We paid for a room that sleeps 6, but our room had a broken sofa bed. The view outside our window was of an abandoned car wash where we assume unhoused people were living based on the stuff we saw sitting there. It wasn’t great and we won’t return.

When you first pull up to the hotel, there is an unkept looking old bench by the front doors that apparently the workers sit on to wait for rides or something. It gives a very poor first impression of the place. Overall though, the place is clean and well kept and the staff are nice and helpful. Unfortunately though, another negative is the free breakfast. I’ve noticed that the quality of the food items being put out at all of the moderate level Hilton properties has been going down, down, down for quite some time now. The tired old make your own waffle irons aren’t cutting it anymore. Some decent bacon and eggs with occasional good biscuits and gravy would be nice again. That used to be done, please do it again. I’m not saying don’t stay at this Hampton Inn, I’m just trying to use this medium as a way to tell Hilton to do better.

We had trouble with keys and had to return to desk. Our key wouldn’t open side doors so we always had to enter the main entrance.

Stayed 2 nights

We stayed here for 4 days/nights. The room and the facilities were clean, and the staff were friendly, but several Issues were less than acceptable. The luggage carts were cheap, flimsy, and hard to navigate. The key cards kept not working and needing to be replaced-quite frustrating when you have to walk to the other side of the hotel to get to the front desk. The elevator was very slow, and the doors took a long time to open. There was only one elevator for guests, and the cleaning staff were using it to transport supplies and cleaning equipment. The toilet was slow and hard to flush. The quality of the breakfast foods were very mediocre. When i extended my reservation, I was charged $80/night more than when I originally booked it. Though the stay was adequate, it was certainly not the Hilton caliber that one would expect. I will most likely select another hotel when I return to this area.
