Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Philadelphia Airport

Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations due to several issues during my stay. At 4:45am my room was call and the attendant at the desk said that he had a complaint on my room and that he was going to call the police. I explained to him that it was my room and we just got off the road from 23 hour trip. I was especially concerned because I expected a more comfortable and professional experience.

It named under wyndam. Carpet is dirt it look like every every old. Bath door not locking. It is basic till is motel not upto the wyndham standards. Won’t get mislead by under wyndham. Bed speads are nit clean and bed is not comfortable. No comforter. And breakfast is not that great.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the room was unclean with visible stains on the furniture, bedding and smudges on the mirror over the bed. This hotel was selected due to its proximity to the airport. However, it's worth going somewhere else further away to sleep in a room not visibly filthy.

Great rooms for the value. 5 mins from the airport with free shuttle service. Very hospitable staff
