Pool was very cold but the hot tub was pretty nice. They had wonderful breakfast options plus they had a surprisingly nice hot chocolate station with additional cinnamon and marshmallow topping along with a coffee station when we checked into the hotel. Nice touch, especially during the colder season

The elevator was down all weekend . There was a group of children that were there and they were loud, running up and down hallways. They didn’t settle down till 1:30 am . Let’s just say I was not the at my best for the wedding I was attending.

#3rd floor ice machine was out of service for cleaning. It has been marked as such for months. When I asked about this, front desk said it was broken, waiting for parts. Same thing with the jets in the hot tub. Low only, just enough to circulate water-no high jets to ease sore muscles. This property provides housekeeping for guests staying 4 nights or more. As we had spent 2 long days in the sun and would be spending a 3rd day at the Wisconsin State Fair, I requested housekeeping after the 2nd night. We were disappointed but not too surprised when we came back late Friday evening to find our room exactly as we had left it Friday morning.

Not much of a choice for food, what they did have looked bad just went out to eat,bed poked into my back not comfortable at all,pool was filthy and reported it to them and they said they were going to fix it and didn't do much of anything

Overall, the stay was good, but I was hoping for a bit more. The staff was friendly, but the hotel definitely needs some updates. Cleanliness was just okay—the carpet had quite a few stains and the elevator wasn’t very clean. The biggest inconvenience was the room keys constantly getting demagnetized, which became a little annoying. Breakfast was pretty good just super busy.

Our room (325) was incredibly dirty - dirty toilet, dirty & damaged side of tub, bathroom walls and door were filthy with grime and something on the wall I fear was vomit. Mirror and hanging dryer bag were dirty as well as covered in toothpaste splatter. Floors and baseboards - truly every bathroom surface was unclean. The refrigerator froze everything, was very loud and the cabinet it was in was badly damaged and dirty. The ceiling fan blades were caked in dust. The carpeting had so many stains it looked like a crime scene. The vinyl sofa was dirty and had several questionable stains and/or surface dirt. The hallway and elevator were also extremely dirty and very poorly maintained. We have stayed here numerous times and were shocked to find it in this condition. Very disappointing.

For a discounted price is was not terrible. Would never pay more than 120/night though. stain on floor, shower didn't drain and released black chunks when trying to open drain more, and spots on bathroom door that looked suspiciously like dried blood droplets. As somewhere to lie your head not terrible, but this would never be my first choice

Good value for $$ spent. Front desk lady from Alaska very helpful. Good restaurant on site. Room 315-the room kept getting hot then cold and had a bit of chemical smell, ?cleaning fluids? 2 ice machines broke. Carpeting in main elevator horrible, smelly and bad look for otherwise nice place. Pool very nice. Thanks

Bed was comfy - room was clean and nice - loved the close Champps - Hated absoulutly HATED the pillows as did my fellow travelers. Mentioned that to the front desk and she said that is the #1 complaint but it is what the brand requires. Well hopefully someone with some clout at the brand will try sleeping on4 pillows that are too small and too soft - I use 2 at home and it is plenty but these 4 did not equal my 2

We arrived at 430 pm to checking in and the room wasn’t ready. So we didn’t get to change and freshen up before our events that day. Our room smelt like mold. It hit you as soon as you opened the door. The room was clean, just moldy.

Room 219. There was no place to put anything in the bathroom. No shelves, drawers, or counter space. Noisey fan. Room setup for handicapped, that we did not ask for or need. Liked having microwave and refrigerator.

The room was very clean including the hot tub and living area. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful as well. My only real complaint was that the bed was not comfortable at all. It had no support to it. Overall I would stay there again.

We stayed here about 1.5 years ago, and thought it was great. Our experience this time was not nearly as good, unfortunately. Our room was super damp/humid, and everything we tried (windows open, A/C, heat) did not help. Our toilet was extremely low to the ground and uncomfortable. Kids were running up and down the halls and yelling very loudly at 10:30-11 PM- parents were with them and did nothing about it. The pool has “adults only” hours, but only from 11-midnight, so we never even got to use it (same wild kids were in there every time we checked). Overall, we were just pretty disappointed and probably won’t stay again. I will say that Breanna at the front desk was super helpful and welcoming!

We had room 105 at the end the hall. However, we could hear talking from above and the elevator equipment vibrated the room anytime ppl used the elevator. Made for a difficult night of sleep. Room was great. Not a real quiet or restful couple nights. Appreciated the breakfast. Food plentiful and staff friendly. Do the waffles!!

Quickest check-in, warm and inviting entrance, very clean, comfortable bed and pillows, hot breakfast. All staff were kind and helpful. Fresh cookies at check-in were the cherry on top of my wonderful stay!

I had a terrible night at this hotel. The guests in the room next to mine were playing extremely loud music well into the night (3-4am). I repeatedly called the front desk and was told that they had called the guests who said they would "keep it down." On one occasion, they did lower the volume for about 30 minutes before turning it up again. I was extremely disappointed that the hotel staff either could not, or would not, take control of the situation. In thend I left the hotel at 4:30am because there was no hope of sleeping. The worst night I have had in a hotel ever.

Did not get the room we had reserved. Initially given a closet size room really the smallest room ever. Upon talking with staff and then manager given an average size room. Still not what had been reserved. Motel extremely noisy. We will not stay here again nor probably not any country inn and suites motel

The staff at this hotel is fantastic. We had a room 333 which was subpar, peeling wallpaper, stained carpets etc. We requested a new room (335) which was much better. I really appreciated their kindness and help

The staff couldn't have been better. This is so rare, and it was greatly appreciated. Even after our stay and we hadn't gotten our receipts through EXPEDIA, I contacted the hotel and Jason sent them over to me in seconds and seemed happy to do it.....JUST WOW!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Staff was attentive- even on Christmas. They were present to make sure towels were available in pool area, kids were being safe while playing, and available for questions. Superb, meaningful people are at this hotel.

While me and my daughters were swimming my son called and said that some woman he didn't recognize opened our room door with a key card without knocking and entered our room. He said that she looked at him and he asked if he could help her. She then turned around and left the room without saying a word. My son then went to the door opened it and looked down the hall and the women was moving at a fast pace down the hall pushing a cleaning cart. My son then closed the door and locked the dead bolt and latch on the door and called me. After he told me what happened I went to the front desk and told the attendant that I was heated because someone entered my room without reason or knocking, saw my son, was asked if she could be helped and turned around and fled the scene without an apology or explanation. This caused an uneasy feeling for me and all of my kids. We left shortly after. there was no reason any staff or hotel Employees should have entered my room especially without announcing themselves. Also I found an empty whisky bottle in the night stand drawer next to my bed. Needless to say we won't be returning there again.

Booked a 3 night stay, got to the hotel and they had a different room than what I booked. Said no I paid for a 2 queen (4 adults on the trip) and the instead put us in a 1 king room. When I said that’s not what we ordered they blamed it on us using hotels.com and not their page. We had points. Then got transferred to proper room the next day only for housekeeping to spill pop in our room and all they did was give us towels. It was gross and they were hella rude the whole time. Then they took two times the incidental they needed. We had to go down to the desk for extra pillows when we called 5 hours before and never received them. This is not a good experience and will not be returning to this hotel or branch of hotels. Never had a problem before and now we have. I just want my money back for this trip because that’s how bad a family vacation they ruined was. I’m sad I wasted my hard earned money on them.

The fridge in my room did not work, the employees all acted as if they didn’t speak English after the lovely Brianna checked us in. The elevator was not the best either. It seemed to keep getting stuck. Only had pork options for breakfast as well. Loved that the pool stayed open a little late, however when we arrived hot tub we down at first. Everything else was ok, for the area and the price I would have liked a better experience.

I liked the easy access to downtown Milwaukee without being downtown. I didn’t like that the parking lot was full when I got back and had to park in Champs and wasn’t sure if that was ok or would I be ticketed or towed.

There is a lot to see around the area of the hotel. Less than 20 minutes from the lakeshore. Less than 10 minutes from a Brewer (American Family Field) game. The zoo is even closer. Best of all the hotel was very comfortable and quiet place to lay your head or just relax!

We have stayed at this location twice now. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the location cant be beat if you are going to the zoo, fair grounds, or anywhere close to 94. There is also two great restaurants attached to the hotel and plenty more very close!

Great customer service and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good too with hot offerings for the price. Loved that 2 restaurants were on site for our convenience. And hot tub/pool had late hours for our enjoyment after visiting Milwaukee, Chicago and family. Clean and very good value for price, convenient for shoppers and expressways.
