pool needs walls at waterline cleaned. Overall a positive 2 night stay.

Efficient front desk service. Comfortable, clean beds. Older fashioned furniture but everything functional and in tip-top shape. Pool was questionable, very murky water and heavily chlorinated. We went downstairs to spend an hour or so there. The vacuuming machine was inside. The gentleman at the front desk, who by the way was very professional and friendly, quickly went in and removed. We ended up leaving, we decided not to go in. Parking was convenient, the hotel priced well at around $200 CAD. Close to King’s Island Amusement park.

This is a great hotel very close to kings island. The included breakfast is over the top. The room is very clean and modern. No safe in the room. The indoor pool is nice but a little small. Overall a great place to stay. Recommend!

The pool was closed the entire stay. In our 2 rooms, both had multiple issues - broken blinds, broken AC, no hot water, etc. We were told because we booked through hotels.com, there was nothing they could do to compensate for booking a higher priced hotel specifically for the pool, which was closed without notice our entire stay

We have stayed at many Hampton Inns across the country. This particular one did not meet the standards we have found elsewhere. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the decor was dated and the bathroom needed a deep clean. There was mold on the caulking . We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and there was a nice variety. One of the employees who supervised the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. She always had a smile .

I was given a room on the first floor that had black mold on the bathroom ceiling. You could see that there had been damage to the ceiling at some point. I requested a different room as I am highly allergic to mold. The second room was on the second floor and also had mold spots on the ceiling. There is a bulge in the drywall of the ceiling which looks like water damage. I stayed overnight with the bathroom door closed and left the next morning. I forwarded pictures to the desk clerk, who forwarded them to her manager. I was told that I would receive a refund but have yet to see it after 3 days. I reached out through Expedia and have yet to receive a response.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. The room and sheets were not clean when got to our room. The second night we came back from being gone all day and they had still not cleaned our room. When I asked for clean towels, the front desk attendant said it was their policy to only clean every other day.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room with a great location close to King's Island. Included breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice and ample quantities of everything available. We stayed here last year and enjoyed it, so came back again for another round - it is our go to hotel in the area!

We were given a room walked in and it was still dirty. Bed was not made, towels on floor in bathroom, and obviously not clean. Went to front desk and they then gave us another room, 2 bottles of water and said sorry. The breakfast was a bust! Just some smoke sausage that was tough and premade school stlye omelet with cheese that was all baked out of it. Just not very good! The only thing great was the bed. It was comfortable and slept well. The establishment is just outdated and needs some TLC.

Everything was great, but do you like taking showers in the dark? I don’t. At this hotel they have these light switches in the bathroom that automatically turn off after 30 seconds. That’s fine, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to override this. Silly and dangerous in my opinion

Everything was ok, except we received a noise complaint! It was only me and my daughter staying in the room. We were laying in bed talking with the tv off. A neighbor complained to the front desk that our phone kept ringing and we were talking loudly. My phone did ring, but if they can hear my phone ringing and hear us talking in a regular voice loud enough to disrupt them, then the walks are way to thin! I felt this was a bit ridiculous! When I booked the room it said queen beds. They were not queen beds, maybe a double bed! The drains drained very slow and you stood in a tub of water when showering.

The gentleman that checked me in was terrific. The room is spacious and it has a nice aesthetic. That said, it's nearly thirty years old and some of it seems a bit dated. The location is near the I-71 freeway which is fine but it's also on a generic deadened street. Doesn't seem to have much charm or character.

I made the mistake of using Hotels.com. We had reserved a totally handicapped room, but didn’t receive it. I asked about getting one. I was pretty rudely treat by the night manager and basically to tough! I think it’s a shame to pay over $200 a night for a couple of nights and not even be able to bath since my husband could not get in and out of the tub. We reserved a walk in. Basically tough, no changes or consideration. On top of it all this was not up to Hampton Standards. ITT had a tiny lobby, the breakfast was good, as the eating area, but the upkeep lacked I’ll attach photos of the issues. I’ve never minded paying for a Hampton when I could count on it. Not anymore. The value, quality, and ANY concerns usually addressed by Hampton fell on deaf early. I will never use these two entities again . Mildew and filth on tub corners, towel rack not usable

The hotel is very clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was actually very good. The pool was clean, my kids enjoyed it a lot. The location is excellent! However, The staff is my only complaint with this establishment. The sheets on our son's bed had a lot of blood stains on them, same with his pillow, so, we requested new sheets and pillows from the front desk and she said she would take a mental note... Those sheets never came. I went to the front desk about 10 hours later and the guy at the front desk could probably care less. He did hand me some new sheets but he gave me some b.s. about how they don't do guest services during the day... We stayed two nights, they didn't empty our trash, give us new towels, give us new sheets or make the beds..I had to beg for new sheets. The hotel is great but like I said the staff act and work like they don't care.

The property itself is in good condition -- not pristine, but quite sufficient. The staff kept everything very clean, so no complaints there. Overall the staff seemed very friendly and happy to be there, which seems to suggest a good management and a good working environment. Aia at the front desk was extremely helpful, personable and competent, and made us feel welcomed and valued. Nancy did a great job with the included breakfast, which might be the best I've experienced. The operation was well organized, with signs telling you exactly where and when to expect everything (coffee always!). The selection was just right, not too fancy, and the food was all of good quality. And again, everything was kept spotless. I have saved this place in my favorites and will definitely return here the next time I'm in the area. For my budget, I can't imagine finding anything better.

At 12:30AM two men came to our door. They knocked and tried to get in. When we didn’t let them in they made their way down the hall knocking on doors. We heard them say they would try the second floor. We called the front desk to report. They did nothing. The men came back and tried our door again. Not sure what exactly it was but it was scary to think of what could have been and that the staff was not responsive.

The person that checked us in was kinda rude and unfriendly. I thought that extraordinary attention was given to the check in process, even though I had pre- registration, I was asked for my drivers license, last four numbers of my social and my home address. I understand the need for identification. But I thought that was a little overboard! Also, I was not credited for my Military discount. When checking out I had to ask for a receipt. Which distracted me from checking on the military discount. However, I assumed that I would be automatically credited the discount as I had pre-registered with Hotel.com and that was a part of the quote. That should have been a given! A little RUDE all the way around,don’t you think?

Staff had experienced a power outage earlier in the day and was working with a single computer, unable to produce keys. They escorted us to our room every time we re-entered the hotel, and could not have been more accommodating. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. If you are going to King’s Island, this is your place to stay!

Stayed here for visiting Kings Island, a simple 4 minute drive away. Plenty of parking and entrances all around the hotel so no need to walk miles from main entrance. Checking in simple, will take a holding deposit for any damages, but was very quickly returned. We had a two bed room. Which is large, comfortable and plenty of storage. Room was serviced but all amenities were replenish-able from reception on request. Free breakfast was great! A decent selection we had plenty to start our day, always fresh and clean. Never an issue to get seated either. The hotel was also quiet, we was on ground floor opposite the kitchen, next to the pool, but noise was not an issue. We left Kings and travelled to Cedar Point, didn’t enjoy as much so changed our plans and returned to a kings, and we was lucky to be able to return to this hotel as it made our stay! We was very impressed for the price we paid, we had a great stay

Check-in was quick and easy, the property was clean and quiet, very relaxing. The bedding was thick and heavy, and the beds were comfy but can’t turn the AC any lower than 66 so we overheated easily at night. Great place to stay though, the breakfast was good and it was super close to King’s Island.

The hot buffet breakfast was horrible , was set up nicely but the food sucked , eggs weren’t good, they had one meat it was chicken sausage it was gross , no other meat , coffee was horrible could tell it was cheap coffee . Room was very clean and beds were comfortable . Close to kings island .

The wife and I have been staying here for our last few weekend trips to Cincinnati/Kings Island and have yet to have a bad stay here. The rooms are greatly taken care of and the surrounding area has plenty to offer for food options for those on a budget (there's even a Kroger just down the street for longer stays). With it being close by I-71 and within 10 minutes of Kings Island, its a great choice for families as well as the property offers breakfast for guests each morning. There are options around the hotel as well but the breakfast here has enough options for everyone to get their day going.

Everything about my room and the property was wonderful. I stayed at Kings Island two nights, three nights apart. The first morning I was disappointed in the breakfast. There were many choices, but the ones I made (Mexican omelet, chicken sausage, mini muffins, oatmeal) were flavorless. I have eaten at Hampton Inns before, with tasty choices. On my second morning I chose basic scrambled eggs, waffle, raisin bran, and (ironically) the taste element was much improved!
