My son had got sick after spending the night there the air conditioning was not clean or the filter not changed or cleaned at night the water was not hot enough for the shower plus we are not sure for what we got changed 2$ on our card so not happy with the place

The rooms were clean, staff friendly, however, the pool had so much chlorine that it burned my daughter's eyes. She was wearing goggles for the most part but complained that her eyes were hurting all night. She couldn't sleep all night, she was crying in pain. We got her eye drops and she was ok by morning. Her eyes and the area under her eyes was red for the entire next day. This has never happened before and she is an avid swimmer so it's not like she is that sensitive.

Avoid like the plague - car was stolen from front parking lot. Management told me they don’t need surveillance cameras because cars don’t get stolen in Overland Park. That would be great if true. Not helpful at all, definitely not safe. Don’t bring a family here.
