We stayed for a family vacation to the area. Enjoyed the aquarium, Museums, splash pad and zoo. Home was very clean, organized and felt very welcoming. Although not toddler or child proofed, house was open enough for the children to play and rooms were very comfortable. Hosts were onsite as the rental is part of their primary residence. You wouldn't know they were there though unless you requested something or they were supplying something. They were hands off enough for you to feel you were not bothered but also there in case you needed something or had a concern. Would recommend. Also rather close to grocery shopping, restaurants and recreational areas.

We did not need to spend too much time in the home, but the one minor issue that we found )that was no fault by anyone.) upon arrival at 1130pm the hosts were attentive and got it fixed right away. They were very responsive prior to and all through the booking and stay. Very cute home great amenities. Overall great experience.

We were in the area for doings in Mason, OH. This cottage was a great alternative to the hotels along the freeway and about a 1/2-hour drive to the tennis center and amusement park. We were gone all day, but enjoyed the lovely outdoor space in the evenings. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well-stocked. Note that the bedrooms are upstairs and as the owner points out, the staircase is a bit steep. The beds were super comfortable. The house was spotless and welcoming. A wonderful stay.

We were in the area for our son’s graduation from Miami University. We absolutely loved the quaint, peaceful, beautiful atmosphere of the cottage. The outside is a gardeners paradise with gorgeous flowers, cute accents and outdoor seating with string lights. The inside is immaculate with a great deal of attention to detail. There is beautiful tile work in the bathrooms and every room is decorated creating a lovely peaceful feel. There are family games to play, a laundry room, a kitchen that is fully stocked with dishes, utensils and everything you would need for a stay away from home. The owners are very kind and lovely making sure we enjoyed our stay! We highly recommend that you stay and enjoy all that Day’s End Cottage has to offer!

The host was very thoughtful in setting up the home. There were snacks on the counter, a couple bottles of water and La Croix in the fridge, etc. Check in was simple and communication was perfect. The cottage has everything you need in a home away from home, and we honestly couldn't be happier with our stay. The cottage is very cute, clean and quiet and the beds are comfortable! Close to main highway, but far enough away to make it seem like you're in the middle of nowhere. We will definitely stay again if we make our way back out!

The entire stay was great. The check in/ out was easy. The house has everything you need. My only concern is the stairs are steep so bring a baby gate or 2 for top and bottom. Also the smoke alarm in the kitchen went off everytime we cooked.But overall it was great. Quiet and close to everything. If your going to Cincinnati i highly recommend this place.

The property was just as advertised. It was a welcome, peaceful respite after a long day of driving and touring. We were so happy to find a place that would offer a single night’s stay with secure, off-street parking as our car was fully loaded. Downstairs second bathroom was also a huge plus. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was cool. Hosts were very easily reached and lived in a home on the property. They were very accommodating when we fat-fingered the access code on the electronic keypad.

Better attention to detail. All the towels and sheets smelled of mildew. A ticking clock in a bedroom is very questionable. Roku tv is almost like not having tv. I’d give a five if it felt like someone tried to make sure I had a nice experience. The house was lovely. Smelly sheets though.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This is the cleanest vrbo I’ve ever been to! They thought of every detail and made it so comfortable. Super easy check in process, and great communication. This little cottage is one of the most charming and lovely places I’ve stayed! My husband and I vacationed here with my parents and this cottage had everything we needed for a restful few days! It has cozy rooms, a wonderful kitchen for cooking, and a great living room. It is also a great distance from the city to enjoy things there or to go check out Kentucky or to enjoy the countryside of Ohio. The host was extremely welcoming and very responsive! We will definitely be staying here again if we find ourselves in Cincy! Highly recommend staying here for your next family vacay near Cincinnati. 👏

We absolutely loved our short stay at the cottage. It is exactly as pictured, maybe even better in person. Clean, cute and charmingly decorated. I stayed with my husband and daughter and enjoyed walking around the house looking at all of the nostalgic decor. It was easy to get to, out of the hustle of the city but also close to anything you need. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 1 night preparing for my daughter’s procedure at Children’s Liberty Hospital! Host were very accommodating to us checking in early for a small fee. They have thought of everything! Perfect cottage and perfect host! It felt like home! Highly recommend!

Host was super responsive at all times! Check in was super easy and smooth. Home was in a great quiet location but accessible to anything within a few miles. The house was so clean and well decorated! We loved our stay and will definitely come back!

The property was just as advertised. It was a welcome, peaceful respite after a long day of driving and touring. We were so happy to find a place that would offer a single night’s stay with secure, off-street parking as our car was fully loaded. Downstairs second bathroom was also a huge plus. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was cool. Hosts were very easily reached and lived in a home on the property. They were very accommodating when we fat-fingered the access code on the electronic keypad.

This place was perfect, down to the last detail. It was great talking to the owner, Trisha, and her dad to get a feel for the history of the perfectly restored cottage. Wonderful neighborhood for walking, and close to restaurants, but with a definite elegant country feel!

We absolutely loved our short stay at the cottage. It is exactly as pictured, maybe even better in person. Clean, cute and charmingly decorated. I stayed with my husband and daughter and enjoyed walking around the house looking at all of the nostalgic decor. It was easy to get to, out of the hustle of the city but also close to anything you need. Highly recommend!

The host was very thoughtful in setting up the home. There were snacks on the counter, a couple bottles of water and La Croix in the fridge, etc. Check in was simple and communication was perfect. The cottage has everything you need in a home away from home, and we honestly couldn't be happier with our stay. The cottage is very cute, clean and quiet and the beds are comfortable! Close to main highway, but far enough away to make it seem like you're in the middle of nowhere. We will definitely stay again if we make our way back out!

Wonderful spot for a peaceful, secluded getaway! The cottage was spotless and conveniently close to restaurants and shopping, yet it still felt tucked away in a quiet, country-like setting. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear check-in and check-out instructions. The cottage was easy to use, and checkout was refreshingly simple—just taking out the trash. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.
