Great Apartment Room style hotel with a funky vibe. Coffee shop in lobby is grest and food from Kitchen was tasty and reasonably priced. There is craft beer and cocktails bar attacued to lobby, and multiple games in lobby too. Grest for families with teenage kids.Good location,no parking at hotel but couple of great options really really close. Will be back next time I am in Chattanooga.

This hotel was amazing! 10 out of 10. What a luxury to have multiple bedrooms and a full kitchen and living area. It was like staying in an AirBnb but in a hotel. The restaurant downstairs was very reasonably priced and was so easy after a long day of travel. Pete’s coffee in the morning and a fun little coffee shop in the lobby was perfect. Just be aware of $20 parking/per day. There is space at the entrance to pull up and unload but then you have to park in the parking garage. It’s a few minutes to walk to. You can come and go throughout the day easily once the hotel gives you a QR code. Get it first before parking. The aquarium is a 12 minute walk from Hotel Clemons.

Great location for a downtown stay. Walking distance to the Aquarium. Several places to dine from family friendly to upscale also within walking distance. Our unit was a 2 bedroom 2 bath with kitchen and large sitting area for the cost of a traditional cramped 2 bed motel room. There isn't a pool but the lobby has ping pong, billiards, foos ball and air hockey which is great for the teenage guests. I would definitely stay here again!

This is our new go-to for trips to Chattanooga. We booked a two bedroom suite. I was skeptical because the price was so reasonable, but we were blown away when we saw how nice and spacious the suite was. The restaurant is really good and, though there is no on site parking, the City Garage across the street is reasonable. We left our car there all weekend because we were so close to stops for the free public transportation.

The Clemmons is a nice property. I was there for a week long conference. The area around the hotel is great with boutiques and eating sites that were nice (if a bit expensive). Cheaper eating options were an easy walk and much more in short drive. Our room was very nice and the staff were very responsive. Research the parking options. Staff was not that informed about alternative parking options.

Enjoyed the property, downside is the lobby is closed certain hours to retrieve additional beverages and resources, so you’re stuck with the side door only by key card or else you’re stuck

Check in was quick and smooth. Door code instead of keeping up with a key. Books and board game in room. Pool table and table tennis in lobby

It took a moment to figure out the Parking Garage. The "walkable" sign entrance says Pinnacle although it goes By Citi Parking. The room was set at 64 degrees I think. Much too cold for us and with very high ceilings it took hours to warm up. The staff came to set out thermostat and later brought us a space heater. Very appreciated. We loved the space, the kitchen and the Peets coffee for the coffeemaker. In all very helpful for our stay.

This place was amazing. The food, the activities, the art, the rooms… just everything. Pool table, ping pong, foosball, shuffle board in the lobby. I stg if you get the chance, stay here.

We loved this property! The beds and pillows were comfy! I do wish there was more lighting in the bathrooms because it is so dark that it’s hard to see while getting ready. There were also body hairs in the tub from previous guest, but nothing you can’t clean yourself. Staff were helpful and friendly. There isn’t onsite parking but, there a deck nearby for an added fee. Overall we really enjoyed this hotel and would book again!

We loved this hotel—its great location offers plenty of options for enjoying food and drink. I'm sure there's more, but we only stayed for a night. The two-bedroom / two-bath was well laid out. Plenty of room to relax. Loved the decor. Small things like a couple of bottles of water and the ice maker full were icing on the cake. Will definitely stay again for a longer visit. Front desk folks were helpful and friendly. Worth the stay.

We were super impressed with Hotel Clemons! Fast and easy check in, huuuuuge spacious room that had everything we needed, and was surprisingly quiet. If you told us we were the only family in the building, we would have believed you! The room was exceptionally clean, and much bigger than the photos made it seem. We highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay here again!

Floor was wet when we got to room. Had to kill a roach right off the bat. Walls seem thick but you can hear everything people say in the next room. If your dog makes noise, you are subject to an extra charge.

Our stay was enjoyable. The property and apartment style suites are charming and comfortable. The rate was inexpensive for the area and space. Lighting is “moody” in all spaces which made makeup application difficult. Our tub was clogged upon arrival and the sheets weren’t fresh. I found a fingernail and dirt in the bed sheets. If housekeeping was better, our stay would have been perfect.

Manager was so rude, front desk girl was rude & hanging out with her boyfriend the entire day/night, hotel room was disgusting with open outlets, sticky all over the floor & spilled stuff all over sofa. We have a 1 year old and definitely not suitable or acceptable at all. We checked out early and stayed elsewhere.

We had a one bedroom suite which was spacious - living room, full kitchen, bedroom and 2 large closets. Large windows, lots of natural light and plenty of indoor lighting. Loved the ceiling fan in the bedroom and the bed/bedding were super comfortable.

It was spacious but a little run down. It showed its age. The bathrooms were clean. Overall we liked it and would stay there again.

It’s our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint! So much to see and do in the area. Hotel was super clean and we loved all the space. Only issue was wifi doesn’t work great.

I loved the location and the apartment style room. It was clean and comfortable. The price was good, but we had to pay $20 /night for parking. I didn't like that the TV was ONLY in the living room. The internet didn't work, so we could only watch the live network. The bedroom that I stayed in didn't have side tables.

Exceptional location and spacious accommodation. The only problem is the metal bed frames have sharp corners that are treacherous. We both scraped our shins repeatedly.

I was in town with my parents to run the Ironman, this location was perfect. I picked it because it has separate bedrooms. The rooms were very big with a kitchen and separate bathrooms. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here multiple times. Love this place. Lightening could be better in bathrooms.

Overall the place was great. The only few things that bothered me were 1) the water pressure. In both bathrooms the shower water pressure was terrible that every shower was double the time I normally would take. As a woman, washing out long hair, that was a nightmare. 2) noise, the space is very open with hard flooring and walls. Every door you open, flush a toilet, etc was like a train passing by. We had to be extra cautious at night as to not wake my daughter.

I loved staying here. I spent almost a week at the property and it was amazing every day. This is not your stuffy corporate hotel. I needed a personal and business stay (working in the room). I chose this hotel because it had character and it delivered! The lobby had a great variety of games and they were always in use each night with adults and children. The paintings in the hallways were a riot. The paintings in the room were a riot. The high ceilings and pipes were amazing to look at. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The room with the bunk bed had a star light machine and a planet carpet with a giant bean bag type chair and huge pillow. I called it the Star Room. It was very cool to decompress in. I had a local stay with me and gave them my big bed and I stayed in the bunk bed. I'm 6'1" and it was great! The full kitchen came in handy to store my restaurant leftovers. The staff was very friendly and personable. A special shout out to Chloe at the front desk to make my every morning special. I had a good time interacting with the housekeepers, the Chef, and the barmaids. Just amazing all the way around. In the morning they have coffee in the lobby which got me started right. Once nightfall came, you could get a drink and small bites to eat in the bar. I rented a car and they have a deal with the parking structure across the street for a daily rate and in/out privledges. If you want an urban vibe and something with character, check out this hotel.

A really great boutique hotel located in a wonderful area with parking, restaurants, shops all within walking distance. The rooms are unique and the staff is very attentive. A special shout out to Gary, Chloe, and Daniel for great service

Great hotel that we have stayed at several times. We checked in with ease and were sent a text with the room number and pin #. We proceeded to the room, opened the door with the code, and unloaded our belongings. My girlfriend then proceeded to take a shower while I finished unpacking. As she was exiting the shower, our room entry door was knocked on several times. She came out in her towel wondering what was going on before I could get to answering the door. As she stood in the hallway, entirely undressed except for her towel, the entry door opened and was thankfully stopped short by the chain. She spotted a male at the door and ran back into the room while I walked up to the door to see who was opening the door unannounced. A man, who I eventually recognized from the front desk, immediately started questioning me, asking me who I was, who checked me in, why was I in the room etc. without informing me of a situation that had seemingly occurred with the room. A short while later, still very bewildered and concerned, we received a text from the front desk that simply said "Sorry for the mix up earlier. We have resolved the issue...". I feel like this issue has not been resolved and it had the potential to escalate in the moment had I not been cool-headed. As anyone does, we expect safe, secure accommodations while visiting Chattanooga.

Everything was great - room, location - but Gary and the rest of the staff were outstanding. They were very, friendly, and professional. Not many folks pull that off.

It was a great experience. Andrew, who worked at the front desk, was friendly and attentive. The hotel has a great location, allowing for easy walking to many restaurants and other establishments.

You can’t the location of Hotel Clemons—it’s right in the heart of the downtown. We walked everywhere to the river, to Southside, the museums and the farmer’s market. The building was once a residence condos in an old, well preserved building. We stayed a week. The apartments are spacious with a loft-like vibe. We stayed in the two bedroom with a king and queen beds and two baths. The open space, airy and bright, included a living room, spacious kitchen with a table that sits 6 and a beautiful wood ping pong table and yes, we played everyday. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. For example, there was 4 plates, 4 glasses and so on. I wished they would add more utensils, dishes, glassware, kitchen towels, pots, pans etc. There is a lot of cabinet space with little in them. The bathroom was probably my biggest gripe—very basic and plain Jane, not luxe at all. They did have body wash, shampoo and conditioner (great smell). The bedrooms were a little dark but the mattress was comfortable and the linens were clean and soft. There’s plenty of storage space for clothes, though no drawers. I liked coming back at the end of day to “my apartment in Chattanooga.” The lobby is spacious and includes a coffee shop with tables, chairs and sofas. I found the desk staff super helpful and courteous. While there are other options nearby, I would stay at Hotel Clemons again.

So original and interesting… and spotless and convenient too. We needed a place to get away and do some creative work, and wanted to be walkable to restaurants and attractions. Hotel Clemons provided all that and more. The location is ideal and we could get anywhere we needed by foot. The decor and amenities are refreshing. We took advantage of all the games and pool table in the lobby. The ‘rooms’ are more like apartments and having the living room and dining area gave us lots of room to spread out. A very fun and pleasant stay. Would recommend!

Excellent location, excellent facility. Loved how walkable everything was from this hotel. The hotel itself is very clean and fun to hang around at. Will definitely stay again.

The location is perfect for visiting UTC campus. The area has great restaurants and entertainment. The units are spacious and comfortable.

We love the cool vibes of this place! Very clean and well furnished. We enjoyed the game tables in the lobby area and the ability to get some good coffee at Peet’s Coffee. Walkable to a lot of places. We walked six minutes to Nightfall concert events. Very short and easy drive to Ruby Falls and Rock City. Not much traffic so easy drive and walk around the area, We will stay here again if we go to Chattanooga in the future.

We've stayed here 3 times now and the property is unique from other "box" hotels. Its always clean and we love the space that the rooms provide. The downstairs brewery is delicious and is a great option if you don't want to get out, or if you're tired and just want to pick up and go back to your room.

We loved this hotel!! We had so much fun playing ping pong and the food in the attached restaurant was very good! I do wish they had some breakfast options! Would stay here again!

Incredible room that’s larger that our first apartment! Beautiful, simple, and modern elegance come to mind upon walking into the Two bedroom premium suite. I highly recommend this hotel for a family. The brewery on the main level is great for both drinks and delicious food. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices being so reasonable. Book this hotel and you’ll probably never stay anywhere else while in Chattanooga again.

Perfect location with plenty of restaurants very close and Riverwalk an easy 15 minutes! Andrew at the desk and the staff at the cafe were wonderful❤️

I am reluctant to review simply because it’s my favorite place to stay and i don’t want the world to know about this gem! But it’s perfect. For the same price as a dumpy chain hotel you get a well-located, super cute loft apartment. They added a Peet’s Coffee in the lobby which makes it 10/10.

Loved the location, the eclectically decorated apartment, the staff, convenience to downtown restaurants, river, museums, and the convention center. And, really quiet too. Overall...fantastic lodging option at a very reasonable price! We'll be back next year...
