The hotel is quirky in a good way and the staff was awesome. There was an emergency evacuation during the stay & the hotel & staff handled it well. They kept calm which kept everyone calm during the situation which was resolved in a short time. I didn’t give the hotel full stars because an elevator was down during the stay so, the wait for one was noticeable & I didn’t have an option to get food at the hotel after returning from a concert around 10:30pm. Minor issues. I would and will stay again.

Elevators didn’t work on check out. Ended up in stairs and outside building then back in and had to take stairs with all belongings back to desk for check out. One person working and had to wait 10 min to check out.

What a great hotel. Great decor, rooms were a good size, location was convenient, and the hotel food options were unexpectedly positive. We liked the lobby and lounge area, and the pool table was fun. We'd stay here again.

This is our second time staying here. We enjoy the hotel and location. There have been some changes since our last stay. New ownership and parking is now an additional charge. The room keys are also no longer student ID cards, we just thought that was a fun touch. The bedding and chairs in the room had stains this time around. Would probably still continue to stay here as the rest of the room was clean and sometimes stains just don't get noticed.

This hotel is just amazing. It’s beautiful and staff are super friendly. The fridge said “free water” but. Nothing was inside. We told staff during check out and they gave us some water cans that looks really nice. The only problem found: a lot hair in the shower, it was not properly cleaned.

Great service at the front desk and a good bar/restaurant. Rooms looked cute and 80s feel but not many amenities in the room and the AC was either freeze or burn up. It didn't kick off just went from blowing cold or hot air to try and regulate the temperature. Loved the message and vibe it gave off. Just needs a little more

Graduate by Hilton is an interesting and fun concept that feels like a 1960s/70s college dorm feeling. They renovated an existing building and made it funky! Great lobby area with indoor and outdoor areas for hanging out. Our room was spacious with a huge window. Unfortunately, Cincinnati was in a very hot spell (>90s) and the hotel was freezing cold from the lobby to our room. The temperature in our room could not be adjusted beyond a few degrees so it was always very very cold. We had to keep the AC off and that meant the room was stuffy.

While the rooms were fun and the theming was cool, it still had a somewhat dingy feeling, even though the price was just as or more expensive then other premium rooms. Noticed some areas that weren’t the cleanest and little details like there not being any sockets/room in plug for the lamps in room. The lobby looked really nice and the staff was super friendly. While the theming is fun, take it away and the room is not really worth the price point.

I booked the wrong dates through Expedia and Expedia would not refund me the money but they called the front desk which had told me they would refund it. Which they did and change the dates to now. Also they ccompedme the parking which was nice

I stayed one night for an event. Upon arriving back to my room after the event ~10 pm, there was a note on the door asking me to return to the front desk. I returned to the desk and was told i was put in the wrong room and was asked to wait to the side. I waited 15 minutes and then security came and took me to my room (same room i was already in). He let me in and I then asked about keys. He said I wasn't getting keys and could prop my door with the lock if I needed to leave the room. Luckily I was just there to sleep so I didn't need to leave, but I thought it was strange. The next morning I looked at my credit card activity and saw I had a pending charge from the hotel, but I had prepaid through expedia. I asked about the charge at checkout and was told it would drop off. A couple days later the charge was no longer pending and was active so I called the hotel. I was transferred to accounting and left a message for Debbie (I think that was the name). I never received a call back and have now had to dispute with my credit card company. I travel a lot and have never experienced anything like this

They didn’t clean our room the whole time we were there. When we asked for more soap they asked us to pick it up at the front desk (wouldn’t bring it to us). Then we had to wait at the front desk for a long time because the desk person wouldn’t take 30 seconds to hand it to us bs help a very large group at the desk. The hotel is ok but the service is second rate.

Disappointing Experience at The Graduate by Hilton While the room itself was fine, the overall experience was far from it. Communication and navigation at this hotel are a mess. The parking lot is poorly signed and confusing, leaving not just me but others lost as well—clearly an ongoing issue. The bigger problem was my reservation. I booked two nights through Expedia but couldn’t make it the first night due to a massive snowstorm. Despite notifying Expedia and attempting to contact the hotel (unsuccessfully), they still gave my room away. I was charged for the night I couldn’t use and then had to rebook when I arrived. To make matters worse, my original king room wasn’t available, and I was stuck with a room with double beds, which was not comfortable. The front desk staff promised a manager would contact me, but no one ever followed up. If you’re looking for smooth booking, good communication, and decent service, I wouldn’t recommend The Graduate.

Very convenient walking distance to University of Cincinnati campus. We were allowed to keep our car in the hotel parking garage for several hours after checkout. The front desk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Nice views from the 8th floor.

Nothing on Expedia said that there would be an additional pet fee. Had I known that, we would have stayed elsewhere. We stayed there a week ago, and I have yet to be reimbursed my $50 charge for "incidentals," of which there were none. They don't even serve complimentary coffee in the morning. It's a really quirky place, which, I suppose, some people like. Not a 4-star hotel, in my estimation.

We enjoyed the retro decor. Restaurant was convenient but there was a very small selection after restaurant closed. When we checked in we were asked if we were okay to down size room to two queen beds. I had planned this stay several months in advance, so I wasn’t happy when asked to switch rooms. The front desk did provide free parking and a voucher for a free drink at the bar or free breakfast. Overall everything else was good.

We had a wonderful stay at The Graduate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and a very nice size. The food at Fiona’s was very tasty. We love the Pickle pizza. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a really good stay! The quirky decor was done really well. The dining options within the hotel were good. I liked everything I ate there (Poindexter for breakfast and Fiona’s for lunch/dinner). The staff was always helpful and kind. Parking was easy and convenient. The room was really quiet. The bed was a little too soft (but that’s a me problem). Very close to hospitals and UC buildings.
