La Quinta by Wyndham Cincinnati NE - Mason

Had to move rooms three times in the first day because of broken things in the room windows that wouldn’t close bugs flying in the window leaking sinks. The pool was green. The staff was absent from the desk, most of the time and completely clueless.. the shampoo, body wash conditioner in the bathroom and all three rooms was empty even asking repeatedly to have it filled never got done. They give you one towel per person and do not do any housekeeping during your visit. States it’s a smoke-free facility however they let guests and staff smoke right outside the main entry door so that that’s what you smell when you first walk in and you first walk out this hotel is disgusting. Do not stay here.

Where to start. The guy that check us in could hardly speak. I finally asked if he u Det stood us and we just got a star. One employee was Argumentative with someone in the parking lot It’s like folks actually live there Dogs that bark 1/2 the night, every night. 1 desk person said they live there. Asked about laundry room told it was on the 4th for, it was but dryer was broken and desk person says “oh had no idea, they don’t tell me things” Plus even if it worked they don’t have change was told we would have to find that else where. My mom complained about the pot smell, it was nightly (we were there 5 nights) It’s a smoke free facility or so they say, guys that does not include pot ! If you can not find the desk clerk they are down the hall in a room, watching TV in dining area or smoking outside. 1 day I left at 6am and could not find anyone later was told that the night guy goes to his room to get a few hours of sleep, now that makes a person feel secure. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Old hotel refurbished nicely, good breakfast buffet! Small rooms, windows poor condition, small common areas, friendly staff!
