Fitness center was perfect for what I needed. Breakfast was decent, good for a quick bite before we had to leave. We caught breakfast a little late so the dining area tables were a little messy, could’ve used a wipe down in between people but otherwise was nice. Lots of great dining options close by!

Room was small but felt very clean. We were very happy with the breakfast options and the food was refreshed appropriately. The pool area was very nice with plenty of seating. I wish there were a few more TV channels for kids. The Disney Channel and Nickelodeon were not options. Housekeeping knocked on our door in the morning around 8:30 a.m. while the kids were still sleeping and when we opened the door she just said sorry and moved on to the next room. They did the same to our friend's room around the same time. Other than that we had no other issues and enjoyed our stay.

The hotel facilities are fine, the included breakfast was good, parking is easy, and the staff all were nice. We stayed in a room with two queen beds, and there was only room for one small chair, so we had to sit or lie on the beds when were in the room. TV guide showed almost 200 stations, but we couldn't get most of them because they weren't paying Spectrum enough to see the whole lineup. A/C was almost too good, it blew out very cold air across the beds. It is a very convenient location.

I like this property. Its close enough to downtown to take back roads without getting on Interstate. Interstate is close in case you want to get there fast. Everything is local to hotel. Pool is refreshing. Good breakfast. I really like this property

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton with my cats. They were very accommodating and helpful as they figured out this process since I’ve never traveled with my cats before everything went smoothly and my cats are able to settle in during our stay. Otherwise breakfast and the pool amenities were great! Also, enjoyed the 24 hour coffee, tea and hot cocoa availability in the lobby. Very cozy stay!

This was a disappointing experience. Ice machines were broken. No coffee was available Monday and Tuesday morning downstairs. It was fixed the next morning. Staff wouldn’t try to help us getting us a No rolling chairs.

Very friendly staff on all shifts. I had a multi night stay.. pet friendly, pool was nice however one of the steps on the ladder were broken off due to rust. Nice clean rooms and breakfast was decent. Conveniently located right off the interstate with lots of dining options in the area.

It was quiet despite being off of a busy street. The hotel appears dated and the towels were a bit yellow. The room had a musty smell upon entry. All and all it was a day trip so good for the purpose, close to the improv which is what brought us into town anyway!

It was top notch in every way. Check in was done quickly and efficiently by a very pleasant woman. The property is clearly well cared for. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the eating area was kept very clean. The hallways as well as the room were very clean.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. TV a great size, but no HBO as was listed on room info packet. Difficult to get the room key to work which could have been a real problem had someone been chasing me. Most disappointing was how unclean the room was. Hairs stuck to bathroom door and upholstered furniture, toilet dirty, gob of toothpaste on bathroom wall, floor poorly vacuumed. Post-Covid, I found this alarming! Where is “Hotel Impossible” when you need it?!

I was disappointed in this stay at the Hampton Inn. I have stayed at many Hampton Inn's and found them really nice, quiet, and good quality. Not with this one. The room walls seemed really thin as we could hear whole conversations next door. We could hear everything in the hallway as there was not even a seal around the door. No hooks to hang up anything in the bathroom. Bathtub in poor condition. We could see light through it. Loud traveling family teams in hotel so it was very noisy. No sleep. Hotel check in was fine. No employee around to check out. Breakfast was just okay. Only one coffee pot was made and it was really strong. There seemed to be things missing on the breakfast buffet as there were holes. I always enjoyed a very nice breakfast at other Hamptons. This one was just fare.

Not a great experience between having to pludge our tokiet every time we used it even after the maintenance man used the snake on it for 20 minutes. Our dead bolt woukdnt work so we could lock the door properly which scared me since we were by a exit door where many people used. Made for 2 sleepless nights for me. Also the remote to the TV was not working it took the lady downstairs that was at the front desk 3 remotes before it worked Not the best experience for my family.

Close to food and coffee shop options. Very friendly hotel employees - kept all of us happy. Our room was close to the elevators - we hardly heard a noise in the hallways. It was so nice and quiet. (And having blackout shades also helped!) Location is nicely centered between Milwaukee and cute suburbs. We would stay here again!

The bed was a bit lumpy and our air conditioner was loud and in need of repair. Otherwise, the hotel was comfortable and our room was very clean. We didn’t use the pool or gyn but both appeared to be very nice. The Corners across the street has great shopping and restaurants.

We were very pleased with this facility. It’s the first time we have stayed here, and would stay here again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Since we were staying 7 days the receptionist upgraded us to a larger room, which was very much appreciated! The breakfast was fine and coffee was good!

The property was in fairly good condition, clean, and in a convenient location. However, the front desk person upon my arrival was not that friendly and quickly pointed out that I had arrived 30 minutes before check in time. After traveling all day and dealing with several connecting flight delays, the last thing I expected from a Hilton location was for an employee to give me a hard time over arriving 30 minutes early; specially when my room was ready. I was tired and would had gladly paid for arriving early.

Staff was friendly but shorthanded so we waited an hour and a half or more to check in. Lock broke on room door so was not able to get in to get belongings but they had in taken care pretty quickly.
