There was no parking no property. We had to park in the back in another hotel lot which was dark and felt unsafe. Room was dated with multiple paint colors on the wall trying to patch. Room was not very clean in the corners. No mattress pad on the beds. Just sheets on the mattress.

Checkin was great after a long drive. A/C fan bearings were going out the first night, so it squealed all night.( too tired to fight it) Next day they changed out the ac unit and it was much better. Not too up with the fake egg breakfast, but its free! Beds are comfortable. But the hotel needs a makeover. Ice machine is down and all rusty. Shower leaks out onto floor...needs some caulk. Otherwise, nice size room with lots of space.

There is limited parking. Right next to another hotel. Elevator button has fallen into a hole you have to put your finger in to push to get the elevator. Paint is chipping off in many areas of the common areas, ie window sills near the ice makers.

The employees were very friendly and on top of things. They had a little bit of an issue with the keycards but it was fixed quickly. The parking lot is a nightmare and you may end up parking at one of the adjacent hotels because they are practically built on top of each other. There is a Texas Roadhouse directly behind the building and other restaurants in walking distance. It's a good area but very busy. Would stay again

The rooms did not have any detailed cleaning as we had to go purchase disinfecting wipes to wipe the furniture, counters, bathroom and pretty much all surfaces, wipes turned black (pictures available). Elevator was not cleaned, stuck to the floor. Parking lot exterior night lights were aimed into our room, it was like the middle of the day at night, very bright and annoying. Very disappointing and will not stay at another Wyndham property again.

We arrived, check in was friendly. Arrived at our room to find it had not been cleaned well. Good on the carpet, human hair on the tile floor at the entrance and worse in the bathroom. The tub was very dirty and the toilet was not connected to the floor! We had an appointment so I asked the check-in clerk if they could clean our room before we returned that evening. We assumed the best. Arrived back late and the room had not been cleaned. Besides the fact that it looked like under age kids were cleaning the rooms, we were very disgusted with the state of our room. Have picture if anyone wants to see them.

We reserved 2 rooms. In one of the rooms, there was urine in the ice bucket. We took it to the front desk. The clerk was mortified, but we were not offered any compensation for that awful encounter. Also, the shower was broken in this room. In both rooms, they were not very clean at all. After we checked in and got in the elevator, there was egg in the floor. When we checked out the next morning, the egg was still in the elevator. We did not eat breakfast after seeing all of the uncleanliness.

The rooms at this property were not thoroughly cleaned. When I pulled the sheets back there were brown stains in the sheet. When I pulled up the couch cushions there was old rose petals under the cushions which let me know that they did not properly clean from the previous client. There was no hot water. The shower floors were filthy to where I needed shower shoes to bathe.

This property was very poorly maintained. I mean dirty walls, there was mold in my shower, stained mattress (sheet came off and was very discolored), urine on the floor behind the toilet, broken elevator button, counters had dried sticky fluid. It was just not good. The sheets were wrinkled, although im grateful that they seemed clean. This hotel could use some work, a deep cleaning and more parking. The staff was nice but seem to cur corners and do the bare minimum regarding maintenance. I would not return here or recommend.

Nice staff. My room was not cleaned. You could tell there was some sort of party in the room . There were balloons left on the floor and popped balloons under the ac unit. Crumbs on the floor balloon hanging from the ceiling. The bathroom was also not cleaned hair and dirt left in the tub and sink no toilet was in the room. Breakfast options were decent. Need better cleaning staff.

I initially chose this hotel because it was close to the church location as I was attending funeral services for my loved one. The fact that this was a Wyndham 'chain' property and the pictures online seemed nice for the price, I had other family members to also book their rooms there. Now, getting to the point: the mattresses were stained, the window covering was cracked, walls were half painted, quite a bit of water stains above the air unit underneath the window with paint peeling off the wall, mildew stains in the shower and the faucet was so rusted, it creaked when you forced the handle to cut the water on. The staff was very nice, but thats about it. I felt so bad.....they booked based off my recommendation.

My stay at this location was a layover stay for one night. The hotel was nice, it appeared the was work/improvements being done. All in all it was a decent hotel, nothing extravagant, beds were comfortable, hotel was quiet, and the black out curtains made the room comfortably dark for sleeping. Breakfast was good, a typical hotel breakfast bar, again nothing extraordinary but good enough to satisfy a morning hunger. Coffee was very good. I would rate this as an average hotel, possibly with the improvement they are making it could be better than average. I can say I would stay there again.

Stay was terrible. Ceiling was leaking from the upstairs ac unit our floor was soaking wet. No remote to our tv. Couldn’t use the tv. Sheets were dirty. Bathroom shower paint was peeling coming off on our feet. I’m disgusted to be honest. Told the manager and he brushed it off just saying oh ok

Parking was a problem, had to park in adjacent motel's lot. Breakfast attendant was not attentive to items missing or needing to be refurnished. Only fruit was one very old tangerine! Thos was at 7:45 am. The motel badly needs black out curtains. Right outside our window was the brightly lit entrance to anothrr motel. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night.

The staff was friendly, accommodating and informative. The hallway to our room was clean. The room was clean and bigger than i expected. The bed was the great. I like a firm bed and their's hit the mark. The bathroom was clean and stocked. A basic but its just to say i had good experience there and I would visit again and suggest it to anyone.

The front desk staff and the breakfast coordinator were beyond my expectations. I was promptly greeted and professionally handled. How we ver as i entered the room the wall had spillage. I had to beg for someone to please clean the room at day 3 of my stay. The bathtub was never clean and the list goes on and on. Because of the other experiences i may give them another chance. Hint to the wise FOLLOW UP ON YOUR HOUSE KEEPERS. THEY ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOB

When I arrived I had to wait 15 minutes before someone came to check me in. Then the room I was given was not totally clean. So I went to get something eat then upon my return the room was clean but there was a pile of dirty towels outside my door. I did ask them to move them which they did. The room was clean but they need to invest in new linen. The sheets were sour, the pillows were so old, The coverings were wrinkled and not inviting. The towels were ok. The carpet in the hallway needs to be replaced as well. Besides that it was an ok stay for one night for me.

So I went to get something eat then upon my return the room was clean but there was a pile of dirty towels outside my door. I did ask them to move them which they did. The room was clean but they need to invest in new linen. The sheets were sour, the pillows were so old, The coverings were wrinkled and not inviting. The towels were ok. The carpet in the hallway needs to be replaced as well. Besides that it was an ok stay for one night for me.

There was loud TV on one side and a party above until 4am. I had to call downstairs 3x before anyone would answer. The noisy continued so I went downstairs and no one was at the desk. I left a note asking someone to call me and no one did. The next day I was asked to call back tomorrow when the supervisor would be there. The staff walk up to my room and confirmed the noise in the am.When I called the supervisor they refused to reimbursement me the money or another free night stay. I had to drive on 95 back to fl for 7 hours be exhausted,

The employees were very friendly and on top of things. They had a little bit of an issue with the keycards but it was fixed quickly. The parking lot is a nightmare and you may end up parking at one of the adjacent hotels because they are practically built on top of each other. There is a Texas Roadhouse directly behind the building and other restaurants in walking distance. It's a good area but very busy. Would stay again

The property was clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It is not a resort, but a hotel with a lot of transient personnel and limited parking so if you're going to park, get back in early to get a space. Great dining options close by, like within walking distance or short drives. Outside of that, it was a good stay for the few days I was there for my conference.

This property is located right off of I-20 and easy to get to. My room was cleaned and the place seen to be fairly new. There are plenty of eateries within walking distance (Roadhouse, Red Lobster, Carrabba) of the hotel.

My stay at this location was a layover stay for one night. The hotel was nice, it appeared the was work/improvements being done. All in all it was a decent hotel, nothing extravagant, beds were comfortable, hotel was quiet, and the black out curtains made the room comfortably dark for sleeping. Breakfast was good, a typical hotel breakfast bar, again nothing extraordinary but good enough to satisfy a morning hunger. Coffee was very good. I would rate this as an average hotel, possibly with the improvement they are making it could be better than average. I can say I would stay there again.

This hotel was average but still a good deal for the price. The two Indian gentlemen that checked us in and out were very pleasant. The property needs some maintenance such as cleaning of exterior. Not enough parking spaces. Don’t come back after 9pm bc there will no spaces available. Breakfast was not good at all. Go to McDonald’s across the street or Dunkin down the street.

Elevator had not been cleaned in 2 weeks The paint job in the room was not consistent so it looked like a old water leak A bottle of Gatorade was 4$ I understand Hotel prices but for the level of service and lack of cleanliness not work it Shower paint was peeling in the shower No toilet paper Front desk was cooking breakfast the level of food safety was next to non counter or utensils was not sanitizer at anything between patrons The milk was spoiled for the cereal

Parking was a problem, had to park in adjacent motel's lot. Breakfast attendant was not attentive to items missing or needing to be refurnished. Only fruit was one very old tangerine! Thos was at 7:45 am. The motel badly needs black out curtains. Right outside our window was the brightly lit entrance to anothrr motel. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking is very poor, you share parking with three other hotels. There is a good chance you will not park near your hotel. Spaces are close together so door dings are a reality. Breakfast was disappointing, to be fair it is a free breakfast but it was mediocre and not what others put together at other hotels. I would probably not stay here again.
